They give you an estimate to come out and do the work then you approve it they start to work and say oh we cant do this double the cost of the work then you turned down the estimate and they come back and want you to pay for the work the day couldnt get accomplished no company does this

Whoever your driver is you need to tell them to stop driving recklessly. At 10:30AM on Abrams Rd they almost hit a pedestrian and 2 oncoming cars.

They know irrigation systems. Thats what I always call them for.

I received a quote from a company that advertises on TV for $1700. They wanted to replace most of the sprinkler heads, fix two broken pipes and lift a number of heads. CGreen came out on time and it only took them less then 1.5 hours to fix the broken pipes, lift four heads and replace two heads for $225. Wow!

I honestly do not know what is wrong with this company. In May we had an employee come out and take a look at our lawn, we had some things we wanted done. Nothing too huge, we discussed it all and they sent over a contract for me to sign authorizing the work. That email with the contract was the last time I heard from them. It is the end of July as I am writing this. I tried emailing them multiple times and to this day have not received any kind of reply. I have called the main office twice, and each time was told that Nick would get back to me, which he never has. I am not sure what is going on with this company or why they have failed to contact me a single time in over 2 months, but I really tried giving them a lot of leeway, hoping that maybe theyd eventually show up and do the work we discussed, but unfortunately it seems that they dont want new work.

We have used this company for years. We trust and have nothing but good things to say! Always satisfied with their service. Techs Anthony and Joel were Proffessional, knowledgeable and courteous.

Cgreens installed a drainage system in my front yard. Reasonably priced, with great quality craftmanship. I was especially happy that they put my yard back as close as possible to the way it was. Cant vouch on anything but drainage, but would definitely hire them again to do any kind of landscaping. As a side note they are very popular, so you might have to wait a month or two for them to come out if you are planning on a big project like mine. Definitely worth the wait.

The work done wasnt bad. No regard for my yard. Mixing cement in a wheelbarrow right on the grass. Totally ruined a lot of my lawn. Just hard mud even after our rains. Didnt clean up cement debris. Not cool!

I had wiring issues with my sprinkler system due to a reconfigured landscape. CGreen fixed the wiring and got any additional sprinkler heads that weren t performing well back in shape. Quick response and great work.

We could not be more pleased with C Greens Landscape Management! We had never had a sprinkler system in all these years in our home, and most of the yard was a mixture of old Bermuda grass and weeds. We finally treated ourselves to irrigation and a new front yard of San Augustine grass! C Greens was professional, on time, detailed, and we are SO happy with our new front yard! Wish we had done this years ago!

They arrived on time, did what was promised, charged what was quoted, and created resolutions for a couple of unnoticed problems without an extra charge. Id use them again.

CGreens recently installed a drain that runs from my back driveway to the street and involved cutting and removing a small strip of concrete. Instead of covering again with concrete after drain was installed, I opted for covering with decorative river rocks at owner Chuck s recommendation, which looks good around the perimeter of my patio. This and other hardscape and landscape work that was done looks and works terrific. Probably not the cheapest but prices are fair given the high quality work, materials, customer service, and peace of mind that comes from knowing they stand by their work and won t pressure you to buy services you don t need (Chuck told me he thought it would be costly and was unnecessary at this time to replace a retaining wall that other contractors were happy to give me estimates to replace). Work was done quickly and everyone from the owner to project managers to office personnel is always responsive, and crews clean up when done. CGreens also installed my Rainbird sprinkler and drip irrigation system several years ago and it still works great with only minor maintenance required over the years when I mistakenly cut through some drip lines. I usually ask for Jose for irrigation maintenance. He s prompt, knowledgeable, works fast, and is always courteous.

Nicks team did a GREAT job on a drainage project. They cleaned up beautifully, and they were prompt in sending someone to help fix a sprinkler problem we ran into shortly afterwards. One of our neighbors asked about the work we were having done and we recommended them without hesitation.

