Fabian and crew did an excellent professional job on turning a problem tenant caused property wreck into a beautiful scaped one that we can show to prospective home buyers. I will be utilizing Lucky Cowboys Landscaping for all I need to do to on the prop all through our renovation and future Sale of our investment prop in Brookfield Ct. They Are the best we ever hired on in the 20 plus years we have owned the house.
