Very pleased with Colin and Josh's visit yesterday. Very polite and were very careful not to make a mess bringing their equipment through. Fitted in appointment with my schedule. Thank you.

Eventually got to place where we were happy with the lawn, but took a bit longer than I'd like. The office support staff were very good, but the quality of the work and reliability of the gardeners was inconsistent and it was a bit of a lottery depending on who you get on the day. To their credit they were very good at responding and trying to rectify the issues and we got there in the end, but a mixed experience in all.

Called, made an appointment to come and didn't turn up. No call to let me know. The person who answered the phone was also abrupt and grumpy.

Decided to empty some rubbish/something suspicious from their van into our cardboard recycling, which could possibly give us a fine. Caught on camera doing this. Wasn't even working for us but a neighbour. Very unprofessional.

I would like to give my thanks as this is the third house that we have lived in where green thumb have cared for our lawn they really are a first-class company and I would highly recommend them to anybody the gardeners that come to the house are professional and very polite and always courteous again I would recommend them 100-percent for the customer
