The first technician assigned to conduct my lawn maintenance did a single swipe across the front of the lawn and then left. Caught him doing that on my camera. When the re-service was conducted I found out then that they spray for the treatment unlike the hopper that was pushed around the first time. BTW, per the video, the hopper was empty.

We signed up with Drew about a month ago and he s been nothing but helpful and extremely responsive, he even gave us his personal cell number to call or text when we signed up. If you re looking for discounted pricing and reliability that comes with a big name company like but still want to feel valued as a customer to make sure your concerns are addressed then sign up with Drew. We can t recommend him enough!

They never show up on the days they say they will. Then we have to call and tell the main number that nobody showed up. Then when they reschedule us it s days later or even a week later which allows the weeds to continue to grow and fill the yard. When they actually do show up, they apply the wrong service, for example applying fertilizer a second time instead of applying the weed application we requested.

Darien was very professional, proficient and knowledgeable. He took his time to answer my question thoroughly and was very respectful of my property. I would love to have Darien continue to service my lawn.

Arrived at the scheduled time and applied fertilizer. Usually they interact if the customer is available, but this service personnel just applied and left without a note. Even the droppings from the feeder was just a few granules and think it was stuck and not feeding correctly. I was not satisfied with the application as in my backyard I did not see much application of fertilizer compared to my front yard. I asked him about the weeds and fungus ( there was powdery ash in lawns) and he mentioned to call the office and explain the problem as his specific job is to just apply the fertilizer.

Technician was very helpful at explaining the service he applied yo my lawn.

Last year, technicians used to come & apply solution & leave within five minutes. When asked, an excuse that we have 15+ service locations during the day. Seems this year/2023, TrueGreen LawnCare department has changed their field technicians (at least in my service area). From last couple of services, they are doing great job. A. Starts their work by understanding property boundaries, B. Concentrate & took care of poor conditions/growth areas in yard C. Thoroughly apply solution entire yard. Great job Appreciate your intensity and involvement what you are doing.

We have an extra large yard that desperately needs help. This was our first treatment. We are confident that this is the first step to beautiful lawn. Our tech Xanthor C did an excellent job and we look forward to working with him.

Being a brand new customer I cant yet speak to any improvement in my grass. However, I can say I got good vibes from the sales rep and the contacts with the company since signing up with Tru Green. I did not feel that way with the previous company and my yard was not looking any better after 2 years with the other company. I have great hope for Tru Green being a better fit for both myself and my grass!

I had cancel my service with Truegreen. They called and worked things out. I was having trouble with employees not showing up to the house shown on cameras. Denis B was excellent he was very professional. He defiantly took his time and hit every spot of the yard even under the trampoline . I would prefer Denis B to do my yard every time.

Met Zachary at the front door this morning. He seemed like a caring, friendly individual, asking a few questions and genuinely concerned in performing a good, quality job! He sprayed all the shrubs, bushes and small trees thoroughly and from what I could see, did an excellent job. I would like to request Zachary to do the remainder of my bush and shrub applications for 2024!

Salesman was cursing and disrespectful on a follow up sales call. He should be fired.

Reported that they were showing up to do the work, but never did. We monitored it through our ring doorbell. Each time we would get a text stating that they were there doing work but no one was there.

Came out and did a service, then came out 2 weeks later and spread lime...grass is looking better... I have since cancelled this service. They were going to the wrong address, and said they did my service, but left no sign, and there was no video evidence of the service...

TrueGreen can not kill the Violets in my back yard. I have been telling everyone at TrueGreen about the Violets for the past 3 to 4 years. And the Violets are spreading over the entire back yard. We had Lewis come out today, and do a Mosquito Control maintenance. He was so polite; and helpful with any and all questions that I had! We will be continuing to use this company during mosquito season!

I have called several times and been charged for services that have never been preformed.Was told that I would get a refund but never got it. Do not use this company.

