Green World Care in Dallas

I've called the customer service line because I received a invoice and my was cut in certain places. I have no problem with paying the invoice but I would like my grass to be cut fully and not partially. I spoke with the owner of the business and he said he was there and and aware of it and then proceeded to say the grass was higher because of the rain and they have other customers to get to. I said I am a customer as well. The owner then replied I need to pay more and get service every week. I said that still not a reason to leave my grass half cut. The owner hung up the phone. I will not recommend anyone to this company. Poor customer service and left my grass halfcut/real choppy for the 3rd and last time. I'm done and never using this service again.
