Cutters has just completed our annual tree trimming prior to hurricane season. They did a wonderful job. Our property looks great. After a significant search for a landscape company to take over management of our property we choose Cutters Edge because of the front end administrative support team they provided to us to help in all areas of operations together including planning the work and accounting for work once done. Cutters Edge does a great job in the landscaping they doing for us as well as supporting the work in the field with a good front end business operation. Early in the relationship at this point, the work and communication has been great thus far. Work over time will tell all but at this point I am very optimistic.

Cutters edge is a company that takes the extra step to ensure customer satisfaction no matter what the landscape issue is. In the +20 years I have lived in my community I have seen landscape contractors come and go. They come with promises and go with many of those promises unfullfilled. Such is not the case with Cutters edge. They professionally, expertly, and pleasantly provide all of the agreed to contractual services and where possible provide service and/or information to individual home owners upon request, to keep the community looking its best. On a personal level I have had Cutters edge educate me about caring for the various trees I have on my property. While not a contractual obligation and one for which they could easily suggest a paid service, their guidance and expertise has helped me reclaim 2 trees that I thought were dying. They also respond QUICKLY to landscape issues when called upon and never disappoint with the service their employees provide. If it was possible to rate Cutters Edge with 10 stars I would do so without hesitation.

Our community has been utilizing their services for over two years. They enhanced our landscape beds, improved our lawns and met our goals in our overall visual presentation.

On August4, 2022 I had Cutters Edge do landscaping maintenance in my backyard. A team of three men consisting of Nelson, Manual, and Edwan came to my house on time, and immediately got to work. They did a superb job of trimming and refreshing all the ground plants and placing new mulch. They were very professional, pleasant, and very accommodating to all my wishes. They were also attentive to detail and dealing with the small stuff. The guys did an awesome job trimming my huge beloved mango tree. It is now symmetrical, off the wires and all the dead branches gone. It is open and airy and I feel confident that she will not be knocked down in a hurricane. They were professional, careful with my existing landscape and flowers and did a great job cleaning up. Actually picked up some leaves and sticks in the yard prior to their arrival and thoroughly cleaned up where they had the wood chipper. Cant say enough about Dave and the crew. Great job guys! Cutters have been maintaining my property for years now. I own a commercial property that acquires plenty of attention. Theyve always been professional and great to deal with. These guys dont play around theyre definitely top notch.

We were just on 95 heading northbound & Their truck (i assume realized they were getting off the wrong exit, at the Marina) swerved in front of us & almost hit us !! Then they were driving wonky as if they were drunk where everyone on the left side, clearly seen them as an hazard & was driving all the way on the left side on their side of the road & away from him. I m not sure why he was driving the way he was. eventually he got off the same stop as us at Davie Blvd & i looked at the driver to see what s going on & he was eating . so maybe that s why he kept swerving to the left but the fact that he cut us off & almost hit us is extremely irresponsible & a bad look. This was around 2:45pm 08/30/22.

Mike was professional and very knowledgeable. The main part of the service that stands apart is the time taken with the customer to relay his expertise and advice. Our tree is very important to us and we found that Mike, as an arborist, is really in it for the love of his job and the trees he trims to keep healthy. I had questions pretty long after the job was done and his company was paid. Questions that would not have resulted in any extra work for Mike and his team. Irrespective of this, he not only answered the text, but he called back so we could have some dialog and he could fully understand the question and ask how the tree was currently doing. Mike knows his stuff AND takes the time with his clients.

