Paid them a year ago $15K to dig out and replace an old corroded and leaking galvanized drain pipe for a 1 acre pond. Instead of digging out the entire section of the pipe, Scott (owner/manager?) chose to only dig out half of it but promised plugging the dugout section with tamped Earth and bentonite clay would create a watertight seal. Well only a couple months later the pond still leaked from the remaining old pipe section they didn't dig out. Contacted them numerous times to have them honor their 2 year warranty, they just kept making excuses like "their excavator broke down" the day they were scheduled to come out. Avoid this company, I'll probably have to take them to court to recoup my losses. 10/21/2024 edit: True to their word, they came out today and dug down/dug out a further section of the corroded pipe, backfilled and tamped the new earthen plug in the berm. While I would have preferred the entire old pipe to be dug out, Scott (owner) told me that doing so would potentially compromise the integrity of the berm. Will have to wait until pond fills to test for leaks again, but I am satisfied that they honored their warranty. Communication could have been a bit better, but I have changed my original 1-star review accordingly, and will update this review when the pond is full again.

The gentlemen that come out to mow, fertilize, trim are awesome. They do a fantastic job. They are friendly and our lawn is the BEST looking lawn in our neighborhood. Damascus Enterprises can’t be beat. The office staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable.

Damascus cleaned my pond and does great work but this rating is on price. Last year they weren't cheap and this year they are ridiculous. There is no way I am paying these ridiculous prices anymore. I think they are doing this to cut their smaller customers off. No thanks.

They were very friendly and nice, however they were very Non responses. They said they would call back. and they never did. This happened several times. After a while it was not worth the trouble. They may just be too busy.

It was very hard to find. Google maps in the area hasn't been updated since 2012, and there's no sign for the business on the road, just the number on a mailbox. The people working there were very friendly and knowledgeable.
