We are an Outdoor Power Equipement Dealer. We sell and service Kioti Tractors, Husqvarna, Stihl, and Toro.
RUDE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. But had one guy in the back was very helpful
Owner is rude to customers. They're Happy to sell you a tractor, but poor service after the sale.
Wish we hadn't bought our tractor from them. Bought a tractor from them 16 months ago. They were eager to and helpful when selling a new tractor. After the sale (parts & service) they were much less so, to the point of the owner being insulting and expressing a level of contempt for his customers in general. Our Kioti is a good tractor, but if I could go back, I'd buy it somewhere else.
Great place to get your equipment worked on, along with a very knowledgeable crew of professionals.
Great products and great service. Great prices on Stihl products.
I am so happy that I have found a competent, honest, reliable company to take care of my lawn and landscaping needs. As a senior, Mr. Wilson has given me the peace of mind I’ve been looking for in a lawn care service company. Mr. Wilson is kind and trustworthy. I would recommend anyone especially seniors to use Wilson Lawn and Landscaping!
Horrible experience from service department. Dropped off a running chain saw that was leaking oil pretty bad for an estimate. They called and told me what it needed, but I decided it was too much to put into an older saw. They told me to come pick it up, and the fee was $25 for checking. Nothing else was mentioned. Got there, rang me up first, then they got me the saw. A plastic bag was tied around the handle with parts in it. I spoke to the service manager and questioned this. I told him, even though they didn't fix it, I expected it to be the same as I dropped it off. He just kept telling me over and over that I had signed their wavier that covers them doing this. Sure I did, because in order for them to look at it, you have to sign. I just didn't realize that I needed a lawyer to go over the fine print contract first. I also didn't realize that I, the customer, had to request for them to put it back together to the way it was when I brought it. If I wanted a bag of parts, I would have worked on it myself. Imagine going to the mechanic to check your brakes, and he hands you your wheel and tire, because you didn't specify that you wanted it put back on. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Enjoy my 25 bucks, cause I'll never be back.
Great service. Very knowledgeable salesman, Jay (?). I went there to buy a saw, he didn't oversell something I didn't need. Went through proper cold start and storage for the saw. Even though I'm from out of town, I'd definitely be back any time I visit that area.
Great interaction as always
Good people willing to work with you on pricing
Very helpful service department
Jay and his staff were spot on great group of guys
Excellent service!!! Jay went above and beyond for me and I am very thankful!
Great Dealership!
Excellent service and repair. Saw was still under warranty and did not realize it was. Thanks again.
I bought a mower from them for 2 reasons. First their prices are comparable to the box stores plus they service what they sell. Theyre a locally-owned and I like to support that
Very friendly people
Nice people. Good service.
Highly recommend! Great Service, very knowledgeable, super easy to deal with , , very happy with purchase !
Rude workers no one spoke to me when I walked in and no one spoke to me when I left they just looked at me crazy don t come here they are not professional and not friendly at all
Helpful and courteous
Great service, and Kioti tractors are the best you can buy.
They always keep equipment running.
Had the part I needed to get my mower back in cutting shape. Good and helpful people. If I need more parts in the future I will check here first.
Nice people.
Great People and Service
Terrible customer service and unprofessional employees which aren t very knowledgeable! Stay clear!
Placed order , came in fast Very professional.
Not very knowledgeable about the particular product I was there asking about. And had to give me a round a bout quote Im not sure why he said roundabout in the age where the computer does all the work and math for everyone nowadays.
Great People and Service. These guys try to give lots of effort to get the job done correctly.
Wilson Lawn & Garden determined my chainsaw was beyond repair. Asked me if I wanted them to dispose of it. I chose to pick it up. They gave me back all but my muffler. Called them and they said they would give me an old one if they had one. I asked what if they did not. Was told it had been 2 months, what do you expect?. Will never deal with them again. Beware!. Told him O was recording. So I have legitimate proof.
I love my Stihl products. I have bought all my equipment from Wilson s. They service all of my equipment in a reasonable time. It s my opinion that you are are far better off to spend the money to buy quality products like Stihl. It may cost more but it is worth.
Customer service gets five stars. These are friendly, helpful people. Price and wait time brings my rating down. They wanted to charge me $15 for a lawn mower part that another store only charged $1. Estimate cost here for my mower repair was three times higher and a minimum two week wait. Took it someplace else where it got fixed in just a couple days including pick up and delivery. So, this place needs to up their game to get any future business from me.
I recommend this store if you want quality. I had an issue with a sale, and it was fixed with no issue. I find is really hard to find a honest, reliable, and loyal business that wont rob. I was impressed with the customer service and quality of purchase. Its and hour drive for me but worth it for the good business.
