Truegreen left a notice they sprayed some stuff on my lawn. It was a printed notice I found on my door. The customer address on the notice was for my neighbor whose house number is the same as mine IF YOU TRANSPOSE two numbers. I asked my neighbor if he knew whether they treated his lawn or not. He wasn't home, so didn't see them actually come to his house. So now I don't know if they sprayed my lawn with chemicals or not. Called customer service and they made a show of saying they'd look into it, but no one has called me back. If you are considering a lawn treatment service, don't use these people. They don't care that their techs can't read, and obviously if you're not a customer, they don't care that you are upset they might have sprayed chemicals on your lawn without your permission. Update 09 14 2024: Customer Service Rep just replied that she's appreciative of me as a customer and urged me to use the app to manage my TruGreen service. Guess she didn't read the part about how I'm not a customer. I'm sure the CEO, Kurt Kane, will have someone get to the bottom of this once he receives my letter.
Please do not waste your money on them in Dallas. We have had skipped services, charged and no fertilizer put down. When asked about why the grass looks awful, there is an excuse for everything…. Bugs, then tech says no bugs, Gardner is killing it…. A different excuse every week. Not let’s fix the issue. Do not use them.
BEWARE OF THEIR DECEPTIVE SALES TEAM. I was recently scammed by a member of the sales team. Jim offered me services at a discount/free when not authorized to do so just to get a commission. Now I'm signed up for a service I didn't even want AND am being charged for it. He also texted me from what I'm now guessing is a personal cell phone in order to pressure me and ensure I spoke ONLY with him and not a different sales rep who would have told me what he was offering wasn't possible. Took my payment over the phone and I didn't realize until the service already begun.
My review not showing so will try again. We have three services with TruGreen so really don't know the agents coming out other than name on e-mail notice. They do show up and really only downside was weeds which last few years seems have done nothing. This year they have come out couple extra times trying to help with weeds. Problem is the pricing high and though I have recommended them to many homes here many go to local cheaper company! All the money we spend each year you would think our yard would be one of the best but doesn't happen.
Saw him putting down the sulfur treatment. My yard has very few weeds and my less than a year old tree is already budding. Only tree is my area green already and pretty! My yard looks great at this time. And I’m not doing it, True Green is!! A true blessing! Thanks
They are here bright and early. They walked through the process did their job and in their way. They also do my mosquito and Insect repellent as well. It all seems to work on our 2 acre happy land! Would seriously recommend. This is the house before, we are now having it go under some changes. Lawn being one of them! So exciting!

Our yard is bordering Duck Creek so we get every critter trying to destroy it, digging and adding their own plantings but I cant imagine where wed be without TruGreen. Bought and applied my own products and it cost me more...plus if it didnt work I didnt get to call them back to retreat within a couple of weeks. My Technician lets me know he is on the property and answers any questions, makes recommendations. We love working in the yard but I couldnt do it all! Thank you TruGreen.

Have subscribed to their annual service for several years and each year my lawn becomes worse and worse... Less green and more bare/thin spots... I have complained several times and all they offer is excuses instead of solutions, very disappointed UPDATE: after a single summer using a different service my lawn has vastly improved. The nightmare that was TruGreen will soon be a distant memory.

The first tech that came to my house, Sean, was extremely unprofessional in his interaction with me. His aeration of my lawn was not performed correctly at all. After a phone call to TG Eddie Perez was sent to my home and did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable, professional and did a great job aerating my lawn. Eddie Perez is who you want to be a representative of your company. Not Sean. I would never allow him back on my property. Again, Eddie Perez was excellent. Thank you for sending him. I am a new customer for TruGreen as of 5/6/2024. I believe I paid a decent price for a whole year of service and the TruGreen app I downloaded to my cell phone is WONDERFUL. I need to unlock 3 areas on my property for their service team to gain access. My 4-star rating is only given because I believe a better breakdown was needed for a new customer so I would have known what to expect in the days of service to follow. I would have been better prepared since TruGreen came to my property 3 days in a row for different types of application. TruGreens servicemen will not apply their treatment if they cannot gain access. Sulphur for soil treatment is an example of another issue where I had no knowledge of laws against application to areas that include bedrock below the soil. This example is based on my notice of one serviceman not applying in a certain gated area. I received the important information only because I was home and questioned him. Overall, I believe my relationship with TruGreen will improve since customer care in the office has been very accommodating to help me with my lawn issues. I look forward to how TruGreen will help my shrub issues.