Joe Fried from Cutter s Edge came in with a plan and budget to install new landscaping at a house I was getting ready to sell. He implemented the plan on time and on budget. The house was under contract two days after listing for above asking price. The same comment from every showing was about how beautiful the landscaping is!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cutters Edge. I heard about them from their radio show and was so impressed by their information that I called them to inquire about removing several 25 year old large trees in my front yard which has a lot of landscaping and not the easiest area to navigate. Michael got back to me promptly, gave me a fair estimate and went through the process with me. After speaking with Michael, I felt assured the company truly cares about doing the best job they can and that they know what theyre doing. Yesterday, July 2, 2020 our community was hit from a micro burst that caused severe tree damage and derbies around 6:15 PM. I called the Manger personally on his personal cell within the hour of the damage, and they had a full crew here this morning at 8:00 am, and were able to 100 percent complete the large scope of the damage received all in one day. The workers were extremely professional, efficient, and knowledgeable of the scope of work that needed to be done. Our community just had its extensive yearly trimming done just in April. We found Cutters Edge through their radio show on WIOD. Robert and Ronel were great! We got the estimate to trim our Palms and an Oak tree, which was way out of control. Cutters Edge came out 2 days later and did an amazing job. The crew was on time, professional and cleaned up after. Our tree looks great! Would recommend them for any landscape work.

Grant and his team were incredible. We couldn t believe how quickly they got our large project finished. They have passion for what they do and it shows. Although they were affordable, it does not show. Our property looks like a million bucks now. They blew us away!

Just had Cutters Edge remove three large trees (2 dark mahoganies and a large ficus that had gotten out of control after 22 years), a couple of smaller palms, several large bushes and several smaller bushes. Limb, trunk, and stump removal for all. RESULTS: WOW!!! Fast, professional, organized, and fantastic clean up afterwards! Worth every penny. I highly recommend them for your landscaping needs. They also do the landscaping in my association for the last several years and that is why I selected them based on their great work there! I ve had a similar experience to the previous reviewers Jimmy and Bernie. Cutters Edge does the landscaping in my community (Oakridge). They ve been working with the HOA since I moved in on 2009. Therefore I didn t hesitate when I needed a tree trimming and a driveway repair. I ve used them for tree trimming in the past once or twice, since there are other competitors I ve used other companies as well. I needed a root trimming and a driveway repair this time, so I decided to go with Cutters Edge. Job was complex, quote was reasonable, and they ve scheduled my job pretty quickly. Couple of things went unplanned, and unpleasant. They cut my trees ahead of schedule without a notice to me or my neighbors. Root trimming and driveway repair was done next day. However this is where things went bad. They cut the underground Comcast cable underneath my drive way, and didn t even notify me. I realized something was wrong when I wasn t able to see my online security cameras at work, and rushed home in the afternoon. Workers and their supervisor took absolute no responsibility, and blamed Comcast not protecting the underground cable or not marking it. Cutters Edge left that day without finishing the job. Leaving the disconnected Comcast cable exposed. I called Comcast and scheduled a service next day between 10am-12pm, and told Cutters Edge about it. We spent the night with no internet, which is a big inconvenience since I do business online from home, and my wife teaches online. Next morning I get up and see Cutters Edge people are already finished the drive way and sealing it. I called the project manager and he couldn t care less. Comcast people came within an hour and wouldn t believe the dumb move of sealing the driveway with cut wire buried underneath. Now, Comcast placed a temporary above ground cable, and they need to DIG MY DRIVEWAY AGAIN in a few days to install the underground cables. I complained about the situation to the supervisor of the job. Again no actions were taken other than a verbal apology. I m just disappointed to see this company who has so many workers all around my community and takes care of where I live (Oakridge) for so many years, messing up so badly. Bottomline is they re more like business-to-business oriented service company. They can t really relate to individual homeowners needs and interests, and service them.

Cutter Edge services my condominium and keeps the property beautiful, they do a great job with it. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience when I tried to engage them for my home. I think they are more oriented to service businesses rather than individual accounts. The salesman/supervisor made a lot of promises but did not live up to expectations he himself set. Everything was going to be great with my landscape. This is not an inexpensive service, but we chose it based on what was offer in terms of professional supervision and quality, unfortunately I found myself doing a lot of reminding and follow ups from the get go! After 1 month of service, I am left with yellow stains from well water, a broken rain sensor that was never repair, lawn with fungus which was not addressed during the first 30 days of service, fertilization which I am not certain if it was ever performed because I never got an answer nor I noticed the typical signage in the yard, still waiting for their service agreement, etc. Unfortunately, after several attempts, I found no real interest to address my concerns.I cancelled the service and we are back with our old landscaper.
