NRI's landscaping crew did a great job on our lawn. They had to de-thatch, spread loam and seed it. They worked hard and they didn't just hurry through it. Plus, they actually did the job for less than originally quoted us. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Yard looks great. But the owner hiked our total up from the estimated $1500 to $2800 due to “bees” that weren’t communicated about. They also trimmed my neighbors bushes? When I called to address with the owner he said “what are you gonna do, not pay me?” He ended up saying he would refund us $500 then said he changed his mind. Kept incessantly texting my husband and I screenshots of erroneous Google results and calculations that made no sense. The owner tried to cover the insane price hike with a “cash discount” down to $2200, but we wanted to know why he had no issue texting us to argue about the total, but couldnt text us to inform us about alleged bees.

I live in Chepachet RI and live many people my driveway is long (over 120 feet) and some how even longer in the snow ❄️. While shoveling an NRI truck with a plow drove by. I didn't try to flag him down because I didn't have cash on me. They are out doing a very important service during dangerous conditions and deserve ever dollar they charge in my opinion. Shortly after the truck pulled into my driveway and asked if I needed help. I said no thank you sir, I don't have any cash on hand right now. He replied with, "I don't want any money, I live in the area and just want to help out". We spoke for a moment then he plowed my driveway. What a great human and business owner. His actions were admirable to say the least. I highly recommend this company and appreciated and applaud their morals. Hard working people who help their community while trying to make a living. Thank you! 🙏💙

I contacted Dave to do a spring cleanup and he responded quickly. He came out a surveyed the property with me and sent me a quote. His crew was fantastic. They were kind and very respectful of the property. We needed a lot of work done and they spent the whole day working their magic. The place looks amazing. They trimmed trees and weeded flower beds and did a major clean up. We are so pleased with the work and have received many compliments. I would recommend them at anytime. When they are on our property they are respectful of their surroundings. They perform the landscape maintenance meticulously and professionally. I used to work as a landscaper so, I am pretty fussy. David was amazing, he came out and looked at our property and evaluated it immediately after we contacted him and sent us a quote. We had questions and he was great about setting up time with us to review the quote and talk about our options. He was very low pressure, but told us how he thought was best to approach. His crew was fantastic and communicated well with us. They worked hard and we love the landscaping results and could not be happier. In 2019 I had NRI come to repair our lawn after a fungus took control of it. They completely did over our lawn and the results were just outstanding!!!! I have seen golf courses that did not look as good. This year we moved to a new home and the builder did a terrible job of the landscaping. We knew who to call!!!! NRI came in this year and we are looking forward to another amazing lawn. They respond to your calls, they are very hardworking, and they follow through. When they say they will be there, they are, Very dependable. I love dealing with Dave, He wants to do the best job possible and returns to be sure its done right. I will continue to refer NRI to friends and family and I know they will thank me!!!!!

NRI Landscaping was great to work with! Dave showed up on time for the consultation appointment and gave me the rundown of how to restore my lawn; he even gave me a quote on site. In my recent search for landscapers, I felt that his price was fair. I had received some pretty hefty quotes from other companies with bells and whistles, when all I really needed was a simple lawn repair. His crew showed up to perform all the agreed upon treatments, and recently came out to lay down the seed. They were quick, efficient, and very pleasant.
