After purchasing a new home we hired Ludlow Services to doctor up soil erosion running the length of two sides of the house caused by rain runoff from the roof with new soil, edging, and decorative stone. We also had them clean up overgrown plants and remove weeds along the exterior of our pool enclosure, as well as adding new plants. We couldnt be happier with the results. The guys were great, and the entire job was completed in a timely manner, and most importantly it looks great. Will definitely use Ludlow again for future projects.

Ludlows is great. I decided to have my landscaping redone after almost 8 years. Ludlows was quick to respond and set up an appointment to go over what I was looking to do. They took measurements after discussing with me what I was looking for and a few days later had a plan that was exactly what I was looking for. Everything from initial quote, Claire notifying me each installation step, and final payment upon completion was a breeze. Definitely recommend their services.

Ludlows repaired my irrigation system and did some landscaping to my back and front yard. I am very happy with their service and would recommend them! I now have a beautiful landscaped area in my backyard and extra plants in my front yard that completes the look. They were able to come before they expected, which was wonderful. They will be helping me with some backyard space to be paved and I have every confidence that it will be just as beautiful! I cant wait! I will use them for any lawn/landscaping needs I have in the future. Their front person, Claire is amazing! She is on top of it all!

Appointments were made to accommodate my schedule and the weather conditions. The work was done on time. The service rep was careful to clean up all the work areas. It was a pleasure doing business with Ludlow.

I email Ludlow Services for a sprinkler repair. I asked about how much the service fee and the labor was. Through an email the representative and I spoke back and forth about the repair that my sprinkler needed. Then I was contacted for further information. The representative told me that she would have to call me back to set up an appointment. Lets just say I waited and waited for a call back to set up an appointment for a week. I never got a call back. So I contacted Home Advisor to locate a sprinkler repair company that is closest and available asap. My front yard had been flooding for almost two weeks. Within 15 minutes I got a call back from 12 Volatge Lighting Home Decoration & Sprinkler Repair. Gerardo was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about my sprinkler. He fixed my repair in less than an hour. H3 also fixed for a very affordable price.

Long Version: From the very first day of getting a quote, all the way through installment and maintenance, Ludlow Services has been a simply fantastic company to work with. Every time I ve called or e-mailed with Claire, she s been knowledgeable, quick to respond, and friendly! Her e-mails are clear and detailed and her confirmation reminders helped me plan my schedule. Steve came over one morning and we were able to discuss what I needed regarding sod replacement and what I was looking for in terms of landscaping. A detailed e-mail with a quote, and pictures of the recommended plants, mulch, and other suggestions was quickly delivered to my inbox for approval. My yard was prepared on a Tuesday while I was away at work, and I came home amazed to see how detailed they were in clearing out the original grass and plants. I knew the yard had water bottles, soda cans, and other rubbish left behind by the builders under the grass, and they even disposed of that too! Two days later, Mike, Jim and Steve started re-sodding and planting new landscaping promptly in the morning. They were thorough and efficient! The entire job was done before 2PM and it looks fantastic! I ve been so impressed with their work that I ve opted in for their lawn service and treatment plan. Had our Florida glass fitted in September, guys came nice and early, fitting took about 2 hours, great service at a great price,would highly recommend Ludlows, nice and easy to deal with,thankyou Ludlows

Not people friendly. Needed small repair, they are unwilling to sell small brace. They wont sell to the public and said their stuff is already weighed for the end of the year. Great for us who work all year and want to do simple chores ourself.

Called this company per a recommendation from a neighbor of NextDoor to help me solve an irrigation issue. After speaking with Claire, we made an appointment for them to come and inspect the sprinkler system. They came earlier than expected and when I called to find out when they were coming, I was advised that a tech had already came and inspected my system. She sent me an email shortly afterward telling me that I had a leak underground and it would be very expensive to remedy as they would have to dig up my yard, then asked me how I wanted to proceed. I asked her if they simply checked the sprinkler heads and she said they did and that all were operating as they should.. I told her that we had another company coming to inspect and I would get back to her... The next day the other company came and after 5 minutes, he changed the sprinkler head and the system was running perfectly... This costume under $60 to have this done. Do not trust Ludlow Services, this is the type of business practice they find acceptable to run their business...

I am a Realtor and have used Ludlows Services for myself and many of my clients with complete satisfaction. An experience I had with one of my clients recently shows how Ludlows goes above and beyond the service expected. My client lives out of state and was maintaining her landscape as we had the home for sale. We were right at contract closing day when the HOA sent a lawn violation at the last minute that had to be taken care of before we could close or it would halt the entire process and possibly delay it for days that would cost everyone a lot of money. The owners Steve & Jim personally came out to take care of it, took pictures to document it and took it to the HOA office to get authorization that it had been taken care of so we could still close the same day. That is what I call Exceptional Service---Good Job Guys!!

A storm knocked out a lot of panels on our lenai and they were able to replace them the very next day and were considerably cheaper then the other guys. I called them later for an irrigation problem and again came out the next day and fixed the problem at a fraction of the price the other guys quoted.

Had their services for 2 months always paid their employee in cash in advanced. Poor work then stopped coming. Called the office and was advised I was not their customer and had no contract with them even though the guy doing my yard was their employee and was on their time with their equipment working under their business name. Advised me that I would have to get my money back from him not them or I could just call the police. The owners did not wish to do anything further.
