Committed to a job, to mow lawn and clean yard. He completed part of the job and was paid 75% of the agreed fee, then never showed up to finish the job and collect final payment. I probably overpaid for the work, but was willing to proceed based on the false expectation this guy set on the his work quality and reliability.