Chuck (owner) is very thorough and the workers were considerate of our property. All in all a job well done. They are a little on the pricey side, but they are worth the cost (you get what you pay for). I recommend hiring them to take care of your landscaping and drainage needs.

CGreens is a class organization. Years ago we had them install our French Drain replacing our original poor French Drain. They did everything well. Recently we had them do some more work in the same area. As I said, they are first class.

Lawnmowing used to be an effective community outreach and support service for decades. Should you be in a rut or needing your lawn taken care of, you could usually rely on community support. This is essential when selecting a lawn service. Unfortunately, this company does not follow this basic tenet and will not support a neighbor who needs their lawn done due to their lawn mower needing to be serviced. In fact, the reason was I was not a part of their route and theyre too busy. I find this very frustrating when a neighbor needs help and absolutely no negotiating involved for a one-time service. You are not a good customer to them. Very contradictory to best pick reports summaries. I will not recommend this group to my neighbors.

I would ONLY recommend CGreens Landscape for sprinkler & drip line repairs, NOT FOR DRAINAGE DESIGN WORK. In my opinion, and based on my experience, Chuck Green has grandiose ideas for drainage solutions that he can t necessarily implement. In my case, after his drainage plan was deemed not feasible by his third party contractor, I was still charged for the work that wasn t done (several thousand dollars). Now I have to contact a different vendor to correct my drainage problem. Chuck Green wasted my time and money! I put a rating of four stars so this review wouldn t get buried under more favorable reviews. My actual rating is one star. The employees are very competent at repairing sprinkler heads and drip lines.

Loved working with this company. Very professional, loved the landscape expert Cecelia and her crew who did such a great job. There was no pressure to do anything more than what I wanted and it was not a problem to rethink the plans and change plants. I have already recommended them to others and would use them again.

I had a broken sprinkler head that needed replacing but I dont know how to do that kind of stuff. CGreen confirmed our appointment and let me know that Jose would be our technician. Jose called to say he was on his way, and arrived to our home on time. He inspected our sprinkler system, made the necessary repairs and adjustments, and took time to listen to and answer any questions I had. I definitely recommend CGreen.

I am happy with the outcome done to my drainage. We have a problematic backyard where rainwater sloughs off the soil and muds the patio. CGreen made swales and also created drainage system beside my house to steer water away from the wall where it used to reek into my garage. Very impressed with the clean-up they did after the work. When they tested the sprinkler system and found problems, they searched for root cause, gave recommendations and with my approval, fixed it. Very flexible with my requests even as work was ongoing. Looking forward to phase 2 of my backyard project landscaping, which I intentionally held off until I saw the outcome of the drainage system.

Had them install sprinklers in our front flower bed. $1900 job. They worked hard all day and were in a hurry to go at the end of the day. We discovered the next day that the work in the flower bed had damaged our drip lines which we use daily. Called the day after the work was completed to report the drip line damage. They sent someone out and repaired the damage. Then we received a bill for $121.80 for the work. I called to explain that it was to repair damage they had done, not new work that I needed done. No matter. They said it was invoiced as new work and that is the way it would remain. A shame. Now we need to find a new sprinkler company.

After I wrote a similar review on Facebook expressing my concerns that CGreen showed up at my house unannounced, they commented on my review in retaliation saying I was confused, and posted the PERSONAL INFORMATION that I provided them in my original request for information, including my home address, personal email, phone number, and full name. Not only is this extremely unprofessional and immature but also unethical. They refused to remove the comment with my information so I was forced to delete my entire review so that my information wasnt on Facebook for the world to see. Further, in their comment they claim I scheduled an appointment, but I would have never scheduled an appointment for a random Friday afternoon, and my original request doesnt even include a request for an on-site visit, just for more information. There was no way Robert could have called on his way and reached the husband, because 1. he was never given my husbands number and 2. my husband says he never talked to anyone before answering the door. Its fine if there was a misunderstanding, but the fact that they then posted my personal information after I made a negative review took things way too far. I wish to never again be contacted by a representative of CGreen or in any way be harassed by them further, on social media or otherwise.

