BLT Lawncare recently was hired for lawn services in our community. The positive changes are already noticeable compared to previous lawn care companies. Instead of blowing leaves around, they take the extra step of thoroughly raking and removing them. The team is not only efficient but also friendly and courteous. EDIT AFTER 9 MONTHS: Still amazing! I was cutting back overgrown foliage around my home and they noticed my overfilled trashcan with the cuttings ... they emptied it for me! BLT Lawncare goes above and beyond. Its very nice to see a company that truly cares.

We had a huge Oak tree and Royal palms that were in need a a good trim as well as sod replacement. BLTs crew were very professional, did a great job, left the place spotless. We highly recommend them.

So our condo in Aventura uses this service and the workers continue to blow dirt and leaves around..They blow dirt directly into the windshields, and pipes of our cars in the parking lot. I spoke to the owner who also wasnt so kind. Please shop around. Do not use this company. They have no care or concern for the communities property. You will need to have your cars detailed every time they come to your condo.

They come equipped to get the work done. Excellent workers and care about the job they do. They will go out of their way to make sure its done correctly before leaving.

Let me start by saying i am very happy and impressed with this company! I needed some trees and stumps removed the other day and within a time frame. I called BLT and spoke with Brian (Owner), nothing but a gentleman and professional. I stressed the urgency to have the trees and stumps removed, he sent someone over immediately and made time for my request. Charged a fair price and both of his employees Nerio and Dennis worked hard and were also very professional. I believe BLT is a newer company but they will deff be around for a long time , especially if they always treat their customers with that approach every time! Highly recommend this company!

I am 100% satisfied with the the service of BLT Lawncare. I decided to use them because my daughter, who is a perfectionist and always expects the maximum from different vendors, recommended them to me. Sure enough, I received what I expected from them. They are committed and extremely professional. They promised me to be at my home by the end of May, and they were here early in the morning on May 26, 2023. The work they did is nothing more than superb. My two black olive trees were pruned to perfection; much better than I ever expected. The arborists that came to do the work were outstanding and very professional. Occasionally, they asked me if I was satisfied or to let them know exactly what I wanted. After the work was done, they cleaned the area and left it spotless. I truly recommend their services. I had used other companies in previous years, but no one does a better job than BLT Lawncare. 08/08/23..An update for BLT Lawncare. I tried to upload a picture but wasnt able to. If you chose to use this company for your condo be ready to have leaves blown into your gas pipe area. Be ready to have leaves blown into your windshield area where you cant reach and have to.dig them out. Once a week they come to our condo and once a week I have to go have my car washed to wash off the dust and leaves from all over my car..And if you dont speak Spanish you cant even ask them to be careful around your car..This company has been spoken to and still continues to.destroy our cars..really horrible

I needed a very large tree trunk removed from a swale. Called BLT to see if they were able to come out today and remove it for me. Not only did they take my call very quick, they showed up within an hour of speaking with them. Brian was very professional, honest and trustworthy. When you talk about professionalism and work that goes beyond expectations you must be talking about BLT Lawncare! I have a Royale palm that s about 50 ft tall had a few other guys come and take a look and I did not want to hire them but when the BLT Truck came to look at it the employees were friendly well spoken and very knowledgeable after agreeing to a price they set a date and time and arrived right when they said they would. They did an excellent job trimming the tree and were extremely thorough with the clean up! Couldn t even tell they were there when it was all finished! Any job big or small I would only recommend Brian and the BLT crew!

11/8/23 Highly Recommend. Good Prices, Very Professional Service. Ive just had the crew from BLT come out again yesterday to cut and clean, (maintenance), the same two large trees mentioned in my previous review (see below). The guys were here, on time, they spoke with me about how I wanted the trees cut back and they went to work. They were extremely professional, very careful with their surroundings and not only cut and removed the waste, but they took extra time and really cleaned my yard. Even the grapple truck operator, who came afterwards to remove the waste, got out of the truck, raked and removed nearly every leaf! He didnt just scoop and drive off.. He took his time and was very careful. I highly recommend this company. And Angel is very very helpful on the office/ business side. 2020 - I had two huge, (huge!) old fruit trees, (mango and avocado), that I needed cut back so I called Brian to get a price for the job. He was able to get back to me pretty quickly with an emailed written estimate, so I scheduled to have the work done. Today Chris arrived, on time, and soon he and his crew were hard at work trimming back these huge trees and cleaning the yard as they cut. Chris was very informative and couldnt have been nicer and by the time he and the guys were through with the job, everything was clean and looked amazing. The guys also took down a coconut palm in my swale and left zero trace, removing the stump and all.. I will definitely be calling B.L.T. again for any tree work that I might need in the future.

