We love our yard and new turf. The entire back yard was done and redid the front yard with new lush green grass. The Plant Concierge did a magnificent job. We could not be happier. The crew is knowledgeable and the management team is responsive and helpful.
After getting around 3 bids, we connected with Carlos from The Perfect Lawn. We setup an appointment and he came and surveyed the spot we wanted the artificial grass installed, he listened to our needs and developed a plan customized to our demands. We got a reasonable quote and Gio, the project supervisor called me to set up the appointment, came and visited with me and his crew was on time and did an amazing job. What i like about the whole experience was the quality of the work, the professionalism and they accept all sorts of payments and we chose to use a credit card. We had a wonderful experience with having The Plant Concierge transform our 40'x60' church courtyard into an oasis! They removed all of the weed grass and installed pavers, turf, flagstone pathways, decomposed granite and tejas black gravel to make our yard feel like an extension of the indoors. It is beautiful and perfect. The work crew were kind, friendly, patient, helpful and truly became our friends despite the quick work and short time we had with them! We certainly plan to have more work done soon!
We started our project 14 months ago and it is still not complete. Turf installation is sloppy and uneven. Their solution has qbeen to come and cut out a small piece of turf and lay a new one, so we are left with a patchwork effect on our turf and terrible seams that show even months/a year later. They have tried placing the blame on our pool company and the decking, but these areas are no where near our decking. Have tried resolving these issues for MONTHS with our project manager. Owner, Kyle, has been unresponsive to multiple calls and emails. Funny, not funny, that PC can reply to my negative review but not to any of my emails or calls. Again, you can see they are trying to blame the pool company when none of the pictures I posted are associated with the pool or decking. The patchwork, cut pieces, were their solution to poor INITIAL installation. Added more pics from initial installation where there were big gaps in the turf. THEIR solution was to cut new, small pieces creating patchwork and seams. We asked (and still are trying to ask) for entire piece to be replaced but they don’t want to spend the money to fix their initial bad installation.
(Updated review): I am thrilled with the landscape design Renjini provided for our backyard, after a swimming pool installation. She really ‘got’ what I was going for! Communication was a little bit less consistent than I would have liked around installation, but the company has been working on resolving my concerns (thank you!), and everyone has been very pleasant to work with, even when there were communication lapses. (pictures added from 2nd and 3rd year post-installation; perennials take a while to really get established)
Start to finish, just a great experience! Rick is an easy going guy and extremely responsive. His team of installers were amazing and you could see the pride in their work! I will recommend The Perfect Lawn every time! I could not be more pleased!
We just had our backyard done by The Perfect Lawn! They did an awesome job! Very reasonably priced, the crew was amazing and they are so easy to work with. I can’t believe how different it looks. No more dogs bringing in mud! I would recommend them all day long.
It would be an understatement to say that we were merely satisfied. We love our new lawn! Rick and his team worked with us to help design and fit our needs. The crew was amazing; I've never seen a crew clean up after themselves DAILY and make sure they didn't leave debris all over my patio. They are backed up but I never felt that the crew was rushed to finish to get to the next job - they truly wanted to make sure that the lawn was perfect and we were happy before they left. Just received a phone call based on an online inquiry I submitted. The guy that call was a bit rude so even if they offered the service that I needed I was immediately turned off by his demeanor.
The team was courteous, professional and they knew what they were doing. They cleaned up afterward and most importantly, the turf installation was perfect!!!
Everyone I have dealt with has been highly qualified, motivated to please me, throughly knowledgeable about plants and trees, and have wonderful suggestion/ideas about how to reclaim my landscape after a bad winter freeze! They absolutely do what they say they are going to do, and their attention to detail is remarkable. If you are looking for thoughtful, experienced professionals to help with your landscape, either new or just want to change things up, you will not find a better team.
These guys were great! We bid out multiple vendors and these guys started out the most reasonable and stayed the most reasonable price-wise I say reasonable because it wasnt cheap but they were cheaper than anyone else and so it was a pleasant surprise when they were VERY professional, responsive, quick, and our yard looks amazing. We run a dog boarding facility and so they installed 5,000 square feet of turf that looks incredible.
Geovani & his crew did the installation early Fall 2022. I showed them sketches of what I envisioned and Geovani & Martins creativity brought the design to life! I installed artificial turf on the back side of the pool area with a small bocce court. I wanted drought friendly plants in the front with agaves, ferns, grasses, prickly pear cactus, pygmy barberry & salvias for a pop of color in beds of salt and pepper Colorado River rock framed with a black flexible border. The crowning jewel in the front landscape is a 6 ft Texas sable palm tree. Good to their warranty Luis & crew came to tweek a few things and replace a cactus 8 months after install. I couldnt be happier with the entire crew! The guys were extremely friendly & proudly detailed in their work & so grateful that I supplied them with cold beverages daily!
Very impressed by Jennifer, Cris and team at The Plant Concierge. I felt they were easy to work with, solutions-oriented and had great ideas. Left my property clean every night. Also impressed by their communication skills - from making an estimate appointment to project start to project finish. Very proud how my home looks and definitely hiring again for my next project.
Everything from the initial consultation to the install was a great experience. The install team was professional and answered all my questions. Gave me great tips. I have shown off the end results and everyone agrees this looks great. Pictures don t do it justice.

