Ingersoll Landscape Co. in Cuyahoga Falls

I was wrong in my previous review to be so critical about the tree. We had a lot of work done. The price was very reasonable. I would engage Ingersoll again for; 1) Spring cleanup, Trim & move shrubs ***** 2) Install stone walkways ***** 3) Mulch all flower beds *****

It probably have 5 stars if it wasn't for the owner's son acting like a two-year-old when he doesn't get his way. That's why you always see now. Hiring signs out front because the problem starts at the top with the management. And by the reviews they haven't knipped that problem in the butt yet and it shows.

Amazing company! Ingersoll will go out the way to make sure their customers are completely satisfied with the work! And the employees take much pride in the work they do!

We hired them to lay soil and hydroseed. All we ended up with is tons of rocks and weeds for a few grand. They could care less! Job was not done to our satisfaction and they charge interest on what you owe after initial down-payment. I guess that way they figure you will pay instead of demand the job done right and not pay until it is. Terrible business practice!

Tim’s crew broke my fence to unlatch the gate to gain access to my backyard at a time the home was unoccupied when contracted by the city of CF to get rid of weeds in the devils strip. They did not fix the gate or latch it when the left. I have 2 small dogs who would have escaped had I not noticed. When I called to speak to Tim, all he could do was argue. He made false claims about the way the gate was closed. But photos prove the board was removed and MOVED. The gate was left unlatched. I have not opened that gate since early August. I have never been so sure someone broke in. So rude, argumentative and very illegal.

Customer service was not helpful or nice

This is the first year we have had them at our hoa and so far they have been amazing. The last few years we couldn’t find a good landscaping company to save our lives, others would just do the bare minimum and leave in and hour. This company has spent so much time here doing way behind spring clean up. They crews have all been nice and treat your property with respect as well. I would Give more then 5 stars if I could!! Thank you!!

An Ingersoll employee with a leaf blower blew debris inside my car and onto my wife and I while we were stopped at a red light. Honked my horn but the guy kept it up, stones kept pinging off my paint and windshield. This occurred Thur 17 May 2018 8:45pm at AmeriChem on Broad St. in Cuyahoga Falls.