The service was rescheduled successfully BUT I was billed for the late service despite the fact that TG offered the service for FREE. My efforts to contact Customer Service by phone resulted in a frustrating continuous loop that never allowed me to talk to anyone to resolve my issue.

TRUGREEN has brought new life to our yard. It is now a beautiful healthy green. The service men are courteous and efficient.

When the product was sold, they promised to come every 4-6 weeks. But they didnt turned up for 2 months and thats the peak time the weeds spread a lot. The professionals were given ~10 mins max for a house to apply fertilizer. In most times they were late in the schedule and comes and goes fast without applying the fertilizer in all the areas said in the contract. We have to supervise them if they are doing the right job. Its not fair for some one to follow up on the schedule and see if the professional is doing right job.

Terrible service. Please avoid at all costs. We have tried both commercial and residential services and both are appalling. Lawn has been the worst that it has been in years.

We leveled and hydroseeded our backyard this spring. I then contracted with TruGreen to prevent weeds from growing. My entire backyard is weeds. I dont know if the cart they are pushing around is empty or what. At a previous home I used a competitor and saw gradual change and improvement. It has been the opposite with TruGreen. I have filled out surveys outlining my issues without any response.

Over the past 5 years my lawn has gone from no weeds to looking terrible. I stayed this long because they kept providing lip service that they were dedicated to fixing the issues. Employee turnover, mixing the chemicals wrong and application at the wrong time were chronic excuses. Moving after this season.

Used them for weed control and never had an issue. We paid for aeration and the specialist lied three times about servicing our lawn. How do you know? you ask. Simple their were no holes in our lawn. Can t trust their service after that.

Watched a truegreen rep back into abs damage a gas pump at the store, get out to see that she damaged the gas pump and then completely speed off as the attendant tried to flag her down. Called trugreens phone number and the response I got was well she s already gone so if the watch the video and figure out which tech it was then I ll deal with it if not then it s not my problem class act company right there.

The staff are super friendly and nice. The product is super lacking. Ive been using them for 4 years. One on one lawn and three on another. On the first lawn there wasnt time to see improvement on the second the lawn has either stayed the same or gotten worse.

I called 1-800 number for quote and ask the customer representative NOT to call me. I can reach to you. However, I received CALL from TEN different people for business from different USA zone. It really very very annoying. Stop calling.

Very Unprofessional Service. Ruined my lawn.

Please DO NOT signup with this company. They cheated me. They were supposed to perform 2 services and the technician mentioned that the second one was not on her schedule and that she would come back and perform it the following week. They ended up charging me for both the services and it took hours of phone calls trying to escalate the issue and getting to make their customer service understand. Their customer service was pathetic and nobody seems to have accountability and ownership. Its been a week and I am still waiting to hear back from them if/when they will perform the 2nd service after they have already charged me for it. Please stay away from these folks.

I have not been receiving any of my contracted services because the technicians refuse to ring the call button on my gate. This has happened on at lease 6 occasions and I have only received 2 of the 8 promised treatments. Tru Green seems to be be totally unconcerned about these deficiencies to date. I have ask for management follow up with no response. I will never recommend this business.

I would give negative infinity starts. Worst experience with true green all my lawn spoiled with this worst green company. No one was not responded when I called.

After a year of using your services. My lawn still has weeds and brown spots which have not been fertilized. I have noticed being charged for services which nobody even came out to service. I was home watching all day.

The people who work at TruGreen are nice bit have no idea what they are doing. They also tend to lie about doing the service.

They regularly came out and put in minimal effort and my yard shows for it. They came out to put weed and feed down and essentially pushed an empty spreader cart with no product in out. I called them on it, they sent out the same guy who did the same thing again. I called again and they sent out another employee who did the same thing and tried to convince me the pellets dissolve so quickly on a dry yard that I wont see them. I paid them almost a grand over a year and my yard is no different. The last scheduled appointment my yard was covered in weeds but they came out and thought it was fine so they just sprayed fertilizer instead of treating the weeds. After all my complaints nothing was fixed. When I called to cancel, they offered to send out a branch manager to discuss the issues. No offer was given after my initial issues.