Matthew came at the peak of totality of the solar eclipse. So it was dark. But he did a great job identifying and recommending treatment for a fruit tree fungus and scale in my shrubs. He fertilized all shrubs and was very professional.

This was my first meeting. My Rep was Jerome. He was on time, Professional and friendly. He explained everything I asked of him. Best of all he didnt run away when I showed him the mess that is currently my yard. Id post pics but too embarrassed to show my weed gardens. LoL The price was totally easy to do for the coming year. They had multiple options on payments. Still less then I thought it would be.

I called this place about a year ago when I lived in a house to ask about pricing. I ended up not going with their services, but they kept calling me multiple times a day to get me to use them. I blocked all the numbers they were using to call and that seemed to work, but just today I received yet ANOTHER call from them. As I said, I initially called them about a year ago and was never actually a customer, now I live in an apartment so I definitely dont need them. Seems like if you call them just once they keep your number forever and basically become your new telemarketer.
**Avoid TrueGreen at All Costs!** I had the unfortunate experience of using them for my lawn care needs, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. At first, their service was nothing special, just your run-of-the-mill lawn care that you can find anywhere. But what really pushed me over the edge was their sneaky tactics with billing and renewals. Firstly, they sent me a renewal notice with a price that was a whopping 60% higher than what I had previously paid. Shocked and dismayed, I decided not to renew and switched to another provider. Little did I know, they had already decided to renew my contract without my consent and at an exorbitant rate. For months, I continued to be charged without even realizing it, as they conveniently failed to send any notification of the renewal or the increased charges. It wasnt until I noticed a strange charge on my statement that I realized what was happening. When I finally called to confront them about this outrageous behavior, their response was nothing short of infuriating. They claimed that by not explicitly canceling, I had somehow agreed to their new terms and astronomical fees. Not only did they refuse to refund me for the months of unauthorized charges, but they also had the audacity to argue that it was somehow my fault for not jumping through hoops to cancel a service I never agreed to in the first place. Needless to say, I will never make the mistake of using TruGreen again, and I strongly urge anyone considering their services to steer clear. Their unethical business practices and blatant disregard for their customers rights are truly appalling. Save yourself the headache and find a lawn care provider that actually values your business and respects your autonomy.
Jordan has been out twice. I like and trust him which makes a huge difference on trust. He makes me feel completely relaxed about plan forward and just know I m in great hands. Could not do all of the things they do for lawn. Well worth the money, and the difference they make is amazing.

One year when they I was having the tree and shrub service done, I had aphids very bad which I noticed because my crepe myrtles were loosing hundreds of leaves. When I brought it to their attention, they did work hard to get them under control. I just feel that they should have noticed it without me having to bring it to their attention.
True Green has been treating our lawn and there are still weeds. When I called to report this they sent someone to retreat the yard. With T he most recent treatment, my very large patio was covered with little yellow pellets. The grass is 20 feet from the house with the patio in between and the pellets, not just a few, we re covering the patio up to the brick of the house. Maybe they charge by the amount of pellets they spread? Otherwise I see no reason why they would waste so much to cover a very large area of concrete.
We have an unusual situation where we have St Augustine installed in our front yard and along the house on the side yard, and still have Bermuda along the driveway in the back, and in the backyard fenced in area. Both types of grass need specific care, different from each other. TruGreen provides a service where they will basically come out and fertilize your grass and take care of weeds, with weed control. Their weed control and fertilizing has radically changed our lawn, and it looks so much better. The big disappointment is that they do not provide special care for St Augustine. For example, grub worms can kill St Augustine, and so can Brown Patch Disease (or fungus). If these two things begin to take over our lawn, I have to treat it myself. They do not do that. One of the guys told me that they have a whole bunch of yards to treat in a day, and they just come out, treat the yards, and move on to the next house on their list. They do an outstanding job and I appreciate them very much.