Very professional and quick. Responsive to calls and texts and willing to answer any questions I had. We had them do a ton of work in our yard and all looks great. My only issues were that I had told them to leave a banana tree that was giving fruit, and they took that out. And I remember being told that they would even out the ground after removing the fence, but that didnt happen. In their defense, the previous owner left a huge amount of cement and debris around the fence line, so its may be that it was impossible to even out the ground. But, they do really great work and I would heartily recommend them to anyone.

We hired the BLT tree crew to trim our mango and avocado trees for the second time and they did an exceptional job once again. They go over homeowner goals upfront and review the results at the end - a very customer-focused business approach. We trim our trees each year sometime before hurricane season. Our neighbor was having the same done, as well as the removal of a mango tree So, we figured we might as well use the same company as them this year. BLT arrived as scheduled, and spent hours meticulously getting the job done. Their crew was professional, courteous, and all had proper attire and equipment. Their bucket and grapple trucks were new and clearly, well maintained. All debris and there was lots (and lots!!!), was completely removed at the end of the work, leaving the area without any remnants from them being here. Their work exceeded expectations, their prices were more than fair, and they were very easy to work with. Definitely recommend BLT without hesitation, and encourage anyone reading this to give them a try. They also provide a wide range of garden and lawn care services and operate a full scale nursery and garden center in Davie. They cover the whole Tri-county area. They are awesome!

Brian and his company have been amazing! We started with the removal of two HUGE trees, one involved three neighboring properties. We ended up removing a third. The work was impeccable. I just had BLT trim my backyard which is lined with Areca palms. The team of 6 showed up exactly as scheduled. They got right to work after Nilo, team supervisor, reviewed what my goal was. When Brian was preparing a quote, I expressed the importance of his having insurance and my verifying such. The estimate was emailed and an insurance certificate accompanied it. I verified with insurance carrier that it was valid and active- it was! I have had other landscaping services before and there was always some inconsistencies with the scope of work. Conversations would be comprised of statements like: Oh, I thought you meant... etc. Brian made notes in his phone and made sure to spell them out in written quote. I even got my flagpole rope replaced which was something that I have wanted to get done for a couple of years now. These guys were exceptional- only regret is that I didn t know of them sooner. There is no wonder why BLT Landscaping has so many 5 star ratings. Brian has grown his company into a major landscape company that is huge. BLT Lawn Care did a great job on my property in Fort Lauderdale. Brian was very friendly and knowledgeable. His teams were very polite, on-time and proficient in their jobs. They did an outstanding job trimming our very tall trees, Sage Palms and Ficus. They also removed a couple of trees and grinded the stumps. They gave a great price as well! UPDATE: I have had to downgrade this company. New conclusion, if you need a one off trimming job, I can recommend them. If you are looking for an ongoing maintenance contract I cannot. They charged me for a service they did not fully perform, the office manager was unable to confirm it (I could confirm it was not done with my own eyes) and no attempt has been made to rectify the situation or respond to my concern. Honestly it would have been SO EASY to fix it. Boggles the mind that the immediate response was not to say - no problem, we weill get that fixed asap. I reached out three times to help the office manager sort out the situation and I really cannot put more effort into this as I have a perfectly great wall here to knock my head against. I am a new customer and I felt like I was bothering them by raising the problem of having paid for something that did not happen. The worst part is this company made me think we had finally found a good, responsive, customer oriented company. Eye roll at myself. For one off jobs it was, for ongoing it has not been.