Bill has GREAT customer service on phone and in person. VERY GOOD Experience!
Very friendly people,if you buy a piece of equipment they go over it and explain everything to, they want to be sure you are satisfied and you are comfortable with the equipment and on top of that they have great prices.
Top of the line
Great customer service Professional sales man
Took a chainsaw in for repair, two weeks later have not touched it.
Got the part needed and brought it to the cat so my sleeping Grandaughter did not have to get woken up to go inside.
Expensive
Great place to service my mower
Dropped our push mower off for repair two and a half weeks ago. When we dropped it off was told it would be looked at and repaired within two to three weeks. Called to see the status of repair and it had not been looked at yet. Said it would be two more weeks before it would even be looked at. Not acceptable. I picked up my lawn mower today after deciding not to wait. I got no apology. Not even an excuse. I understand that a business can be overwhelmed and busy but when it s bad for the customer you might want to rethink how you do business. Will not recommend.
Always have or order any part. They do great repair work. Quick, they pick up and deliver. Reasonable prices.
Good service from talented staff.
Courteous and knowledgeable. I buy parts for my lawn tractor from them. Very friendly and ready to show you how new parts fit if they vary from original.
We bought our first stihl
Cheap for mowing the lawn
Great knowledgeable staff. Very friendly and NOT pushy
NEGATIVE REVIEW: Very bad customer service..high priced..did a lot of unnecessary things to my new push mower which I carried there because it began to leak oil..and it was covered by Sears warranty. They said the oil leakage wasnt covered under warranty and preceded to put on a new blade..which it didnt need. My mower is in worse shape than it was before I transported it there from Ridgeway Va! The only reason I traveled that far was because of the Sears Warranty. These people! worst I ever experienced. I was standing in line behind the one customer in front of me for 10 mins..and then another man walks into the store and the guy went over and waited on him as though I was invisible!! Needless to say..I took 10 breaths and walked out of that store with my mower..No doubt..Their attitude and body language was enough for me!! They wanted to say black folks are not served here? I felt like I stepped in a time warp..I was expecting to see a whites only sign..ENOUGH SAID!
I really enjoy doing business with the guys here. Each one is very: knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. They have a good selection of power tools to choose from as well.
I have bought two mowers from Wilsons. First a Snapper back in 2006, and then a Husqvarna zero turn in around 2013. Both buying experiences were wonderful. The people are nice and everyone there knows thier products inside and out. I wish people who sold cars knew thier products as well as these guys know there mowers and trimmers. Speaking of trimmers I also bought a Stihl from them too. The service after the sale has always been great too. The main reason I go to them is they are honest. I have never once left there feeling I have been given a line or just told something to try and keep me happy, and moving a long. They tell it to you straight and I appreciate that. When shopping for the zero turn a few years back I naturally shopped around. I felt a few places were trying to sell me the mower they were trying to push out the door not necessarily the mower that was best for me like Wilsons did. Dont take my word for it, its your money go and see for yourself. If they do the same great job listening to my needs and helping me pick out the right products they will do the same for you and earn your business. Take care!
These guys know their business for sure!
Great !
Not as good as normal today.
They cannot fix anything .
They are always friendly and helpful. I use them to get repair parts for my lawn tractor. If they dont have it, they will order it for you.
This place gives a lot of attention to customer satisfaction! I have purchased three pieces of equipment over the last 5 years, and always receive a letter thanking me for my business!!! Such an awesome touch in a world where customer service seems to be less important to the increase of box stores and cheep prices! Great place to purchase lawn equipment, they will show you how to operate it and run it before you leave. Regardless of the number of patrons waiting, you will be treated as if you are the only customer in the store.
Gets things you need quality stock great for ordering if they have too
They always do what they say, that means a lot.
Very helpful, fantastic customer service...well pleased!
Good service
Rude and over priced
Great people, excellent service!! Two thumbs up!!
Told me that it would be 3 weeks for spring service, put a tube in a tire and change a belt, that was 6 weeks ago... I called 2 weeks ago they said they would start on it by the end of that week. Going into week 7, still havent heard anything. Hope no one stole my lawnmower, since they had it parked in the front, instead of the shop.. update: still waiting. This is ridiculous. They said they had a big job that had to get in front of mine this last week. Only 1 technician working during their busiest time of year!?!
We have used this shop for several purchases and repairs over the past 10-15 years. Expect to pay full price and full labor rate on every purchase. The repair work used to be first rate, but the last time I took a mower in it was two months before I could get an estimate. They charged twenty dollars for the estimate with no consideration that they had just worked on the mower and kept it for two months. Their mechanic left - thats not my problem. From now on Ill save some money and buy new equipment at the big box stores and take my chances with the backyard repair guys.
