Outstanding find! I was looking all week for 450 sq ft of Empire Zoysia sod. Every place sold 400 or 800. Nothing in between, and it's very expensive to just throw away. I found Glenn on marketplace and he took care of me. They fixed my sprinklers, delivered, graded, and installed my sod very fast in record heat. I made sure they had extra hydration. They also delivered and installed a beautiful queen's crepe myrtle for a great price. I'd recommend these guys any day.

As you can see in the picture it is a little before 4:30 and the place is all closed up they need to update their hours. Update to 5 stars: The owner called me back and saw me on his camera. Allowed me to pay him on Zelle and get what I needed.