EDIT: This was my review 5 years ago - My yard looks the best it has ever looked! Fast forward to today - TruGreen has gone downhill quickly. I noticed it mostly this year. First of all, the weeds were not treated well like previous years. Then they charged my card for a regular planned visit this summer but did not show up. They came out and gave me a free visit because of it. It cant be free since I paid but ok. Then suddenly weeds galore everywhere. Also they forgot to treat one side of my driveway completely. I called and asked for someone to meet me at my property to discuss. No show. I called again. No show. I called again and someone came. He was supposed to call me before he arrived so I could meet him, he didnt. We discussed by phone. he assured me he would send someone out to treat the weeds and address other concerns. NO show on that. I called again but honestly, they just didnt seem to care. Im a long time customer that got ZERO service and gave them plenty of opportunity to fix it. After the last call I fired TruGreen. I will search for another company who is interested in taking care of my lawn. Too bad they went from doing so good to so bad.

I had such an ugly lawn that I dared not leave the house during the daylight hours!! After TruGreen put a smile on my face, I was able to go outside when the sun was shining on my beautiful lawn!!

Didnt know what nutsedge and dollarweed was, had never seen them. After 3-4 TruGreen treatments I started seeing it. Brought it to the technicians attention, he said he would address it. Before long, my yard was COVERED in it. What a lowlife thing to do to someones lawn, infuriating

Continued excellent service. Checked to see if we had questions or problems. Left us a list of services and recommendations.

I got text messages saying they were servicing my lawn one morning. I stood in the window and watched the driver drive past my house even though it said my service had begun. It even said my service was completed. I checked my camera just to be safe and no one showed up. They then billed me $63.00. I called to speak with someone. I was on hold for almost 30 minutes. (The service where you put in your cell and they call back didnt work. I tried it, ,they called back and just hung up.) When i finally spoke with someone, they were apologetic and said it was going to be escalated to the regional manager. That was 24 hours ago, still no call. I called again today and guess what. Back on hold. Are there that many people calling with issues? Regardless, there are too many red flags. Im cancelling the service as soon as I can speak with a human. OH- Used them all last year. Still have weeds in my yard today.

After being two weeks late they finally showed up at 6:14 am pulled a hose out started spraying a 2 acre yard for five minutes my wife had to leave for work their truck was blocking the driveway so they technician reeled up the hose pulled out of the driveway and as soon as my wife left he left right behind her (I have this on camera). When I called to inquire why they did not finish the work there is a two hour wait time and they said I had landscaping people working on the yard at the same time which is completely false and in accurate. Do not use this company they make false promises about always answering the phone and delivering quality service when in fact this is completely untrue I have video cameras on my property the show the technician did not do any work as well as there were no landscaping personnel on property at the time the Tru Green technician was on-site.

One tech is very good - he does the whole yard the way it is suppose to be done. The other tech doesnt do the whole yard which I paid for. The service manger said call him any time and he will do everything to make me the customer happy - WRONG - I call him and leave a message and still no response. Pretty sure Im going with a different company.

Terrible experience.

We used them for mosquito defense. We called to schedule a service to look at a huge brown patch on our lawn. They said they scheduled someone to come out. No one ever did and when we called to find out why they said no one actually ever scheduled it. One of their local reps also accused us of being irrational flipping out over a clear infestation that was taking over our lawn when we spoke to them at a normal volume trying to figure out the next steps since no one ever showed up. How can you speak to customers like this and expect to keep their business is absolutely dim witted and ridiculous to us. Called and canceled services right away. Also no way to report local rep so no one can actually be held accountable.

Customer service is very good but the actual lawn service is not good. Being with them for 2 years and every year there are weeds in my lawn, brown patches in the grass.

