I was very dissatisfied with the communication from this company. We had a monthly service set up with their team, but they didn’t take care of our grass as promised. When I called to request an estimate for removing a few bushes, they said someone would get back to me, but no one ever did. I called again, and the same thing happened. Additionally, when we were unhappy with the work that had been done each month, the General Manager assured us that someone would come out to inspect our grass, and help us find a solution but they never did. Overall, customer service was handled very poorly. I wish I could write a positive review, but this experience was quite strange for a business that seemingly has all 5-star ratings.

I had Green Grass Landscaping do some work on my Son and Daughter-in-Laws yard in Mt. Pleasant and they did an awesome job. Both of the kids were very happy, and it will now allow them to control the growth of the bushes, flower beds etc. I would highly recommend this landscaping company.

Came next morning and provided estimate. Work completed within a few days. Very fair price for weeding all our beds, putting down mulch, and trimming all our shrubs. I highly recommend Greener Grass Landscaping!

My husband and I just moved to Mount Pleasant, and we were eager to find a landscaping and lawn care company that could groom and maintain our garden beds, expertly manicure the lawn, and ensure that it always looks neat and very well-cared for. On their very first visit, the team arrived on time, got to work immediately, and transformed our shaggy yard into quite a gorgeous landscape. We couldn’t be happier! We are now on their maintenance plan, which means that each time they visit, the lawn will be professionally shaped and mowed, and the garden beds will be neatly trimmed. I have been very pleased with Greener Grass. They have communicated promptly to our requests. Billing has been easy to understand and comes 1st of month after previous month mows. Their service professionals are very agreeable to making any changes we request for our lawn maintenance (bush trimming, weed spraying, lawn height).