I will go over the good and the bad regarding my 2 years using Trugreen. The good: - Technician Brent R that was typically sent to my house. Without him, this would have been a very short relationship. Brent cared about his accounts, and still does as he still cares for my neighbors lawn. - Weed control. Trugreen is good with weed control. The bad: - Billing, theyre horrendous. I cant emphasize this enough. After my contract expired, they continued to send a tech to the house and tried to bill me for it. As I travel for a living, I was not home when they claimed to be there. Bottom line, they had no valid contract in place to be at my home. - The other technicians that I had contact with, they could care less. I have a large yard and they wanted out as soon as possible. Many times they would only put the application on part of the yard so as to finish quicker. Is the corporate office giving them too many jobs per day? - Fertilization. Again, they do weed control. In summary, Trugreens billing practices and their total disregard of their own contracts is a deal breaker for me. I wish Brent R well. He is a caring employee and theyre very lucky to have him.

No one showed up to perform the service and it is showing complete. I have cameras everywhere outside my home. This is the 3rd time this happened. It is an integrity issue with this company. Fixing to file complaint with BBB. They tell you on the 800 numbet that they will have the local manager call you but no one calls you back.This is totally unacceptable. Stay away from True Green. You will have to keep watching your cameras to see if they really showed up to perform the service.

I just wanted to give kudos to Eddie P, the tech that came out and did our service today. It was the end of the day, but he took the time to answer my questions. I havent had a lawn in a long time but he answered my questions with great patience and in a way that was easy for a novice like me to understand. He even gave me some suggestions on watering. I just wanted to say thank you and that I appreciate the job he did today.
Devante was very professional and knowledgeable of grass maintenance. After informing him I was new to the Texas area he advised me on a watering schedule once the temperature gets hot here.

Since this was the 2nd service I had with TruGreen I was expecting a highly professional experience. My first treatment was perfection in every way. This time around, I am considering canceling my account. My tech, Timothy Strong, when arrived had already marked my service as COMPLETED before he even started the work! I have video footage of them arriving at my door, 1 min AFTER my service was put into your system as completed. I have never done a job and completed it before I even begin. Just not possible. On top of that, there were still weeds present in the yard that have grew since the last treatment. But there was NO action on the tech part to even consider treating them. I am paying TruGreen to treat my yard, if I wanted half-done work, I could get the kid down the street to do this, not a company that prides itself on having a partnership with the PGA! Also, the treatment he laid down was spread all across my driveway and patio, with no consideration to clean up or attempt to leave my yard as they found it. On top of that, my service receipt was a WADDED-UP BALL OF PAPER stuffed inside the envelope. As I stated, my 1st treatment, was perfection, the techs who did it made me glad I went with TruGreen over the others. This was a nightmare to see an employee perform their duty with such lackluster energy. TruGreen has really let me down here, and the more I think about it, the more I believe I WILL cancel my plan.
This was aeration service. The only problem we had was we werent advise to mark sprinkler heads. The service rep helped us to do this before he could aerate the lawn. Time will tell how effective tjis treatment will be.
Horrible service and professionalism. Very sloppy with fertilizer. I had to ask them several times not to put fertilizer in my flowerbeds and they are completely destroyed now. Even after saying that they would be more careful they were still very sloppy and now I have new grass in my flowerbeds after killing the old grass. I canceled my service with them three times and they kept coming out here and trying to charge me but each time I would have to tell them I canceled already. Very sloppy and careless around flowerbeds. If you like your flowerbeds, do not use this company at all they will destroy them.
about sixty dollars per lawn-application seems like a reasonable price. at present i dont know for sure how much improvement there will be in my lawn.