Do not waste your money (or time). Honestly our yard looks worse than it did a year ago. We have used Tru Green for 2 previous homes, starting in Illinois, and had great prior service. This office is terrible. This year they constantly missed applications and we had to call on several different occasions to ask them to come out and treat the dead areas in the lawn and the weeds and to ask when they were coming back! Who has time for that? In the past week we called the customer service number. They were very apologetic and noted how the last application having been 2 months ago was way too long and told us to expect a followup call from the local office to schedule a service call with 48 hours. When that time had passed, we called again and told them we would like a refund and we wanted to cancel any upcoming treatments. They told us we would have to talk to the local office. We did talk to the local office, and after wasting time arguing about whether they did their job or not (all you need to do is look the weeds and crab grass in our lawn to know they didnt!), we are going with a new company and calling this a lost cause. There are much more responsive companies and economical choices in this area! Do not go with Tru Green.

So i noticed the technician came, pretended that he was spraying the solution and left within a minute. Dishonest service practice. I would prefer a trust worthy service that i dont have to keep monitoring to check if they are doing their job or not. Now i am wondering how many times this has happened in the past and I did not notice?

Nothing like receiving an email from TruGreen that the company completed servicing lawn without anyone showing up!! I ve complained about technicians reporting servicing the entire lawn before and being caught on Ring not doing so. Now they are not even showing up.

We took lawn care service and mosquito control, the only came 2 times out of 8 service for weed control, and updated the account that they completed the service, they did the mosquito service 4 times. This company is big fraud. I gave them the whole money for whole year at once

They were charged without getting our services done, and that happened 3 times! How did we know? because we stayed home to make sure to let the dogs when they arrive at which they never did. We canceled their service and requested refunds for the missed services, it has been more than a month and we still havent received anything. Unreliable, unprofessional, quick to take your money, and who knows if you even going to get your money back.

Email from TruGreen Even if you choose not to PrePay, the program will resume unless you contact us and notify otherwise. Since we never received a phone call or letter stating that you wanted to cancel the service the application was scheduled as it normally would be. They will send you emails every month and among those emails, they mention about renewal. Terrible terrible service mindset !!!

I wanted to get a quote on TruGreens lawn treatment programs. I submitted an online request for a quote. They called me back within a few minutes, but the person I spoke to was not very professional. After 20 minutes on the phone I got the quote, but decided to wait on committing to an annual maintenance plan. I then received additional calls (3 in one hour) from the customer service team asking how they could help. When I complained and asked to be taken off the calling list, they said it would take 7-10 business days to get out of the system. If their lawn treatment services are as bad as their customer service, why would I want to use them?

I have been their customer for the last 7 years and I always prepaid. They have been very good, but in the last 2 years their service is very bad. I called them several times and they havent showed any progress at all. I fired them this year and hired thinkgreen,,,and now I got the lawn grass I wanted. Dont go with them. They will ruin your lawn.

I am very disappointed with this service. Nobody returns the call. The service agent never calls back. My lawn is destroyed. I should have done this by myself. Never ever again!

William J has canceled so many times through an automated text with no explanation and no knock on the door to communicate. I have spent so much valuable time calling customer service to ask why this is happening to me taking time away from my family and my work. Hold times are incredible. Once you do reach someone they have no answers. They look at the notes and are appalled by the technicians behavior. I paid for the whole entire year and am contacting an attorney if I don t receive a full refund. Meanwhile, the grass is worse than ever. This is a total breach of contract. Please learn from my honest experience. I would not wish this experience on anyone trying to make ends meet during COVID.

Just called the company out of Cumming Ga and was told once again they would be here next week. We are suppose to have regular maintenance with them but our Spring services still haven t been done and they have not shown up in almost two months. Called last week was told they would be here this week by Wed. it is now Thursday still a no show. Just called the company and was told it is scheduled for next week, I told her that was not acceptable, our lawn is starting to look bad, did she even apologize NO, she basically sad there is nothing I can do. Well YES you can, you can provide your customers with the service they were told to expect. At this point I would not even give one star......Horrible business practice and the lady I spoke with needs to learn how to take care of customers and the words I m sorry!

