I had three trees removed from my property on April 25th. I called on Saturday, he returned my call on Sunday and came Monday to give me a quote. His quote was lower than a competitive one and he came Thursday and removed all three trees. John and his crew did a great job. They took the tree down limb by limb and cleaned up as they went. Ground up the branches and actually blew the saw dust out of the grqss. My lawn was undamaged because the cutter up in the tree virtually tried to grab each branch he cut and drop it so as to not damage the lawn. They were gone by late afternoon and no one would have known there were trees removed unless they looked at the stumps. I have had a lot of trees removed over the 21 years we have lived in our home and never had a crew as neat, efficient and cost competitive as Falls Tree Service Inc. Just make sure you get the Falls Tree Service in Cuyahoga Falls on Bath road and not the other one with the same name. I cannot say emough to tell you how satisfied we were. Jeff Drummond

John and his brother did a fantastic job removing a large dead tree and doing a lot of trimming various branches from other trees that were hitting my roof. They cleaned up all branches and cuttings and left the property better than when they arrived. I highly recommend this company.

These guys are GOOD. Not only were they reasonably priced, they arrived on time, and were pretty much surgeons in cutting down the tree. They were good about cleaning up the yard and removing the tree trunk. Then as promised, they came and grinded out my tree stump . I have more trees I need cut down. I will be calling these guys again.

Had a bunch of random jobs that needed to be done as we try to sell our house. John came in and was able to cut down a couple small trees, haul away some branches that had fell and cut down another large branch that was beginning to rot. Everything looks great and he was in and out in no time. Highly recommend!

We had a large tree blow over into another tree during a recent storm. Other tree services said theyd need to bring big equipment that would tear up our yard and cost a fortune. John and his team were able to safely remove the tree for a very fair and affordable price. They were respectful of my property as well as my neighbors. It was amazing to watch their skill in action. Needed to have three dead trees removed before they fell and caused damage. John and Andy did a great job removing the trees. Falls Tree Service has removed several trees from my property as well as removed piles of brush/fallen limbs. In each situation they did what I asked, were careful not to damage property (e.g. chain link fence), and did an excellent job of cleaning up downed tree trunks and limbs. I have been very pleased with their work and will hire them again as needed.

John and his crew did a great job removing a huge tree in an area that couldnt take big equipment. They also trimmed some trees that were sitting on our roof and removed some large tree trunks that had fallen in the yard. They did a great job and there wasnt even a stray leaf left behind when they were done. The price was very fair for the amount of work done. We will definitely use their service again if needed in the future.

Falls Tree Service came and trimmed my big oak tree. It looks fantastic. I am very happy with the service we got. They were very reasonably priced, very easy to work with and did a great job cleaning up the yard. They even cleaned up leaves that were already in my yard and got a soccer ball out of another tree. I highly recommend them.

Easy to recommend John and his company based on experience, reasonable prices, skill level of his crew, and cleanup after the job. Our job was removal of two large trees from a confined area in the front of our home, a 30 foot Cleveland pear near the property line and a 35 foot Blue Spruce that extended over the roof of our house. Johns crew used a combination of working from the ground and climbing to remove the heavier limbs. The trees were dropped perfectly into the front yard with no damage to other trees, plantings, and neighbors drive. The clean-up after the job was excellent and impressed our neighbors. Stump grinding was completed as agreed. Great to work with a company that exceeds expectations in all areas.

This company definitely provided the best value for the dollar. My only complaint was we scheduled the service 3 times and they did not keep me informed they werent coming. I had to call them to understand what was happening. However, even though I have this complaint, they definitely do good work and I was happy with the final result. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who is not in a hurry to get the service performed.

I am a widow and my husband has an Italian tree that meant the world to him I m in a condo they power washed our building and they had chemicals the chemicals got on the his tree and we thought the tree was dead OK I had John come out and the tree needed to be trimmed and the tree was not dead I had a huge shrub that needed to be taken out and the stump removed talked on the phone with John he thought maybe it would be next week surprise they came today I was thrilled. They did an awesome job. I would give them an A+

Update....I accidentally posted a review on the wrong Falls service. Google would not let me delete it. So changed to 5 stars from 1. Did not use this service, but did not want this company to take blame from another companies mistakes... Review from before.. this is for the other falls company in Aurora. Dont use them. You cut my neighbors tree. Dropped it on my fence (In July). Left a note in the mailbox that you would fix it. Still is not fixed. I have called twice and have been told twice someone would be in contact. Let s not let it get to a third. I understand mistakes happen, but this is not how a company should operate.

John and his team did a great job! Their pricing was very reasonable and the job could not have been any more professionally than it was... right down to sweeping up sawdust from the sidewalk afterwards. I highly recommend them!

John and his crew pruned a large, maple tree and also removed a towering, dead evergreen tree in my yard. I have a small landscaped yard and when John and his crew finished, you could never tell that a tree had been removed. Clean up was immaculate and no damage to grass and shrubs!! John and his crew cut down and removed 5 trees in the front of my house and cut down one large tree over the hill behind my house. Then, grinded all of the stumps (including some old ones that a previous contractor neglected to remove) and removed all debris and cleaned up thoroughly. All work was done per the contract in very reasonable amount of time and at a very fair price. John is extremely professional and his crew worked constantly until the job was finished. I do not hesitate to recommend Falls Tree Service, Inc. if you need this type of work done at your residence or business!

Tall pine tree fell on garage and second story. They gave estimate and were out in less than a day.

I had two massive trees in my backyard that needed to be removed so I got quotes from multiple different companies. Some of them were overpriced and didnt even include stump grinding. John and his crew gave me a quote that was lower than most of the people I called. He also included hauling the wood away and grinding the stumps. They came and removed the two trees and stumps and even removed a small pine tree that I forgot to mention when he took a look to give me a quote. Him and his crew finished the job quickly and left the site nice and clean. John had mentioned to me right after he finished that he accidentally damaged my fence. He even offered to get someone to fix it for me. I appreciate that he was honest about what had happened. I will be using them for all of my tree services now.

OMG!! WHAT CAN I SAY! SIMPLY OUTSTANDING! They cut down a very large tree and cleaned up everything immaculately. Dont keep looking for estimates like me, call them first. The price is unbelievable and the service, staff and quality are second to none. Im THRILLED!

I was given a verbal agreement which was written up totally different on invoice. Tree removal, stump removed. Will look like a tree was never there. Present. Tree removed. Stump grounded up. Grindings in a mound in my yard. Was told by secretary that was q separate fee. Representative from initial start of any contact with this company returns call after speaking with the secretary states after I reminded him of the verbal agreement, did not deny but did not satisfy me. Mound of grinding still in my yard. Paying to have it removed.

John and his crew did a fantastic job. Price was very reasonable and they were on time and even contacted the local Electric Company to have them take down an electric supply line. I would highly recommend them. Great local company.

John and his crew safely removed a large white oak from my yard about 10 off the side of my house. He left some firewood in my yard that I requested. Fast forward two years later and he is doing another job in my neighborhood and stopped by to see if I wanted the firewood. Great company with great customer service.

After receiving a quote to have a tree taken down, I spent a week trying to get in touch with them again to hire them. Only person I spoke to was the voice on the voice mail, and never received any sort of call back. I dont know if theyre super busy or just dont want my business.
