Yesterday morning we were at home while your worker sprayed something ( sign said pesticide). We didnt see him come to back yard to spray ?pesticide. I wonder he came to my backyard to do his job. Please let me know whether my back yard is included to be serviced. Thank you.

I ve paid $85/month recurrently, even during the winter time, and now that my Bermuda grass is out of the dorm state, it just looks horrible!! Lots of non Bermuda grass over 80% of my large lawn. My neighbors don t have this problem!! On my last call to complain, Terry, the rep, after I insisted, told me that they would send someone to check it out but he would know when this week or maybe next week. Wow! Besides terrible service, terrible customer service. Good thing is that there s a large number of competitors.

By far one of the worst customer service experiences I ve ever had. I had to call the office 3 different times about several service issues that needed to be resolved. The first two calls I was told the manager would call me back same day to resolve. I never got a call back and on the 3rd attempt(4 business days later) they finally put me through to his desk. There was no apologies or empathy and the manager acted like he was annoyed to be on the phone. I ended up canceling my service because this was the final straw for me. The best part is the manager didn t even bother asking why or attempt to make it right. Just said ok and bye and hung up on me. Really goes to show how much they value their customers and about keeping business. If you want a service where you still have to pull weeds weekly and get treated like dirt when you have an issue please give them a call.

Never got to experience dishonesty until I let this firm work for me. It will never happen again and I suggest that you look elsewhere as well. They will still be billing you years after you sell your house and move away. Who needs that kind of headache. Get the kid next door to take care of your lawn it will be cheaper and probably a better job as well

Writing this hopefully the manager will get in touch, I m enrolled in the lawn service, the tech who was scheduled for today showed up, parked his truck waited a few minutes and left without treating my yard. My son and his friends were playing in our culdesac and I was watching from the window, I asked my son if the tech talked to them and he said no, he just sat in the truck and then left. I checked my home security cameras and they showed the same. When I called the customer service the lady told me she will call him . She called me back and said he already tested the yard, when I said he didn t she kept saying he did and that she can schedule another visit but not for a week cause it s too close to the original application.Basically the entire conversation she called me a liar and even said the tech said he spoke with the boys. No application was done no sign left at the door and no tech came to the door. So I wonder if that s a normal fraud practice of think green making me wonder if now I should check the cameras every time they claim they came. Editing my review: today the owner and the manager called me and resolved the issue, a new service was scheduled for tomorrow, their prompt response was above expectations!

Excellent company. Our lawn looks so much better since they started handling the treatments. Everyone at this company has been great to deal with. I always receive a message the day before they are coming out, which is so helpful when you have pets and Brandon was prompt and clear about the services he provided.

My yard has never looked worse. My family and I were wondering if they were actually treating our yard since it looks so awful. We are 99% sure they arent. Why do we assume this you ask? Well, if they were using granules to treat the yard, there are no visible granules. Anywhere. Not in the grass, not on the driveway, not on the sidewalk. If they used the liquid application we would have seen wetness on the sidewalk and driveway at the edges of the grass. There would also have been a slight chemical smell. We know this because last year when our grass looked great, these pieces of evidence were visible. The more damning evidence is what was revealed in the morning dew. We saw, in the dew, a set of footprints make a loop through the front and back yards. What we didnt see were tire marks if they used a granule spreader. We also should have seen hose marks if the hose had been dragged through the yard during liquid application. We also have a large tree in the front yard that drops twigs all the time. In the past when they have applied liquid treatment, the twigs and branches would end up in a bunched pile from the hose rounding them all up. The branches were undisturbed. This will all be determined when we go view our neighbors Ring doorbell camera but, like I said, were 99% sure given what we have seen. Needless to say, we are going to be switching to another company because we dont want to pay for weeds.

