He will respond to your texts as soon as he can. If you only need weekly or biweekly mowing, he is great and reliable. Bring him a Gatorade. That man works hard. That's why you hire him. We don't want to work that hard, so appreciate. He will like a burger King gift card too.

This company and Mr Vela is the most fabulous lawn care services I have ever had to take care of my needs. Very reasonable, very patient, very personal, always on time and great to work with. Would recommend him highly to everyone.

Matt and his crew have taken care of all of my lawn needs for many years. They keep to the schedule and do an exemplary job. I'm looking forward to many more years of excellent, reliable, reasonably priced service.

I used this service for over a year, initially the owner/operator was very conscientious and courteous; over time both faded. I signed up for additional landscaping services which also started off good and quickly faded to not only not providing services when scheduled but also caused damage to some irrigation equipment. I continued to use this service simply because it was easier to do that than try to find another company that would service a large piece of property. He apparently has issues with maintaining his equipment because on two occasions his mowers broke down mid-mow and he left them on my property for several days. To top it all off he waits until the day before he is scheduled to service my property to let me know that due to his equipment failing, he will not be able to service my property, further demonstrating how the courtesy had faded as that did not even leave an opportunity to find another landscape company.

I signed up for his gold service package in Feb, as soon as I signed up me credit card was charged. Because it was the off season they only came out every other week, Once April came we were supposed to start getting weekly service, I called on that Wednesday and asked why they had not showed up and was questioning when they do the other work that is stated in their gold service, Mind you you can only text them. He said that I was on the schedule for Friday because they were going to trim bushes and He does not let the guys trim by themselves. Our regular day was Tuesday. Even though I was not that impressed and they missed a bush we continued, We continued to have sub par mowing service and i texted him about the mulch ending up in the pool and he said he would talk to his guys, yesterday i came home to find that they knocked the bottom piece of the downspout and ran over leaving it laying on the ground. Once again I asked him to call me but only a text, I tried telling him I was not happy with the service and that I felt i was not getting what I was paying for, He said fine your contract is canceled. I had paid them over $500 and received about $370 worth of services. Very unprofessional. Blamed me for having large mulch and that's why is was going everywhere.

I contacted the owner after searching for a company on google. It was a quick turn around to get an estimate and bi-weekly service. I had paid extra service for under growth and trimming of the trees. I got to see the company's technicians work on my lawn for the first time, and I saw they knowingly again ignored to cut the weeds, rode on their machines, blew the grass away from the house, and they were done. I had consulted tree trimming company and locally owned landscaping company my neighbor uses. And they both have said the trimming wasn't done right, that they trimmed only the bottom and not the top. I contacted the owner, directly to voicemail, resorted to text him. But the first response isn't what I expected at all, matter fact the opposite of the reviews I'm reading here. It is my fault. First, that I'm getting bi-weekly service is why. Second, I'm "complaining now" all a sudden, lol. Yeah, I'm done 👌

I have had only good experiences with this company. This is one of the only lawn services in the area who will do a one-time mow whenever you need it. Every time in past that I asked for a one-time mow, I got it that same day! A lot of lawn companies won't bother with you unless you sign up for a service plan. Now, we have the weekly service, and it's really reasonable. Also, this company has helped us with other projects, including laying new sod. They did a great job, and even completed the job the day after coming to give me an estimate. They even helped me remove some bushes from my flower bed at no extra charge.