Is this a REAL service? I highly doubt it. No technician came in after I have pre-paid for the services. Obviously, all payment done. So, Trugreen doesnt commit to the customer now. Heres what happens: I get a message saying that the technician will be at the front door in the next 10 min & I wait for the technician & that guy never shows up. Funny part is, after 10 min, I get a message from Trugreen that the service was complete for my lawn. NOBODY showed up. NO copy of the summary report will be handed over to the customer (or placed at the front door). This happened to me already twice. I called the 800 number , TruGreen cumming service, no action was taken. This is unbelievable. I am reading other reviews & I see that I am not the only person having this problem.

Tech did a great job with the Mosquito Defense treatment. He made sure to cover all areas and was very through. He explained the program how it works and what to expect. It was a great experience.

The sprinkler repair service was a joke! The True Green crew arrived 2 weeks ago and were unable to locate any PVC much less the manual on/off valve in my front yard. They asked that I call the city to have all utilities marked so they could return and dig to service the system. When the crew returned a week after the utilities were marked again they were unable to locate any element of the sprinkler system. No repairs were accomplished. My account was charged for the so-called service and True Green refused to refund the cost of the service. I called a local landscaper who was able to locate all sprinkler system components almost immediately and repairs are underway as I write this review. In my situation the sprinkler repair service True Green offered was a waste of time and money.

Trugreen doesnt kill nutsedge.

My grass goes dormant in the winter time and I had True Green come out and do what they do to make sure my grass is beautiful in spring. Starting in spring I had True Green continue service because they promised me no brown spots and no weeds. By May I had brown spots and weeds - I called them to let them know. I told him I would not pay my bill till they gave me the results promised. So they sent someone out to do a re-service. Still had the same problem, in fact I had more weeds. Called again in June, got another RE-service... July, repeat. Fast forward to August I have been calling every month trying to get them to get my grass looking like they advertise. Now they are telling me that because my account is past due they will not send someone out to fix the problem. So basically I have to pay them for a service that did not provide the promised results so they ll come to fix the issues. Sound like good business? I don t feel I should be paying for something I was promised but have not received. The people on the phone were rude and inconsiderate and I was hung up on twice. I am a reasonable person, and I also know that a decent business does not hang up on a customer. The first account manager I spoke to would not even let me talk. He kept reading scripted lines over and over, talking over me. I still have not been able to talk to anyone who has the ability to make my account right. I now have been told I have to wait 48 hours for someone to call me back because they have no managers on sight. True Green has terrible customer service and does not provide the results promised. I am sure they are all real nice when you are not complaining.

Im not sure about the negative reviews, my experience from the first phone call to the service was great. Its highly automated, you call, you pay, you download the app, you get a text before the service date, you get reminders on the date and there is even a tracker app to know exactly when they will be there. My tech was very unobtrusive, my 3 dogs didnt even know he was there. And, I havent had any bug issues since the treatment. My only other comment is that they send some aggressive marketing in the form of what looks like a bill. Its not. Its a suggestion that you might want to sign up for the year and pay a reduced rate.

Love how they get the job done! Yard looks great! The call ahead of the appointment allows us to get our dog inside!

Tru Green was fantastic when I first hired them 7 years ago, but the last few years...my lawn size had decreased, the rates have increased and my lawn has turned into weeds! I am looking for another company. It is as if Tur Green could care less about my issue. Ive called and no response.

Really struggling to get them to respond!! My lawn is weed ridden and have asked them several times to please re-evaluate what they re doing, just not responding. They don t come when promised and so it goes on! I m terribly frustrated with the poor service.

Worst of the worst! I had trugreen since scotts For years. They were good in the past but now they have workers that seem to be either unqualified, poorly trained or just lazy. They destroyed my entire lawn! The technicians were just too lazy to apply weed control during the season then when weed got out of control, they applied the weed control too much and ended up wiping out the entire lawn! Beware and Stay away! Now I have to hire contractors to lay sods.