Received an invoice for services that I never received. Never got an invoice or a summary report about my yard being serviced. Im always watching my cameras and I never saw their technician come out to service my lawn. I contacted the customer service number and inquired about why was I receiving a bill for services I never received. She told me they came out to my house on May 12th. However thats not true because Im always watching my cameras, and never saw anyone service my yard. Nor did I receive a receipt/ summary report after service. So I asked why the technician didnt post a sign in my yard. She says that the technician sometimes doesnt have them so its not mandatory that they put them in the yards. Which I know is a lie, because you have to put a warning when chemicals have been placed in your yard. Then she also goes to state that she could show me as to when my yard was serviced by the GPS tracker from the truck. Which I declined because I know my yard was never serviced. However I think I need to call back and get that because I may have to fight this charge with my bank. So I told her I was going to pay this invoice that I just received for services that was supposedly done on May 12th and I would like to cancel my services. She then goes to say well you will still owe $20 of the promo from the first treatment you did since youre canceling before three services. I said okay thats fine because I know a technician wasnt out there and I dont want to do business with untrustworthy people....so I will pay the $61 and remove me from your list. She continues to babble on and finally after stating that Ill pay 61 and cancel my service about six times she finally said she would cancel. However Im going to do a follow-up tomorrow. And keep you guys updated... I knew I shouldve declined service from the beginning as the Sale Rep wouldnt even let me get a word in!!!

I called them about weeds which I had for 2 months. They are not willing to solve the problem. Horrible conversation with Terry. He told me to wait for another 2 weeks to see the solution which will be about 3 month Ive been waiting. He told me that gas is $4 a gallon now. So?

I dont usually write reviews. Ok, call me lazy but this one I must! If my friends and neighbors ask who takes care of your yard, Ill tell them and thats it. Well, this time I saw some weeds and I asked them to come back spray, which they promptly did. Boy, did I get an education? Brian told me that they didnt spray next to my raised beds because I was growing edibles and the best way to prevent weeds would be to cover the surrounding area with mulch etc. I learned so many dos and donts from a patient kind gentleman. I highly recommend them. You will not regret it. Oh, and Im not getting paid to write this. <<grin>>

I had been using this services for almost a year and had no improvement on my lawn. If anything my lawn looks exponentially worse with new weeds Ive never had before. Im confident they dont treat your lawn properly and its all a scam. Once I canceled my service because they were charging me for both front and back yard while only servicing my front yard and even still my front yard was not seeing any improvement. They still came and serviced my front yard after telling them not to treat me lawn. And then continued to charge me for it. I emailed them back multiple times including John the owner I believe. And he just stopped replying to my emails and then I get an email from ThinkGreen saying theyre going to put my account to collections to collect the money from my last service that I DID NOT APPROVE AND I CANCELED. I literally feel like I need to open a police investigation for trespassing since they came and did god knows what on my property and are now trying to charge me for it. SCAM OF A COMPANY RUN.

I don t know what they did, but after 2 years working with them they almost killed my lawn. It doesn t make sense for me since they have great reviews, but for me it didn t work.

Think Green has been servicing my lawn for three years now and this is going to be the last one. They re courteous and provide service in between regular visits if you have weeds, but whatever they re using simply doesn t kill all weeds and the technician has completely neglected the one side of my yard. I m constantly pulling weeds and spraying my lawn on a regular basis. I ll be switching companies.

They call before coming for lawn application. Their applications are more thorough than most other companies offering same service. Less weeds, more green grass!!

Service is good and the price is very fair. I ve had to stay on them a couple times about servicing right before huge thunderstorms that wash everything away. They ll come back out and service again but it s kind of a pain to have to make that call. Just check the weather and plan ahead a little. I also have to supplement their visits with my own treatments a few times. Long story short, they do (what most lawn services do) a very generic chemical application. I do 3 soil samples per season and have had to adjust nutrient levels myself. But I build that into the cost in my budget so it s fine. I may look around next season for a new company just to compare. They do a decent job and I do recommend them. Just be proactive about asking them to come out and service as much as you need to get it right

You have many options to choose from different vendors. Flexible to change from one to other. Can reach customer care quickly. They are heavily dependent on the app (I cannot install bunch of apps on my phone).. Price is ok. Scheduling needs to improve. once you asked to postpone the schedule it default will not change (I have no weekly service, for some reason I want to use service 1 week later but next service will occur immediately instead of after 2 weeks. Complained multiple times but not changed though now it is corrected). Notifications are not up to the mark/standard. I would recommend them because you don t have to hunt for lawn mowers, if you aren t happy with one can request others.

Just signed up with Think Green after a bad experience with a previous lawn care company. So far, the responsiveness has been much better and customer service actually seems to care about the CUSTOMER part of the service too! Adam came out today for an aeration service and took a lot of extra time to talk with me and cover any yard concerns, obstacles, etc. and, although probably making him a little behind schedule for the next guy, took the time to make the experience personal instead of rushing me through the visit. Adam even shared his GPS route to ensure I was able to plan around my meetings and be available when he arrived. Thanks Adam!

