VS Landscaping did a great job on our concrete work. We needed a concrete curb around two sides of our house to help water-proof and keep out potential rodents. The curb is narrow and mostly underground. I wanted the above ground portion to be slightly sloped away from the house and they did exactly as I asked. I would definitely consider using the company again.

VS Landscaping owned by Luis has been a very wonderful experience. I have used his company for shoveling snow, tree cutting, and brush maintenance. Luis will take ownership if anything is damaged during the process. For instance a cobblestone was pushed over when shoveling snow with his vehicle. He kindly repaired it with no issues. Would definitely use him again.

Ive hired VS Landscaping, headed up by Luis, twice now to remove trees from my property. The first job was simple a single tree and he took care of it efficiently and neatly for a good price. The second job was a beast: removing five trees in one day, including four big ones that had fallen down in a storm that were all tangled up together in a giant mess. Luis handled the entire job very thoughtfully, including making sure to check the location of our septic tank so that his truck wouldnt go anywhere near it, and covering our newly painted fence so that it wouldnt get accidentally dinged by any stray wood chips. Luis and his crew worked in our yard from early morning until after dark, and left everything tidy. (They created a nice, big stack of logs by our shed with the fallen trees, so at least that storm left us with plenty of firewood.) The prices are more than reasonable and less expensive than many of the other tree removal services around here and Luis is professional, prompt, and completely trustworthy. I hope Ill never have to hire anyone else again.

Luis and his wonderful crew are a joy! They take great care of our property year round. In the winter, they plow our driveway, shovel & sand our walkway and pay extra attention because they are aware of my husband s disabilities. They are beyond kind. They do our Spring & Fall clean-up, our mowing and weeding and maintain our garden beds. They are immediately responsive when we need something extra. Extraordinary service from wonderful people!

Luis did our paver patio and walkway recently. His team and he did a fantastic job! Luis showed up on time for every quote and discussion regarding the work. His quote was priced competitively and transparently so that it was easy to modify moving forward during the process. His team worked hard and efficiently - they even could work on Saturday. They took care of details to cover the disturbed soil with seeds and straws after finishing the paving. They also buried drain pipes for our gutter down sprouts to be redirected underneath the patio. Luis kept track of our project well, and his team and he are very understanding and easy to communicate in person. It would be better to schedule in-person discussions with Luis than texting/phone since he is involved in multiple projects and quite busy.

Waste of time. Gave us an estimate for 7 yards of topsoil. Other estimates received were 14 and 17yds. Spoke with VS which changed to 10 yds saying it would be more than enough and would send another cost estimate. We agreed. Never heard back. Called 3 times, texted twice and their first estimate had an option to responded with updates which we did saying we were waiting on an update. Nothing. Dont waste your time...

Ive been using VS Landscaping for several years at my home in Brookfield and for my parents home in Danbury. The have always done top quality work and have been responsive if weve needed anything else; tree work, mulch etc. Price has always been reasonable.

Louis and his crew are amazing. We purchased a home on Candlewood lake that needed lots of work. The landscaping was overgrown, needed weeding and leaf removal. It was a challenging project because the property is on a slope. Louis and his team came in and did it all by hand. He showed up the day he told us he would be there and had many workers with him. They worked the whole day until it was finished. He is always responsive and we now use him for maintenance of the property. He also has removed dead trees for us and planted new grass. I highly recommend him.