May 7th 2021 I moved into my house 4 1/2 years ago there were ficus ficusbushes 20 feet high all along the east side of the house the first time it cost $4,000 to cut them down and trim them properly still there whenever grave on me over the years I spent more and more money and then chasing away the whiteflies on a contract to spray anyway I hated him but they were the size of trees with some of them a foot in diameter with an old chain link fence weave right through them my neighbor and I got together and decided we had to get rid of them the roots were destroying everything and we were going to put it in a white fence we contacted BLT land care he came out and told us they can remove it in one day and had a special machine to get the stumps out I wouldnt have believed it if I didnt see it happen the price was fantastic the job was fantastic missed all my sprinklers and with careful for everything else around I would definitely suggest to anyone who needs a major lawn or landscape work trees whatever to contact these guys BLT Lawn Care again the price is fabulous cuz he has the Machinery to do the job thank you BLT Lawncare Ronnie Sandry

I bought my first home and I was in desperate need of a landscaping overhaul. I first met Brian when I contacted him to remove unwanted trees and stumps to start fresh with my landscaping. Brian informed me that he also has a nursery and he can help with my new landscaping. Talk about a stand up guy. Brian at BLT went above and beyond for me. He helped with suggestions for plants and palms as well as fertilizer and irrigation requirements. BLT also offers a 3D design service which just makes picking out your plants that much easier. I contracted BLT to remove a large oak tree whos roots had spread into my foundation and was cracking my driveway. Tom had an arborist examine the tree and certify it as hazardous. Per a new Florida Law HOA and local governments may not impose restrictions or require permits to remove hazardous trees. Tom and team came and removed the tree and then replaced with a young Bismark silver palm which should grow tall but without damaging roots. Also replaced new sod and hedges. The team did an amazing job which was supervised by the resident expert landscaper Claude. Very reasonable price for three days of work for five or six people and heacy equipment! I have a giant Oak tree in my front yard. I had numerous estimates done. BLT submitted a very reasonable estimate. The entire time Brian was very good at communication. I did find in this process not many companies would get back to me. They went above and beyond. My tree was trimmed beautifully. They left my yard cleaner than they found it. A spiky palm tree grow too large for our patio, and I did a quick google search and found BLT. I was able to get a quote simply with photos of the tree, and the quote was very reasonable. BLT is a five-star operation from start to finish. I had an emergency that my Board could not-would not handle as needed. The emergency was a fully loaded coconut palm that hung directly above the sidewalk leading to my front door. My dad referred BLT to me as I am a new home owner. Brian met with my dad during one of my working days and scheduled my tree removal right away with a very reasonable price. On the day of the job, his guys including Chris came to the door on time and started working. They had already spoke to my neighbors and were friendly. They even managed to make sure waste management was able to get my trash emptied without lifting my finger. After my tree removal they even educated me on how healthy the tree trimmings were for mulch so they spread it out for me and made sure my lawn and my neighbors lawn were tidy and perfect! I already recommended this to one of my coworkers!

BLT Lawncare is one of the best companies I have dealt with for home maintenance, by far the best landscape company. They were very professional and prompt with their service. They went above and beyond what I asked for and they were also priced well below what I had been quoted from numerous other companies. I had 5 large stumps removed, 2 large trees trimmed, and about 200 linear feet of 12 foot high hedges removed to make way for a new fence. Had a huge tree in my back yard messing up my fence. Brian came and removed the tree and the root. While they were here I asked them to do another tree and they did it. To make it better they cleaned up the mess from the trees including the leaves that were there before they cut the tree down.

BLT came to remove a couple tree stumps we had in the front yard. I was warned by many that, that kind of job would make a huge mess with the tree chips all over my yard, they were very professional and kept the mess very minimal, I even had some friends comment how it was kept that clean from getting the stumps grinded down. Very professional, the owner is very kind and they were reasonably priced as well.

Brian is very good at communicating. That s important to me. He was on time, very respectful, and knowledgeable. He was very reasonable on his pricing and a team of guys showed up on time and did an outstanding job. At the end of the job I asked if he would hang some palm tree Christmas lights for me. Great business state of the art equipment

BLT revamped all our landscaping. Claude is amazing, he is so detailed and such a perfectionist. Normally I would be on top of anyone doing any sort of work to my home but Claude made it so easy to relax and know it would all come out exactly the way I wanted it.