Adam did an excellent job on my lawn. The aeration was done great and I am happy with how it turned out. He was very friendly and responsive.

For my spring aeration Adam was on time, courteous and provided tips to fill in spots on my zeon zoysia. He also had the presence of mind to avoid spots I recently patched. Unlike others providing similar services, he also adequately punched my grass and did not do a quickie job just to check me off and move on. Much appreciated.

The technician, Adam, showed up promptly this morning on time and knocked out a big aeration job. I appreciate the care and attention he brought to the job.

We had Adam do our aeration on our Bermuda lawn today. Very knowledgeable on how to use playground sand to restore dead spots and to aid in growing new grass where it doesnt exist. He even said if we ever have any questions we can contact him directly. Thats great service right there! Thanks Adam!

We had Adam service our yard several days ago with the core-aeration and fertilizer. This is the first time we have had Adam and were extremely pleased with his service. This is a very demanding yard, a lot of sq ft and mostly on a slope that is very difficult. Adam communicated with us the day before, he showed up on time, did an outstanding job, left me a text message afterwards that he was heading to my mother in laws for her service in which he did a great job. I was very impressed and pleased with Adam s professionalism, his knowledge, and his concern to please me, and I m sure, all of his customers. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. When we initially set up for Think Green to be our lawn provider it took them over two weeks to come start services. I had to call several times to get someone to come out and then when someone did, they lied about not having access to our lawn. We dont have a fence and I saw them on our camera drive past my house. I was told they believed their employee so obviously they were calling me a liar. They finally came out and started service. We thought we would give them the year to get better and help our lawn since we PRE PAID FOR THE WHOLE YEAR. Here we are though about 5 to 6 months into service and they have not been to our house in over two months. We called to inquire and they stated someone will be out today and of course no one showed up. I would not recommend this company to anyone. And I will be looking for a new lawn provider since they cant seem to do their job.

They sent me a bill and when I called to ask for details on the work they done. They told me they were not sure because the comments on the work order was unclear. They charged me and never came out. On 11/3/21 I spoke with one of the managers and he corrected the charge and answered all the additional questions I had about what I can expect from them.

Adam has been very informative... any questions - he goes out of his way to explain and take care of any issues. Appreciate the heads up texts when they will be out to take care of the lawn. We have been using them for a few years now and have a really tough back yard with lots of issues - slowly coming around!

This is my second year with Think Green and I am very pleased with the service. My technician Caleb Bidinger is awesome. He does a thorough job and always keeps me well informed concerning the precise treatment needed to keep my lawn healthy and beautiful.

Caleb called the night before service, to remind me he was coming. I called him back with a question about service the next day, which he fully explained. He showed up this morning, completed treatment, and left service notice at door. He was very efficient in his care for my lawn.

I have been with Think Green for over a year now. My grass is not getting better. Weed is still there. Grass is not growing either. Technicians did not say anything about what I need to do to get my lawn better. I got different techs each time and each one did something differently and had no clue how my grass is. I am not so happy with Think Green Service at the moment.

Caleb, our servicer, is true professional and cares for our lawn as if it were his lawn. He is proud of his work.

Weve had Think Green service since we bought our home, and have ZERO complaints. Yard was kind of a mess when we first moved in, no weeds but dead spots from the previous owner having a trampoline & kids play-set. Our lawn remained weed-free & healthy, and quickly repaired itself and filled in 99% of the dead areas. I didnt even think that was possible! Tech just came in front of the yard, sprayed for min and went away. He never went it in the back. There have been considered weed problem that we have in back and now it explains why there are more weed in back than front. I spoke to with the owner re seeing this my cameras all around the house. He said the cameras are not reliable source of information. Every concern i had and tried to work with him, he had a counter argument than working on it. My cameras are clearly covering all the yard. And ofcourse he hangs up in middle of conversation. It s a rip off of a company, and a joke of a owner. Take your money somewhere else.

Caleb is an excellent technician. The yards are personal to him. He wants the lawn to look good. He never fails to call ahead when he is coming. This is very important to me.

Ive used several different companies and I can say confidently Think Green is the better of them all. My technician, Ryan, has done a phenomenal job treating my property and educating me on my grass types and how to make my yard look better.

Absolutely awful customer service specially the manager so rude. Not professional at all. Also they damage my lawns with brown spot I don t recommend this company at all so rude people .

My lawn has come back to life.