I addressed my concerns with Darius. He did spray the side strip that had so many weeds. The rest of the lawn front and back look good. The strip next to the street was full of weeds. I appreciate that he sprayed the strip. I hope it helps.
UPDATE a/o 20230523: I made a promise to this offices manager, to update my review and rating based on my dealings with him. This offices manager contacted me directly, came to my house to review the property and finally get it measured. He was extremely professional and did exactly what he said he would. He scheduled there services I wanted done and followed up with me about the status. If people want to know how to turn a 1-star review into a 5-star review, Mr. Davis knows how. If I continue having a lawn service treat my lawn, I will call him and his local office. - - - - -> Worst Company Ever!!! If you want hours of wasted time, incorrect treatments, misquoted services and ultimately never get what you want done, done, then call TruGreen.

Tracey does a very thorough job when he comes to treat our front/ backyard. It is quite large, lots of vegetation, and he spends the time to make sure he has treated everything.
This is a very difficult company to do business with. You should not have to chase a company to provide the service you pay for. They do not show up on time or at all (and you are still charged). They do poor work or the least amount of work as possible. Your lawn is their marketing tool and yet they still provide poor service. Customer Service is not empowered to fix issues and it is hard to get resolution to service problems.
They ne er knocked on my door. And the follow up came before he even arrived! By the time I realized he was still there, he was driving off.
I used Trugreen for years and thought I was getting my moneys worth. After every treatment they made, I had a bitter taste in my mouth. Years passed, and the same patch of dallisgrass we started with was still there. When I pointed it out, they would say we would have to give it time. Finally, I left but called to get the Sycamore tree treated for bagworms. The customer service agent said she needed to transfer me to her manager. When I left them, I paid what was owed on my account and closed it. They said they hated to see me go, and that was it. A nasty lady got on the phone and said I owed them $89 from 2019 and would have to pay it before they would do any further service for me. 2019? This is 2023. You serviced my property for four years with an outstanding balance? She nastily repeated what she said, and I got off the phone. I now use Sunday products and suggest you use them instead of TruGreen. If you are okay with applying the products, this is the best way to go. Sorry for my rant, but TruGreen sucks.
This visit the representative didn t come to the door to inform me that they were onsite, instead they went directly into my backyard. Fortunately I had just let the dogs in otherwise it would be another story. With that being said, please reiterate the importance of letting the customer know that the representative is on site and ready to work.

Ive had their service for about 1 year. At first my lawn sprung to life when they started and looked really good for a while, but as the services continued, the lawn started to look awful with each additional service visit. Ive spent nearly $1000 on their services this year and my neighbors lawns look a whole lot better without Trugreen. I contracted with them because I thought they would do more than spread fertilizer. Im really disappointed with the final result.

Planned on using this company for a short time until I was bombarded by calls and emails from the Dallas hub. Have repeatedly asked to be removed from their call list over the past 6 months and either get hung up on or told it takes 30 days to be removed and then continue to receive calls. I m sure you re a great company but for the love of god leave a girl alone if she asks!