After 20+ years of neglect I knew I had to get the overgrown trees taken care of. On the advice of a friend, I called Brian & BLT Lawn Care. They arrived for both the estimate & the work exactly when they said they would. I think their pricing was very fair (less than I anticipated). Yesterday morning a crew of 6 men, 3 trucks, and all kinds of power equipment pulled up and went to work! When they left everything was completed and cleaned up. Ill recommend them without hesitation to family, friends and neighbors.

As I stated in a previous post BLT was at my home on December 28, 2020, to remove and trim trees and did an excellent job. They are an exceptionally professional company and their pricing for the work is more than fair. For that reason, I had BLT return on January 9th, 2021 to plant areca palms and lay sod. Brian the owner is extremely professional and that professionalism is displayed in his employees. Thanks to Milo and his team on December 28th and on January 9th, thanks to Calvin for obtaining some beautiful areca palms and to Gino for his hard work. Gino went beyond what was expected by helping me fix the outside faucet with the hose connection. If youre looking for a fair and professional company you need to hire this one. You cant go wrong.

We hired BLT to remove several bushes, bamboo, and clean up trash that a previous owner had accumulated in our backyard. All of them are super nice people, very professional, and quick. I will be using their services again and I strongly recommend them.

Highly recommend Brian and his crew at BLT Lawncare. I recently bought a house that had so much overgrowth we could not even tell what kind of yard we had. We wanted to put up a fence but first had to clear out all the growth. BLT came in and did a 4 day job in a day and a half. With a large team and all the heavy equipment needed, they got ride of a bunch of stumps, 5 areca clusters, trimmed our royal palms shaped out 5 huge sea grape tress and much more! Once done we had large holes in the ground where the stumps used to be. They helped lay topsoil, even the grade and put down the new sod. Brian and his team are the best! This was our 4th attempt at finding a quality lawn care company in the last year and we were starting to lose hope, but to our surprise they absolutely nailed it. Brian came out and walked the property with us, made suggestions, and took note of our concerns. Claude spent time reviewing every aspect of our property and gave us a thorough and thoughtful quote. When we asked him about putting a pool in the yard in the next couple of years he came up with a creative and less expensive option for the yard. I had used Brian s company once before to remove a tree growing near my power lines, and when I received a timely email from him I filled it out. Using Yelp I was able to contact a number of companies that would do the work toward the end of the work day. These guys have done a few different jobs for us over the past year. They can get a little bit busy during the rainy season where schedules can get backed up on SoFla but they have been worth the wait every time. They have done fencing, sodding, and helped prep an area for paving among other things. Brian will find a way to get it done. He followed up after every job and made sure we were happy. BLT Lawncare was so generous in donating plants and labor to create a butterfly garden for the child care program at the YMCA in Hollywood. The garden looks fantastic.

Great company. I am not a fan of yard work but w/ BLT I never have to worry about my lawn and/or landscape surrounding my property. Customer svc excellent, Brian is quick to respond & address his customers if they have any questions. Billing delivery method is great for me & the environment; there are never any surprises... If theres a service that needs to be done Brian will communicate it prior to you finding out when that invoice is generated. My property came w/ landscaping that I did not design; however, Brians crew ensures that everything is kept up to code so that trees are not impeding pedestrians and/or obstructing the view of drivers. BLT did an amazing job on our lawn and cleaning up weeds on our patio pavers. They also treated with weed killer. We needed to hire a new company asap and they came out to do the work, the very next day! They were quick and didnt miss a spot. Competitive pricing as well! We will definitely be repeat customers.

Sometimes Ive needed some last minute things done on the yard before a house party or important visit and Bryan has always gone the extra mile to get his guys here on time and leave everything looking great! BLT did a great job trimming and doing hardwood reduction of several of our trees including our live oak, sea grape, coconut palm, and canary palm. They have competitive pricing, and left our yard very clean.