We have had a poor experience with Think Green this year.. We usually have a healthy beautiful green lawn. That is until this year. This year our grass is half dead and full of weeds. We reached out to Think Green and they finally agreed to send someone out to look at it. Their associate John came by and said the state of the yard was shocking and he did not have a confident answer as to what could have caused this. He called us back the next day with still no explanation and no reasonable solution. On the phone he was unprofessional, short, rude and very unapologetic. We had a grass expert (independent) look at it and he immediately identified that the wrong chemicals had been used. When we asked to have their tech identify what he used we were told that he didnt work there anymore. We asked them to replace the damaged grass they said no and didnt want to accept any responsibility, just excuse after excuse.

We have almost 0.5 acre yard, but a technician Tyler arrived our property when 10:57 and drove away at 11:10. Seem looks he did a quickly work, because he did not walk to check side yard and backyard. Truth is we waste money and time. BTW, Thanks to Caleb for doing good job last three months, he did in taking care of our lawn. Unless Caleb come back to our lawn, or well discontinue service after this cycle.

I have been using Think Green for about half year, and their service is really really good. Peter, the technician who handles my lawn are very knowledgeable about weed control. He is very friendly and helpful when I had problems about weed problem over my lawn. I highly recommend their services, especially Peter. Good guy!

Matt was our tech and he did a very thorough job on all 3 services. He was especially good with the mosquito control.

Paid this company for over a year and to this moment my yard is full of weeds. Then when I call to cancel the service they had the audacity to ask for the last payment! What a joke! I do not recommend this company for anything!!

I have been Think Green customer for eight years , and I always prepay, when I call and let you know that I received a letter from my HOA saying that I was neglect regarding the weeds, during that call I was not told that there will additional charges , I call you twice trying to work with you but I was treated poorly with the attitude of take it or leave it. I decide to leave you and hire somebody else since it is the way you treat your customers especially established customers and I will let other people know about your company

The past two years this company has been slacking. I have paid on time, all the time. They service my lawn on time , but the last two seasons, I have had a lot of weeds. UPDATE: Okay, I was contacted by the owner of Think Green Lawn Service. We talked about the condition of my lawn and they came out within a couple of days to apply liquid pre-emergent in addition to backpack spot spraying of weeds. They were concerned about my weeds and wanted to make it right, and I appreciate that. So, I am upgrading my review from 2 Stars to 4 Stars.

The lawn guy is always friendly and knowledgeable, and I dont have sales guys showing up on weekends or texting photos of local mosquito-bitten kids to my phone to encourage me to buy mosquito treatments for my lawn (Im talking about you, TruGreen). These guys come out and do their job, do a great job, and thats all I want from a lawn care company. Lawn looks great and Im always well-guided for my part in it (mow/water shorter, longer, more often, etc). Very happy and impressed.

Ive never delt with a more courteous sales rep than I have with this company, I could really tell these guys must love what they are doing out here because their personal candor is just through the roof. I´m very disappointed with Think Green. My lawn is looking worse than before I changed to Think Green. Weeds that were supposed to be controled are growing and destroing my lawn. I´m defenetly considering to come back to Turf Masters. August 2019. I would like to say, that after my complain Think Green is doing the best they can to control the goosegrass in my lawn. They are coming every 10 days to spary it and kill it. After 3 aplications it´s changing colour and dying. Hopefully they will be dead soon.

I have been with Think Green for a year. They are only ok. I feel like they ripped me off recently. I have areas on my yard that never seems to grow grass. I called and spoke with Think Green and was told that getting my yard aerated would help with getting my grass to grow. I went on and had the work done to no avail. About two weeks after the aeration I received service from Think Green at which time they tell me my grass isnt growing due to shade damage and they had services that would help. My issue is, I wish they would have informed me of that before I had my yard aerated. The aeration was not necessary and a waste of money. Its been about 3 months now since the aeration and my grass is worse than before. Apparently my grass wont grow until I have the shade damage issue addressed. I would like to know upfront what the issues are instead of being told anything.

I have been with think green for about 3 years now. I had a beautiful weed free lawn when I started with them and now my back yard and around my fence is infested with weeds. I have addressed this with the service tech And they just get worse and worse. The last 2 times they came out they said they did my whole yard however both times the lock on the gate was locked so they did not do the backyard. I have weeds growing knee high at the moment and we are still in Winter. I felt like I had to be on the defense when I called in to let them know about the problem. I am canceling my service today And am very disappointed not only with the service itself but also the customer service that I received.