I called to get information and a quote, I wanted the service but wanted to cut my yard first. This company/representative took it upon themselves to schedule an appointment for me and sent a technician. One morning I was looking at videos from my security cameras and saw that someone was on my property, when they arrived they didn t knock on the door, text or call me. The video shows him on my property from 0715 - 0719. I watched him walk in a circle like and went over towards the neighbors driveway, then he started to walk up my driveway and turned around got his cart and packed it up and left. Later I noticed a charge for $84.00. I called to talk to someone the first person didn t help at all she transferred me to another person where I found out another appointment was scheduled without my authorization. I m sure this maybe a good company just didn t work out for me.
Called to get a quote told them I changed my mind. They called me 5 times the rest of the day trying to sell me stuff. Contact them at your own risk.
Don t waste your money with TruGreen and with this agent from Dallas, TX. They ain t doing what they supposed to do based on your specific requests. This agent from Dallas is unethical, not honest and professional. I am regretted that I wasted $90 one time per month for fertilization for the last 4 months in 2022, all those fertilizations could be done by me by going to Lowe or Home Depot to buy fertilizer and only cost me appx $30-$40. I requested them multiple time that I want weed control treatment but they didn t do it, just spreading some fertilizer which I couldn t even see on my lawns.
Got call from TG 10 days ago. Said Id just inherited house; yard neglected for a long time. Frustrated trying to do everything myself, didn t know what I was doing, spent $$$ on stuff that didn t work, going to Home Depot at least 12x, calling mftrs for help, etc. Problems: 1) weeds all over yard. Bought broadcast spreader & lawn eqmpt. Treated 3x w/post-emergent granular product from HD, watered in, then w/another HD product that attaches to spray hose. No results. 2) Black ants all over the yard. Treated 3x w/Triacizide granular product, increasing dose every time, watered in. No results. 3) Mosquitos - Told problem would be completely eliminated, how he & his wife can go into their yard freely, but if they leave their yard, they have to spray themselves for protection. Told TG uses stronger product than consumers can buy & assured that problems would be resolved. Told no discounts for seniors/disabled/vets. Only discount was to pay in advance for the year. Gave him cc#. Was not told that after each treatment, product must be watered in. Not told how long it would take for each treatment to become effective; shouldn t have to ask. Told later while canceling service that sr. disc. WAS available. Also saw 1st treatment 50% off on website. 1st svc: Spoke w/tech before he treated, said he was treating only for weeds; mosq/ant svc done separately. Nothing said about watering after service. 2nd svc: Saw truck pull up, told tech I wanted to ensure that ants would be treated b/c his truck said only Mosquitos . Told perimeter treatment was being done. He began explaining what perimeter meant, I interrupted, apologized for doing so, said I know what perimeter means, I pay my pest control company to treat that, I d bought service to treat ants ALL over the yard. Told that wasn t on his work order & to call TG. Asked him not to apply perimeter, but in the 3 min. that had elapsed, the other tech, who I hadn t seen, had finished & was coming out of the backyard. Not told to water after service. Immediately called local TG office. Explained everything to 1st woman, was transferred to another, explained everything to her. She said that I did indeed purchase whole yard ant service. Transferred to 3rd person. Explained everything to HIM. He reconfirmed that I purchased whole-yard ant treatment. During our call I realized that techs had left. He said he d take care of it & would get them back out to treat properly, which I assumed would be the same day. By that evening, hadn t seen anyone. Ckd email for 1st time in days, had several from TG, none included cust #, required to register for online access. One said to water product into lawn after service. First time I d seen this. Emailed cust svc on website; retd undeliverable. Next day called 800# CS at 7:58AM. Selected option f/callback in 2 min. No call back or VM all day. Called Dallas office 4:45PM. Said I didn t know I was supposed to water after treatment & asked if 1st treatment would be effective. Told it wouldn t be AS effective but would work. Told that b/c I d selected email & texts communication, instructions to water product on written service info form wasn t left by tech. Got acct #. Told techs could never return same day, appt had to be scheduled. Said I d assumed that the man I talked to day before @ noon would handle this, wasnt told new appt had to be made & that I d have to do it. First available in 5 days. TG email: ...Healthy Lawn Guarantee that provides you with a free re-service at any time to address concerns between visits. Not in my case. Nothing has gone right. Critical instructions as to what to do were only provided in emails, which is unacceptable, given how many times I d actually spoken to someone at TG by phone & the fact that I d spoken with BOTH techs.
I had Trugreen services for one calendar year and my grass became greener but they never got rid of all of the weeds. Constant treatments and services which I was charged for with not enough results. Constant annoying telemarking calls for upgrades to my services (mosquito treatments). Lastly they leave their treatment signage in the yard which they never remove old ones just continue to add more. I wouldnt recommend this service to anyone.