Service is terrible. True Green used to be very responsive and I always had some one to talk to. Now all you get is a customer service representative that has no power to help you. Very disappointed.

Do not use this branch. I pre pay for my service each year, and the last two years have the service has gotten worst. I have been calling since May to get the local branch Manager to meet me at my home to address the issue without any response. Totally unacceptable service and response from the local management team and the service department. I am now trying to get the regional manager involved to address the issue. Lets see if that works. Worst lawn care service in Atlanta. Use anyone else other than Trugreen. They will bill you for service that you do not receive you must make sure that you are at home when they service your property to make sure that it actually gets done I caught them on camera pulling up to my property sitting there for a few minutes then writing a bill sticking it on my door and leaving. When I contacted the company not only did they not seem surprised this happened but all they did was offer me a few months of free service. Really?! Why would I want more service I haven t received in the first place? Check their Better Business Bureau rating

My yard was full of weeds this spring, it was embarrassing. Now, my yard is weed free and looks great. The specialist treating my lawn tells me where the trouble spots are and gives me tips to maintain my lawn. In addition to the great results in just a short period, the local branch is always responsive to my emails. Im a fan.

These people are terrible! I pre paid for aeration service in Jan...here its almost July and I cant get them to show up. I have been told more than 5 times some would be here and still no show. I would not use these people, terrible service and my grass looks like SH**! If there was less than a 1 star i would have used it.

Very high pressure sales without the delivery. Every week they are calling to try to sell you something new and arent even doing the job they were hired to do. Every time we tried to cancel they make the promise of retreat to resolve issues yet the same weeds still exist. Dont waste your time with TruGreen, very dissatisfied.

we have had lawn treatment for several years and have been very happy with services. our lawn was one of the best in the neighborhood. least year we had grubs, most of our grass area was destroyed. following our phon e call, trugreen arrived shortly after with treatments to kill the grubs but also prevent grubs on the future. grass seed was also laid. this year our lawn is once again one of the best in the neighborhood.

The specialist was just setting up when I saw him outside. He stopped what he was doing, coming over to introduce himself and ask if I had any questions. We talked for awhile and then he was back off to work. Didnt get his name, but nice guy, seemed to know what he was talking about.

Horrible since day 1. Charging for front and backyard when they only do the front. No show on appointments. I had a balance of $100 I was refusing to pay and called up and some cocky manager came on the phone and made the amount even higher by adding back old credits that were on my account and then said I had to pay a year in advance. I now see why I would always have a different yard guy coming to my house. I recommend looking at other companies who dont treat you like a slimy used car lot treats you.

This is one of the most dishonest and horrible lawn companies I have ever hired. I fired them less than one month after signing up because they couldnt stick to their commitments, and their customer service was atrocious. I paid for the top of the line package and got serviced as if I had paid nothing. When I called to cancel service, their customer service reps were very disorganized and did not take very good notes in their computer system. Also, I was promised a refund of a certain amount of money by one of the customer service reps, but was refunded much less than what was promised. I showed the record in writing to this branch, and they claim the customer service rep did the refund calculation wrong and will not be issuing me the money I was promised. Stay away from this company! They are very dishonest and disrespectful towards their clients. You are better off just handling your lawn care yourself.

By using TruGreen, it has allowed me to have more available time for other projects but at the same time know that my lawn is being treated as I would treat it. With the exception of the lack of rain this year, my lawn has looked very good

We have been very happy with our lawn service from TRUGREEN. Our lawn looked horrible before TRUGREEN started spraying for weeds and now we have a nice lawn. This summer we had the lawn arriated and seeded for the first time. Now we have grass where we couldnt grow it before and it looks fabulous! Well worth having it done! They always call ahead and remind us when they will be coming and they leave good notes on what they did during the visit and ways to keep the lawn looking great.

Terrible customer service and weed control does not work. I had them servicing my yard two years so its not like I havent given them a chance. My yard looks worse now than it did before they started treating it.

