Dan and crew were exceptional. All the work was performed promptly and in a professional manner. Clean up after the work was also top notch. Price was fair and I feel I got a lot of work done for the money spent. You need a tree trimmed or taken down, call these guys!

NO SHOW NO CALL. I got referred thru a local church and so I felt confident this company would be reputable. I left a voice message which took four days for him to return the phone call, this was my 1st clue. Dan the owner schedule a time and date for him to come view my property. The time came and went .... no phone call no Dan, this was my second clue. I then called him and he said he was still at his last job site and would come a few hours later. He never showed ..... and he is the owner. Don't waste your time and especially your money. Individuals like Dan need to be taught a lesson that customers service and respect matter. Lets see how long it will take Dan to respond, if he does at all. Hope this helps.

Dan was recommended to me by a couple of people in the building industry. When he first came out he was overwhelmingly nice and enthusiastic about the project. That is where the good experience ended. He did not relay the scope of the job to the people doing the job. We had very thorough plans including photos of the plants etc. They installed other plants because that was what was available at the nursery they generally work with. he did not relay the scope of the job to the people doing the job. After some considerably harsh words they replaced some of the plants and I accepted others. They proceeded to tell me it was stupid plan even though that is what they had bid. Dan always communicated through text but when I text him about warranty work he referred me to some website. The website would not accept pictures and so I have Emailed my request and I will see what happens. Incidentally the two people that recommended him have since called me and one of them apologized for recommending them because their service has gone downhill and the other one had problems getting them back and said he would never use them again.

We had a retaining wall put in on the property line between our neighbor and our backyards. Dan was very friendly and professional, he communicated regularly, and they started and finished the project on schedule. I was impressed with the workers, they were very hardworking, they cleaned up the area at the end of each day, and they were careful with our lawn and plants. We were happy with the results.

I highly recommend Valley View Landworks. They did the landscaping for our new home I love our yard! They were great to work with. We got 3 bids before deciding to work with them. They offered a competive price. Met their deadlines. Listened to what we were wanting and preformed above and beyond our expectations. They were very responsive and professional.

Worked with Valley view on a big retaining wall and landscsape job out in Damascus. Very pleased with the end result. Crew was easy to work with and the owner followed through on timeline and budget. Wouldn't hesitate to have them back for more work and in fact most likely will when we do our water feature.

Well, I tried to use their service. Was ready to hand over money for a project I needed done asap. Wasn't even going to get estimates from anyone else. Dan was super nice when he came out, met us, and looked over our property. We were excited about what he had in mind and felt like we were all on the same page. He was going to get us an estimate in a few days. After not hearing from him for two weeks, I emailed him asking if he had an update on the estimate or when I could get it. Didn't hear back. Then I put a message through on their website in case Dan wasn't there anymore or something. Dan then emailed me 5 days after that, saying they were moving their office and he would work on getting an estimate to me. That was November 27th, and I write this on January 5th with no other communication from him. I'm very disappointed that we couldn't work with Valley View Landworks, and won't be trying to do business with them in the future. Nor would we recommend them.

Excellent crew and work!!! The weekly crew made it look just the way we asked for each week. The shrubs I asked to be removed and wanted them replaced with plants and a new design with barkdust. We Love the design, colors, plants and look. Thank you for taking such GREAT care of our landscape and weekly maintenance. You ALL are wonderful and a 5 star business!