Not sure if the technician was having a bad day or what. I met him outside and asked if he needed anything from me (my first treatment). Without a word, he shook his head no and went about unloading the broadcast spreader from his vehicle. He was here less than 10 minutes, ran through my yard with a broadcast spreader and did not treat for weeds as contracted (this was the main point in hiring them). When contacted TruGreen wanted to send him back to treat for weeds. I said, no thank you. Im supposedly getting a refund for the services not provided. I havent seen an email about the refund yet, but the emails to take my money were instant. Id stay far away from this giant, faceless business. It didnt seem like they cared about me or my lawn, only my money. UPDATE: I just found out from my family that the tech was in the back yard. He did not treat the back yard, was not asked to treat the back yard and had no reason to be there. They said he acted surprised to see them in the pool, pointed his finger around the yard like he was counting something and placed a sign in the back yard. What? Why would he be trespassing when he has no business going into my back yard. I guess I need to set the cameras in the back to record 24 hours a day and not just at night.
the weeds are taking over
I have been a customer of TruGreen for several years. Our yard is very nice. (My wife loves working in the yard) That said, service seemed pretty good but nothing special. So it has been an easy option to keep the service. Today I found out that our auto payment did not process. I called to make a manual payment and, of course, they accepted it on the phone. The kicker is they proactively canceled my account. I understand that they cant work for free but it would have taken just one phone call to clear up. Plus the customer service person that accepted my payment was very unprofessional. I was informed that given that non-payment I would have to apply to get my service reinstated. Keep in mind that I have been a customer for several years. Lets just say I am in the market for a new yard service. By the way, I do get frequent calls trying to get me to sign up for an extra service.

Before you hire these people theres something you might want to know weve had them for over a year and still No notable progress on getting rid of the weeds they keep telling us nothing will kill those type of weeds. Then why do you keep coming back and charging me every month. We canceled service a week ago and still getting phone calls bugging us to get us to come back. Enough is enough youve been canceled and we will not us you again if for no other reason than the difficulty getting service stopped
I used Trugreen for about a year. The treatments helped somewhat but when I asked why certain spots in my lawn had no grass, they had no insights whatsoever. That s when I realized that the people they send to do the treatments don t really have special knowledge or expertise. So, I decided to cancel and find a local lawn company that I could get some real help from. I canceled in July 2022 and in January 2023 I received a text that my lawn treatment was coming up. I called immediately to say my service has been cancelled for months, why are you showing up. My main concern was being charged. The rep assured me that she saw the documentation of the cancellation and she would make sure that everything was taken care of. Sure enough, the next day they came and did the treatment and sure enough they charged my account. Now I m being told I have to wait 5-7 days on a refund. This business is looking very fishy and unreliable at this point. Use at your own risk.
Ill never use this company again. I signed up a year-long program with TruGreen. The quality is so so and unstable. Before the expiration, TruGreen does not send me any notification of expiration but the lady promised me to do so when she signed me up. After the end of the program, Trugreen did not send me any notice about the new service. They even did not notify me that they sent someone to my yard to do the service ahead of time, but directly charged to my credit card that I used for to sign up the yearly program. It seems that they wanted me not to know the renewal at all, but wanted me to continue to pay for their service. I do not like their way of doing business. I called them -- a long waiting time plus a not so friendly lady who ignored your request.
This is just 76 days of the service, its so much better. Thanks! Prices are a little higher than I would like, but you get what you pay for. The product they put on the grass is better than anything I believe I can purchase. I have tried so many products. And I always end up going back to TruGreen despite the price.

My Tree and Shrub Technician, Daniel Hicks, is doing an excellent job of maintaining my trees and shrubs. He takes an active interest in my landscape and works with me to see that it is maintained and enhanced. He is proactive and I appreciate his feedeback and the time he commits to discussing my tree and shrubbery needs.
I have used for several years to keep my lawn green, weed free and nourished. I appreciate their reliability and willingness to honor special requests.
I struggled to get my lawn looking nice and healthy for 2 years meanwhile my neighbors yard flourished so I asked him what he was doing. After finding out he was using TruGreen I signed up as well and I saw a huge improvement after the first treatment and many treatments later my lawn has never looked better.

