I have used them for a year now and my lawn has transformed. They always respond quickly to service request,they are very knowledgeable and let me know the service they have performed and chemicals used. They a very reasonable on pricing. They also dont try to hard sale extra services. All around a great company to have to get and keep your lawn gorgous.

The Absolute best company we have ever used thus far......We love the professionalism and the prompt response and care that we have gotten. Our lawn is looking better than ever and we ve only been using them for a couple of months. Can t wait to see how our lawn will look in a year from now.

You ask me how my lawn is looking after the latest treatment. Its near the end of December, my lawn is Bermuda, so it looks brown.

Mike did a great job as we have a large yard that takes him repositioning the truck several times in order to reach all of the grass.

I called him because I had a big yellow spot in my front yard. He did come out, but no one told me what the yellow spot was or what you were doing for.

Mike is always very friendly and does a great job of covering the entire yard. After 1 year, the weeds are almost entirely gone. The mosquito coverage has also been excellent. We havent had any issues around our pool.

My grass is still full of green patches. And this is after I called for special service. I don t understand how the guy taking care of the lawn can t see this issue and address it. Your customers should never have to call for an issue as big as this is. The photo is from the day I called which was about two weeks after service. The extra service didn t do anything and it s only gotten worse. I m about to drop Grass Roots and wouldn t recommend them to anyone at this time.

Always impressed by Grass Root and their follow-up. If I have a questions, they are always responsive and if I have an issue, they are always quick to address it!

This company came by every week since I closed on my new home, begging for my business. I finally call to start treatment and my lawn was never fully treated but they billed my debit card on file. The technicians that come out do not greet or make homeowners aware that they are even treating the property. I never get to speak with them. This is ridiculous. I m discontinuing service and demanding monies for service that was never fully rendered. How do you not treat the entire property and still process payment from the customer? The solicitation process was damn near harassment. Only to get me as a customer and not effectively communicate.

GrassRoots has brought my lawn back from extinction!! All we have left now is to keep treating for those pesky weeks that keep coming back!!

I switched to them after reading rave reviews, and being disappoint time-after-time by other companies. The owner and staff are super friendly, but I m just not seeing the results I was hoping or expecting! This is my lawn company! My expectation is they would help me identify what is needed to ensure I have a beautiful turf. Sadly,I often find tons of weeds near sidewalks, I have bare spots in my lawn and I clearly have some issue inviting moles into the yard. I don t have a bunch of time, but I try to make my lawn beautiful, and my neighborhood covenants require it. I made an attempt to resolve my concerns by reaching out to them, and I clearly articulated the above problems, and despite multiple conversations I still have issues. Update: The owner visited me this week in a genuine effort to take care of my concerns. Hopeful/optimistic to see some changes.

I must admit that this Company makes good on its advertised promises. After 6 months of treatments ( barely a hundred bucks), my lawn looks fabulous.i fussed a bit earlier on in the process but GrassRoots and its owner brought my yard back to being a Lawn. Services

Best weed service I ve found. But you do have to keep in touch with them. I ve found that it requires a service call or two in between schedule yard applications. But overall I am satisfied!