We have worked with TPC now for over a year and this being our 4th landscape company. We understand Texas is an incredibly difficult climate to maintain and establish a yard, but finally think we have a quality company to work with. After a fantastic initial install a year ago with new sod, plants, bushes, trees, we did experience some challenges with follow up several months later, but this was due to some turnover and our project manager leaving and neglecting some aspects of our project. However, to TPC credit they were unaware of some of this and once I brought to their attention have gone out of their way to make up for it and our yard is really starting to come together better than ever. Also, the communication on nearly a weekly basis has been excellent going forward. I will also say that the crew taking care of the yard for installs and on weekly maintenance are excellent and very professional. They have also been very consistent and punctual. We look forward to continuing to work with TPC on our landscaping needs and recommend!

The Perfect Lawn did an incredible job with our backyard. In addition, they did everything they said they would do in the proposal. They were professional and responsive. The communication throughout the process from the initial quote to the final walkthrough was superior to any that I have experienced with home projects. We had a great experience with The Perfect Lawn. The turf looks natural and is holding up well. The Perfect Lawn has always been available answer my questions and help with concerns. They are honest, professional and on time. They do what they say they will do. The install crew has also excellent. We will used The Perfect Lawn again! We recommend them to friends and neighbors and the contractors we are using to remodel our house. You will like them also, they are very easy to work with!!!

Rick and his team did such an amazing job transforming my background! Ive spent more time outside the last two days then I have the entire time Ive lived in my home. My kids are ecstatic with all the new space created and they love rolling around on the grass without getting bitten by bugs. The crew was so professional and meticulous in their work. Rick frequently communicated as the project progressed and the value. My only regret is I didnt do this sooner to my backyard - we love it!

We had The Perfect Lawn completely replace our back yard last week. I wish I could show pictures on here of the transformation. It is absolutely beautiful. I have never seen workers that were so meticulous and dedicated to their work. It was like they were painting a work of art. I was amazed at how hard these men work! They removed 4 inches of dirt out of my entire yard and replaced it with decomposed granite. They covered it over night but the rain did some damage to the dg before it hardened. They came in the next morning and removed all the damaged dg and replaced it with new at their expense. They finished the job a little late because of the rain but it was so worth the delay. I can t see any seams and the edges are perfect. I could write a book on how happy I am with the job but suffice it to say it is The Perfect Lawn!
Our experience with The Perfect Lawn was awesome! Rick and Jamie were a great help in designing our backyard. They helped us to stay within our budget and still get everything we wanted. It looks awesome and we love our new putting green! They were on top of the project at all times. They kept us informed and made sure we knew what to expect each day. Their crews were professional and cleaned up each day and put everything back in order at the end of the project. This was our best home project experience ever!
The company is under new ownership and they are great. I had a problem (that wasnt their fault) they came out, looked at the situation, suggested some fixes and made my grass look awesome again. If you are looking for artificial grass, look no further. They are AWESOME!!!

They really wanted us to be thrilled with their work and we are! Highly recommend them as I had 2 other bids and by far they were the most innovative and professional.
It was impossible to get someone on the line. Tried to call multiple times and no one answered. Left a couple of voicemail but never heard back. Not sure whats going on but definitely seemed like they didnt want our business. Hope others have better luck getting a hold of them.
We installed turf this summer after our pool was built and it was the perfect compliment to our pool. We found some wrinkles and the new owners came right out, took care of them, and brushed out our entire yard. They have the same amazing crew and Rick Lawson has been in the industry for twenty years. Our next project with them is our putting green. We cant wait!
