While we thought this was going to be a great company to work with it was NOT. Did our first full treatment and was scheduled for our 2nd treatment. We were out of town and never saw any movement on our RING nor did our neighbor see any activity on our lawn and no invoice was left Contacted Chris and he said they did come out but didnt put mulch down this time We disagreed and then he sent invoice weeks later which indicated mulch was layed and billed up. We had discussions about payment of this invoice and after being harrassed and threatened we decided it wasnt worth it & just paid it and stopped all future services.

Chris and his team were timely and responsive. Their organic mosquito spray helped us control the bugs while preventing our two young kids from being exposed to toxic chemicals. And it smelled good, to boot!

They are fantastic! Wonderful customer service and so much better than soils alive!

Plus they always text us the day before they come out. I have had one application from Chris this month. Even though Im a newbie I can tell Ive finally found someone to rescue my lawn and bed areas. We have struggled with the Saint Augustine for years. It just wasnt filling out and the ground was way too dry even with proper watering. Chris aerated and also directed the regular lawn men not to cut so short. I have another treatment in May so I hope things continue to improve, I expect they will. Chris is an easy guy to deal with. Kind of like the old days when someone will actually call you back. Im thrilled.
