I am a gym owner opening a new space. I ordered some turf for flooring for half of my space. Turf factory direct took my order but did not ship it. When I called to see what the delay could be I was fortunate enough to speak with Danika. She informed me the product I ordered was not the best solution for my needs. She immediately sent over more options for me to choose from and I found the proper product for what I needed. Most companies take your order and then thats it. This company stalled the order to make sure it was correct. I cannot thank Danika and turf factory direct for making sure I got the correct product delivered without any headaches.

I worked with Logan on my order. It was late on a friday afternoon and he still got back to me within 30min of me submitting a request. Short phone call and got a quote over to me so I could review it over the weekend. They beat all my other options on price and shipping. Very happy with the outcome.

I have had my turf for a year now and the quality is great! I own a fitness facility where we run group classes and see a lot of foot traffic, it holds up well to that and has nice padding to it for exercising. Ordered artificial turf (putting green and fringe) from Turf Factory Direct. I just ordered it so wont comment on the product, but they sent various samples so I could get the look and feel of it. Their prices were competitive with other places I checked into and their quality looks better. In particular I deal with Dale Jackson who was very helpful with the various questions I posed along with recommendations. I recommend this company highly.

I ve recently placed my second order with Turf Factory Direct. The first round was for an outdoor chipping and putting green. Our family and friends have had so much fun playing on it. We just placed a second order for turf near a new pool area. We are so excited to not have lawn clippings to contend with in our pool and it will look beautiful nestled between large pavers. Kristy reached out to me about my second order to confirm that the size of rolls I ordered would be manageable to move around and to make sure it wasn t tying into anything from the first order. Their attentiveness and proactive response will keep me coming back.

They have you pay $100 for residential shipping then after it ships they tell you that your responsible to remove the turf yourself and have to be home mon-Friday to receive it, no delivery on weekends when most people are off work. they conveniently left that small detail out when ordering and now I can t cancel hopefully the delivery driver can unload his own freight.

I work for a small landscaping business and we have ordered twice from Turf Factory Direct now. The first order was on a whim and we had our fingers crossed about the quality of the product, the shipping, etc. Second time we ordered was because of the quality of the product, the shipping, the customer service. I would recommend this company to any business or residential customer in need of turf. Very easy to work with.

Have not bought from Turf Factory (yet!), but these guys are the best in the business. They quickly jumped on a call and walked me through every different type of grass and for specifically for what use-case in golf. 10/10 would recommend just giving a call if you had any questions.

He answered my questions regarding stimp level and gave me specific information about the infill needed and where I could purchase locally. A few words about Turf Factory Direct. If you are looking for artificial turf for putting green, dog area or your entire yard, dont go anywhere else! I have been installing a DIY putting green for the past 2 months and just last week as we were close to finishing, I discovered we were short by 10 feet! No big deal right? Well unfortunately they had a 15-foot minimum order. Which is completely understandable, with current fuel prices and staffing issues. I had already order 750 sq feet of fringe a few weeks back but it was not enough. My first time installing something like this! I emailed Danica Trice with whom I was communicating with from the previous order and explained my issue. Called her the next day and she said no problem we can do the 10-foot piece instead of the 15-foot minimum!!! Saved me $150!!! This company has answered every question I had and helped with the shipping. They even reached out to see if they could cut the turf in half because it was going to weigh 600 pounds! I am so thankful they did! This company has been great to deal with! Danika Trice is just the best! I hope her supervisor realizes what an asset she is! Thank you Danica!!

Dale was SUPER helpful in answering my questions and providing some great recommendations for installing turf in a basement batting cage. Delivery was also very fast (arrived in less than a week). I havent installed the turf yet (will be doing so in the next week or two), but I will update this review with more information/photos once the install is complete and I can fully review the finished product.

Very bad customer service. It s been two weeks and have not received the artificial grass ordered. I emailed them twice with no response. I called them and they said they could not process my order and I would receive a refund even though they had already taken my money out. If I didn t call them they wouldn t have notified me about my order not being processed. I called a couple more times to ask a couple questions and they kept hanging up on me with our answering. They would answer the call and wait a couple seconds and hang up. They are very unprofessional do not purchase from them. I am now trying to get a refund or the grass because they took my money already and I have neither. If I could put 0 stars I would.

Do your homework! My Business partners and I purchased $12,000 worth of turf, around 5,000 square feet. Prior to purchasing we explained we were shopping around for the company that could guarantee their delivery date. Turf Factory Direct said our window of 7-10 business days would be no problem, they d manufacture in 2-3 days and send it out. When they were a week late, we inquired. They stated we re out of nylon. We are upset at this point but try an understand. Things can happen. AT 3 WEEKS LATE WE REACH BACK OUT, their representative states they are manufacturing an will ship in two days. 4 days later we have no shipping confirmation, we call they say nope, still no nylon. But if we pay an extra $1,000 we can get an upgrade that will ship next week an take 7-10 days to get to us Absolute joke. Dishonest, lied about ability to deliver TWICE!! Unprofessional Had our $12,000 for 5 weeks and their only customer service was an additional fee of $1,000. My advice, steer clear, as their management team is not concerned with the consumer or repeat buyers. Not worth it.

Terrible customer service! They were off on delivery time table by 5 weeks! Unapologetic, deal with it attitude. Would put me on hold and leave me there for 45 -60 minutes at a time. Little to no email correspondence.

I ordered the turf for our new facility. Spoke with a FTD representative, discussed: -importance of timeline -delivery was our deciding factor -wanted to base our product purchase on both quality an certainty of its delivery We are at 2.5 weeks past delivery date. The company says they don t have nylon for my order, but if I pay an additional rate, it will get shipped sooner. This is not a company I d recommend.

I really appreciate the attention and great customer service I received at Turf Factory Direct. The pet turf that I wanted was not immediately available due to supply chain delays that were beyond their control. The friendly customer service reps were really good about keeping me informed about where the order was in process and were very helpful when I called with questions. I am extremely happy with my new turf and my my best girl is too!

Awesome product (TFD 87 Special) and sales / customer service team! We love the turf and so does our newborn baby! All our neighbors have commented how nice it looks and we agree. Seeing all the recent negative reviews... I think these people forgot we are in a pandemic and the current issue with global freight / supplies / container ships not able to come into port.. hence why everything is behind. We had a large order over 3.1K sq ft. What I didnt know / realize is how BIG and HEAVY these rolls are. The freight carrier told me they had equipment to unload them, but they did NOT lol luckily a friend of mine lives near by and brought his forklift over. The 80 x 15 roll probably couldnt be picked up by 10 guys. So make sure you have good machinery at the ready when your delivery arrives because the freight carrier will very unlikely have it (even though the carrier had told me they did).

Excellent service, price and product. I shopped around quite a bit before choosing Turf Factory Direct, and they delivered as promised. The turf was just as described, at the best price we were able to find anywhere. I did have to call wondering why delivery was taking several weeks, but thankfully reached a customer service rep right away who explained it was being freshly manufactured, which was worth the wait. I highly recommend following all installation instructions, and it will turn out beautiful.
