These guys do our place and at first they did a really good job. But they mow your sod when it doesn't need it during drought conditions. which creates damaged brown spots. We have a major investment in our sodded yard and these guys are POOR stewards of our property. They appear to have no understanding of maintaining a yard other than how to operate the equipment.