Webpage advertised free quote for my lawn.... after I had to provide all my information and consent to them contacting me. I then didnt receive a quote, but instead began getting barraged with emails and calls. I just wanted a simple number to show up on the screen. Instead, I began to receive two calls daily and I dont know how many emails because I immediately flagged them as spam. Cherry on top is that their unsubscribe link is broken, so I cant unsubscribe, and Im still getting two calls a day. Have reported to BBB.
Worst lawn company ever. They made many clerical mistakes, lied to me consistently for about a year, and when I proved my case, they refused to reimburse me (my case was that they werent servicing my backyard at all - you know, the entire reason Id signed up). Id had a hunch they werent, and called several times. The first few times, I was gaslighted and assured that of course they were. The last time I called in, I re-stated my case, and added that I was literally in my backyard when the tech timestamp window said. A little more digging found that, oh, some employee had mistakenly put in some notes to not service my backyard (perhaps meant for a different client, but yes, my backyard had not been serviced the entire time- probably over a year at that point). I was informed that they dont do refunds, even though I hadnt received the service Id paid for...is this for real? What an awful, unbelievable policy. Almost as unbelievable, is the fact that this company clogged up my mailbox with solicitations as soon as I canceled my service (that I wasnt getting). I also received solicitation phone calls asking for my business. I got _another_ one this Tuesday. Im pretty livid. I cant tell you how many hundreds of my dollars that they have - for not helping my backyard lawn and giving me wrong information for so long. Please use a quality local small business instead.
I had a lawn service scheduled for two weeks out set on April 29th for service to be completed on May 14th for a lawn aeration. No one showed up so when I call they tell me oh sorry the equipment broke we rescheduled you for the 21st. My brother in law stayed at my house as I was out of town and said no one came. I got home on the 23rd to verify my lawn had not been aerated. I called trugreen and the customer service rep admits that technicians some times get over booked and hit complete on a job without ever completing it. Per the service rep, he rescheduled the service for the 26th between 9am-12pm. When no one shows I call and get told oh no he was wrong he set it for the 28th. I requested a refund and will wait to see how long that takes!!!
Tried calling multiple times and sat on hold for 20 minutes. Had a service scheduled for today and wanted tech to spot treat certain grasses. No worries now though canceling all future services.
We have used Trugreen since last summer, this summer they would schedule service and never show. I called in multiple times they rescheduled and never showed, or I would be charged for a second they didnt at my house. I called in to cancel and they said we will have a local manage call you never happened, called again they said the regional manage would never happened. I will use them again. Plus I have qeeds because they NEVER came out.
The mosquito control treatment has made a noticeable difference in my yard. I can enjoy it at anytime without worrying about mosquito bites. I was amazed at how well the treatment worked. I am happy I went with TruGreen for this service.
Just spoke with a rep from this location who was very rude, argumentative and grossly unprofessional! He told me himself that two treatments were suppose to be done the same day, yet they were done separate day s resulting in two separate charges! I also was told I would be billed every 5 weeks. So far I ve been billed every week! When I asked to pay my bill and cancel services, he hung up in my face. Please take your business elsewhere this location is obviously ghetto and do ghetto business.
Shrub Control
You can certainly see a TrueGreen yard in my neighborhood! They ve taken care of me and a lot of my neighbors in a way we stand out above the rest. I know of some that have changed from who they were using to TrueGreen and are very glad they did. Thank you TrueGreen for an excellent job!
I ve used this service for 18 years and use to have a beautiful weed free yard. We no longer have that and the company does not care. Customer service is just someone answering the phone and no help at all. I ve requested a service manager to come walk my yard more than once and no one has showed or called. I have requested the name and phone of that person and customer service doesn t have it. I was told someone would be here today and guess what no one showed or called. Had to call customer service again and was told it was put into the system wrong and they will put in another request. Also service tech that was to come today to service yard was a no show. It maybe time to give a company who cares a chance to service my yard.
Same problems as when service started. Empty promises again. My yard looks like a mess!
