All Seasons Property Maintenance in Cumberland

In April 2024, I prepaid for lawn maintenance service (fertilizer and weed control) for the 2024 season. As of Aug 5, 2024, I have not seen anyone from All Seasons service my property! I have tried emailing and calling with no response. Now their voice mail box is full and will not receive any more messages.

I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for the last couple of months. Left messages and sent emails. No response. Thinking of cancelling my service. Won’t use them for lawn care again. Terrible customer service.

Nov 23rd 2020. First major snow fall and All seasons Property Snow maintenance were here early and more than once. Best snow removal company that I have used for my residence in over 35 years. Thanks a Million....

Used for snow removal for the past three seasons. They have been reliable and come more quickly then the competition. We are almost always first on our street to get ploughed out. Hovever, this past winter (2022/2023), while the service continued to be punctual, we had issues which were never addressed. Snow was piled up in front of our front deck in a way that made it difficult to get out of the house. We asked them time and time again as well as emailed frequently but they never ever dealt with the concern. The company never respond to emails or voice messages. At the end of the season, we were overcharged for one additional snow removal beyond the 250cm annual limit which never took place. We kept close records and they only came twice after we got the over-accumulation limit notice. When we challenged this, the company never responded, but simply charged the credit card for the full amount. Very unhappy and won't likely renew next year. No amount of punctuality will make up for this poor service and questionable customer care.