We had a problem with the application of our winter tree and shrub treatment, and all out plants died. TruGreen addressed the issue and agreed that they were at fault. Within weeks all our plants were replaced. Fantastic customer service. Thanks TruGreen for your no hassle response to a major problem.

Since I move to TruGreen my lawn has completely changed for the better, so much so the people across the street have engage TruGreen as a vendor. The Service person has always done an excellent job and is very professional.

Most Pathetic service i have ever seen ! STAY AWAYYYYYY agreed to offer service at 45 including lime and aeration. started charging 59 per treatment. then charged 59 additional for lime. when i called they said thats not what we offered. at the same time there website offered the same service at 45 with lime and aeration. after mush discussion....they agreed to escalate the agent told a manager will call in 24 hrs, no one called...i called back in 2 days...the agent said it is 48 hrs...i again called in 3 days...now the agent said its 72 hrs. I gave up and cancelled politely ! No use wasting time with such company !

I never see him which is good. I just want to see results as I see them now. My yard is looking great so far. I still have a few weeds in my Bermuda but my zoysia is weed free at this time.

They always do a great job, if you have any issues, just call them and they will make it right. Love a company that stands behind there work, and True Green dies what they say. I recommend them to everybody. Keep up the great work. I would rate them 10 Stars if I could.

The service was just mediocre: a few times the treatment was done 1-2 hours before the rain and after my complain by phone they promised that it will be re-treated again,and never re-treated in fact. But the worst is actually that anything that the reps are telling/promising is reflected nowhere, so the promises made just to pacify you at the moment. Horrible customer service. There are many other companies doing lawn treatments on our cul-de-sac, looks like all not as bad as Trugreen (at least according to my neighbors). I would suggest to stay away from trugreen and use some local company.

I had TruGreen a few years ago and canceled for service issues. Back in the earlier part of this year I decided to give them another try. My neighbors are using them and I decided that while they serviced their yard they could do mine. Sales consultant came out and promised me the world of service. (what a joke!!!!) Since I started back, they fertilized once was suppose to aerate. Once again, it has taken six phone calls and six promises/schedules and no results. I apparently am not that important to be a customer of theirs. I will be in touch with all my neighbors to let them know what has taken place. I would never recommend TruGreen to my worst enemy. I will never, ever use them again and will never refer anyone to them.

This is unreal. I cancelled my service on january 30. Since then i have been charged for february and march. Then I get a phone call from their debt collection department and they ask for the payment. My reply was I cancelled the service with you on Jan. 30th. Their reply was we dont see that on your account. So I settled with them to pay half of what I owed and was told the service was cancelled. That was a month ago. The last three days I have received a phone call from the collection agency again and twice by the same person. Their service is below average and good luck if you try to cancel them. I will be calling my laywer. STAY AWAY

Like the rest of the reviewers here, I found TruGreen to be awful. Not only did they not help much with the weeds in my yard, the lawn basically looks dead--worst Ive ever seen it in three years, and definitely the worst on the block. It could be coincidence, but I doubt it.

They never show up when they say and if you need them to retreat you can forget it. The call center will schedule a date and then nobody shows up. I dont know if all the offices are this lousy but the North Augusta office is terrible. Ive signed up for he last 2 years to have my mothers house treated because I dont live close enough to do it my self and there isnt another option. I feel stuck with bad service and a rip off but its better than not having any treatment at all since I cant do it myself. Their guarantee to come back and retreat if you are dissatisfied is a joke. They never do it.

A DISHONEST COMPANY!!! New year resolution in execution mode. I have just canceled my TrueGreen service which I have had for many years. Come to find out, I have been charged for overseeding when getting aeration, and until I confronted the field person, he indicated overseeding cannot be done with the type of grass I have. WHAT A SCAM!!! Secondly, only HALF of my lawn is serviced when Im always charged for the full lawn because they simply dont let me know when theyre coming for the service so I can lock away my 5 pounds Papillon killer dog. I DONT RECOMMEND TRUEGREEN TO ANYONE!!! Will let you know when I find an HONEST lawn care company.
