They were initially very responsive when I requested a quote for tree removal. After I sent photos, Jordan indicated a crew would be dispatched for an in-person estimate. I provided our community gate codes, times of my availability, and even alternative options for a family member to be present. Fast forward a week... crickets. Did anyone actually swing by? Your guess is as good as mine. I even gave Jordan a chance to give me the lowdown via text and voicemail. Nada. Seriously, guys, this is some amateur hour stuff. I get it, being slammed with work is a good problem to have. But just vanishing on a potential customer? That's just plain bad for business. I can't even say they do bad work, because, honestly, I have no idea if they even do any work at all. Sheesh.
Providence Lawn has handled my lawn and shrub service for a couple of years now and when I found out they offer landscaping creation and sod services, I jumped at the chance. Their quote came in very competitive with other services and Scott was very knowledgeable and took the time to walk the space to explain all of the work included in the scope. Once the quote was approved, they were at the house installing the sod within a week. I received detailed care instructions and got a follow up site visit. Their communication during the entire process was clear and they responded quickly with my inquiries. Highly recommend them as part of your monthly lawn care service as well as any home improvement landscaping projects that you are considering.
We have had several different lawn companies over the years and Providence Landscaping has been the BEST!!! Josh and his crew always go over and beyond. They keep us updated if they find any issues etc. We would highly recommend.
We have used Providence Lawn & Tree for a a year now . We had them install new sod on 80% of our property that was damaged from a project . They showed up and did a fantastic job in the time they said it would be. They have continued to mow and take care of any issues that have come up with our lawn or plant beds . I will continue to use them and encourage anyone else to for a trustworthy lawn care company. Great work!

We have been a customer for more than 4 years. Scott, Josh, and the team do an excellent job manicuring our property. The crews are courteous and responsive to our needs. Being from NY St Augustine grass was new to us and they helped educate us on taking care of it. We highly recommend them.
After mentioning to the crew over and over for several things they need to work on like : - blades needs to be sharp to cut my Saint Augustine lawn since they are killing it - cut the lawn every week as plan in the contract for summer but you guys are coming whenever. - telling the crew to don’t miss to cut the backyard and trim the tree and bush . Basically a constant babysitting to the point I ask them to let me know before the cut my yard to go over the lawn again as a last time before I cancel them . They decide to stop relationship with me at the last moment since they can’t do what I ask . I was nice enough to give them another change and then cancel them next month not at last moment like them . They were trying their best but the personal is not fully train to do a good job . So not recommend.

PLT is the best hands down. They really know how to take care of your lawn. The guys are knowledgeable and although they are out working out in the sun they are always saying Hello! and carry a smile on their face. My lawn was looking like weeds were taking over my whole yard since I started with PLT my yard is the nicest around.

Very disappointed with their service as I was inform today that they can no longer service my lawn because of a fence around my garbage. They set expectations really high to get business, overpromise and dont deliver. Very poor customer service, not even a call to share information. The cost was low and so is the quality of this business. Unreliable, took away services to trim palms and blamed the HOA for thing they should know. BEWARE they will drop you in a second leaving you to scramble to find someone else.
Scott and his professional team have taken care of our lawn for over two years. Our yard and bushes stayed trimmed and neat. They always clean up the trimmings and show up as scheduled for a super affordable price.

I have known Josh Leventhal for several years, and he runs an excellent crew at Providence lawn and tree service. Not only do they take care of my rental home but my primary Residence also. They are very fair when it comes to prices For all the services they will do for you, and they can take care of all your needs as far as anything to do with your lawn maintenance sod hedging and trees, I have enjoyed having them as my primary Lawn maintenance crew and will continue to do so from here on out. My grass was growing so much and I needed a good trim. Scott took care of everything. My lawn was getting really bushy and they took care of everything. A nice, smooth trim, and they even mowed the backyard too! 10/10 would recommend for all your trimming needs.