None. Meta analysis of reviews show bimodal ratings, potentially questionable buisness practices and sock puppet type ratings. Victoria Watson Nguyens review in particular is very concerning.

My second experience - Two months ago I contacted this provider as we were putting our house on the market and wanted to have it ready to sell, the provider emailed a contractor to sign prior to work being performed. I never signed contract as advised by realtor. Never heard anything from them, roughly six weeks later, we wake up and look outside and three men were out in the yard installing the sprinkler system and attaching drip lines, at this point they were half-way done with the service and asked if I wanted them to stop and I said no and just let them finish the job. I contacted Chuck Green to straighten things out and do what was best for both of us since I never signed a contract or requested this work. Chuck then sent me a $900 invoice and then later sent a rude email stating I believe what we agreed on and invoiced to be completely fair and agreeable I felt that the email was extremely rude and condesending to me. As I am selling my home I had decided to just pay for the service to prevent the provider from placing a lean on our home and gumming up the plan to put it on the market. The work done was good, but the service, embarrassing. My first review - C. Green is finishing my yard as I type and have been nothing but great. The three men that are completing my sprinkler installation are extremely knowledgeable, courteous and clean. I had a subterranean drip system installed in the front yard and a standard system in the back, and then sod installed in the front. Through the whole process Chuck was up front, honest and communicated the plan. Great team, do not hesitate to use them.

We have owned our house in University Park for 27 years, and C Green has been taking care of our sprinkler system and swimming pool sump pump for all of that time. They have always provided superb service - always fixing the problem, no long waits to get hem here, arriving promptly, work quickly, clean up after and with reasonable prices. A new pump that they installed failed after less than a year, and they replaced it at no cost. Of all the service people that we have hired to take care of our house and yard, from plumbers to electricians to furnace/AC people, to roofers to carpet cleaners to painters to appliance repair people, C Green is our absolute favorite provider. They are the very best.

Nobody knows more about sprinklers, drainage and landscaping than the great Chuck Green. If youre not using CGreen, youre not using the best!

We have had some bad experiences with other service professionals in the past (unreturned calls, unexpected fees, unprofessional or creepy staff, etc.). Working with C-Green was a completely different experience. It left us feeling relieved that we had finally found a group of service professionals that were reliable, transparent, and easy to work with. From the very beginning, Kim Esber was excellent at communicating with us. He answered all of our calls and was amenable to our multiple scheduling requests. We have very little experience with gardening, but were able to rely on Kim to talk us through various design options with price comparisons, as well as instructions for how to maintain the landscape over time. When it came time for installation, the crew members were efficient and professional. They completed the job beautifully and quickly, and didn t leave a speck of dirt out of place when they left. I also appreciated that they were quiet as they worked, so as not to disturb us or our neighbors. Kim Esber was on site for most of the installation, and did a complete walk-through with us to when they were finished to show us how to maintain the landscape. Overall, our experience was glowingly positive. We would hire C-Green again in a heartbeat!

C Green went above and beyond to make my yard beautiful!! There flower supplier did not have all the flowers that were need so they went the extra mile to come extra early the morning I was having a bridal shower to put the flowers in the flower beds and make sure it was completed before the bridal shower. Service like this is hard to find and they have excellent customer service and are very willing to make the customer happy!

I called 3 times asking for a quote, and never received even a simple return call.

I have always been someone who prided myself in doing my own yard work. This spring we were busy so decided to try C Green do some clean up in the spring and make our lawn health. Best decision, the bushes and CM they trimmed are looking the best ever and the Yard is in the best shape its been in years . The people who have done the work been good , we also moved our rodent control over to them ( live near a creek ) and they have worked with us to control weeds and green the lawn organically .
