Can’t say enough good things about Nick. He is professional and hardworking. He is responsive to all communication. His prices are fair and he is a honest man. He has completed a few jobs for my family. I would highly recommend him for all your lawn and snow jobs.

I entered into a seasonal snow removal contract for a small parking lot in Cudahy. The first significant snowfall ended around 5 AM. However, nobody arrived until after 11 AM. Upon "completion", several parking spots remained partially snow covered, and other areas were missed. The snow was piled up in a sloppy fashion, and several of the curb stops were either completely uprooted or knocked out of alignment by the plow. I called Nick, who displayed a nasty attitude and falsely blamed the problems on his truck. He displayed a nasty attitude and grudgingly agreed to return in the evening to finish clearing the snow. A couple weeks later, he returned to fix the curb stops, but then sent me a fraudulent invoice claiming extra snow removal services for work that was not performed. Needless to say, I terminated the contract.

Nick and his team helped us out in a bind. With the recent winter storms, we needed the driveways plowed at my in-laws house. The service we originally hired gave us the runaround, which made my wife was extremely anxious. Her uncle was hospitalized slipping, while shoveling his drive. He was in a coma, and hospitalized for weeks. My wife and I always try to get someone to help her parents out. Nick came to the rescue, and we appreciate the straightforward conversation around this job. We will look to use and recommend Nick moving forward. Thank you!

I was beyond livid with another company that I HIGHLY advise others forgo (-->PLOWZ & MOWZ, avoid at all costs). I had initially booked a plow service for my parents home in Greenfield, WI via Plowz & Mowz to be completed before midnight that night, in order to prevent the ice over that was going to ensue the following evening due to below zero freezing temps. Saturday came and went with vague communication on their part. Sunday came and was going and nothing was done for my parents. This company never showed up. They were not helpful in anyway and I was in a bind, being that I live in Chicago and was worried my parents driveway had become a dangerous fall zone for them. I was at my witts end and desperate for someone to help. ENTER: Nick When I came across Nicks Lawn N Snow Pros LLC on Google I gave him a call. He proceeded to answer amongst the backup and chaos with all the plows being out Sunday night. I explained my whole situation to him as he mentioned how backed up they were. I felt guilty adding this job to his plate as he offered to take it on. But, he did. Given the work load he and his six other plows already had this entire weekend, he took on my parents three car length, two by two car driveway. He called me that night and promised to get it done for them as soon as possible the following day. He set my mid at ease and I felt forever grateful. When most companies ask for payment up front, he didn't even mention costs and payment but stated he would text me with the quote when the job was done. In today's society it is the first thing companies ask for, especially in Chicago. Needless to say Nick truly displayed an empathetic and caring demeanor over the phone and via texts. He even got to talk to my dad as the job was being worked on at my parents house. He sent me pictures of the BEFORE and AFTER progress. He even proceeded to comp his work because of what happened to my parents and how bad their driveway was. This to me is ABOVE & BEYOND superior Wisconsin hospitality in the business world. I am beyond grateful for this man and will be using his services going forward, as well as referring him to everyone I know. Thank you so much for your kindness and for treating elder citizens, like my parents, like people who matter. I am forever indebted to you.

I had some work done at the beginning of the season. I discussed with Nick what I wanted done prior to the job since I work during the day and wouldn’t be home. He did half of what we discussed and what he did do was done poorly, but he still charged me the same. I’m a man of my word so I still paid him what we agreed upon. He then offers to take any brush I might have in the future to be picked up. I decided to take him up on his offer, over 2 weeks later, a dozen phone calls and text messages, and my wife calling to give him a piece of her mind. He finally picks it up with a text : “after this we are done.” Like I’m going to hire him again, I wouldn’t pay him to cut my grass. If you’re looking to have your landscaping done poorly, willing to wait over 2 weeks, and over pay for that kind of service. Then this is the perfect landscaping service for you.

Nick is very easy to work with and very fair with pricing. I never have to worry about my lawn or snow removal. Some of my properties can be challenging but Nick is always on time and professional.

Nick is very professional and his employees are very hard working and go the extra mile to make sure you're pleased with the results. They do a very thorough job at a great price. I will definitely use them again next year for all my lawn maintenance.