I moved out from your company because of not a great response and not a great development for my yard. When i moved out i am not able to login to my account and I do have past due and am getting my bill, why i try to pay online not able to make it and when i called 844 and 678 numbers no response. I didnt understand how to pay the bill.

I gave them a 1-star review ONLY because its required that I select a number of stars, and also because a negative 6-star review was not an option. This is a terrible lawn service. I pre-paid for a year of service, because it was cheaper that way. During the pricing/quoting, they said they would cover my entire lawn, but they ended up only covering about half of my lawn. They sprayed my lawn with chemicals for a year and the weeds actually got worse in my lawn. Every time I called them to come back and re-treat, they would blame me for the weed growth --- claiming that I wasnt mowing my lawn enough or wasnt watering it enough. After the year of service was up, they called me to renew the service and I declined. So what did they do? They sent me a billing statement for the NO SERVICES they performed! Unreal...... Obviously, I recommend this company dissolve themselves and cease with lawn services immediately.

Think Green Lawn Service has treated my yard for over 1 year and there has not been any positive change in the appearance of my yard. Ive phoned them on this morning to address the ongoing issue and spoke with Mr. Weaver whos lack of concern was very apparent. Its unfortunate that you patronize a service and recommend it to others and the response to your concerns it apparently none. I informed him that my neighbor patronized this service because they serviced my yard and after he had minimum results he began his own treatment and his yard looks amazing in a brief period of time. This is what I shared with Mr. Weaver and he stated as they usually do about weeds that cannot be treated mushrooms, crabgrass etc. Stated it is a partnership as if I do not work on my own yard and only rely on their service quite disappointing but a lesson learned.

Justin along with Think Green Atlanta makes this company heads above the rest. Small personal new equipment with knowledgeable technicians. Every time Justin visits my property he makes me feel like I am his only customer. He knows the history of my yard from a builder not grading adequately and sub par grass. I would never use another provider. If you are looking for a company you want to trust and technicians who care, I highly recommend Think Green!

For the most part Im fine with this company. Their technicians are polite, timely, and well educated. Mine in particular is always super friendly. Cost is fine, and the product itself is fine albeit Ive had better results from other companies. The reason this is a 2 star review instead of a 4 star review is that each of the past 2 years someone from this company has deceivingly tried to schedule a lime treatment phrased in such a way that it was part of my package. When I would question them if Im paying for it already or not....click, they hang up. For each of the past 2 years its like that...try to get me to up my service without clearly stating that its an upcharge and when I question it they hang up. Its so unbelievably shady and the guy who does it is just so super rude and always hangs up on you. Also there is no way to cancel your service without actually calling in. Their website lets you add services...but cancel? Nope. UPDATE. Jim from think green called and we had a long chat. Ive decided to give them another year. Excellent service from Jim. If he was the one who called me in the first place Id be giving then 4 or 5 stars.

Worst company.. If youre not home, dont expect them to do as good a job as when you are home watching them. My back yard is covered in weeds. Also, they invoice you over an over, which unfortunately caused me to make a mistake in over payment. When I stopped payment with my bank for this duplicate payment, their bank charged them an $10.00, that they are now making me pay. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im sure this also had something to do with me calling and cancelling my monthly service with them a week ago. Revenge is mine saith Think Green!!!

These guys take great care of my lawn. Almost weed free coming from 25 percent weeds 3 years ago when the started.

Brian at Think Green treats our yard and I couldnt ask for a more incredible person to do this for us. He is always so nice. He stops working to answer any questions that I have and he always gives my boxer a good scratch on the head while doing our yard. He also calls the day before he comes every time and its never inconvenient for him if we need to reschedule. Always great & friendly service. Had a concern of some weeds popping up after a treatment (pd. visit) & a courtesy call was done at no additional cost to address my issues. I had them for 2 years. The first year I would rate them 4 stars. but the 2nd year their service went down hill. I complained about weeds showing up around the edges. after no success in treating that weeds were popping up in a lot of places allover. I complained but they never got rid of them. I have one more treatment due and a Lenny Sanders called to sell me an expensive lime treatment add on to my service, I was in the middle of telling him that I was not going to renew my service because they were increasing by 10% for next year . The guy hung up on me so I going to call them and cancel my next and final service and ask for that payment to be refunded.
