We needed plowed out to be able to get medication and for a surgery scheduled the next morning following a big snowstorm. Brad was on his way home to get some rest (after plowing for hours) and made it possible to do what we needed for my husband's health needs. He never asked a question - just said "I am on my way". We were blessed to cross paths with such a genuinely caring and compassionate person who helped us !! I would highly recommend him for his professional and caring manner!
