We just moved into a new home and my lawn was FULL of weeds. I was just about ready to kill everything and start over with new grass. Integra lawns gave me both options of going through their treatment process or just getting new grass. Apparently I had Bermuda and they assured me that once the weeds are under control my lawn would look like a carpet. Even after a couple of treatment I can already tell the the weed issue on my lawn is improving and my grass is coming in very green and healthy. SO grateful I listened to their advice to give my lawn a chance. I used them for pest control as well and I have seen a HUGE reduction in the flies and spiders around my home. Very happy with the service. Highly recommend giving them a shot if youre tired of taking care of your property by yourself.

I signed up with this company and did all of the recommended services. My lawn went from lush and thriving to dead and diseased once they took over my lawncare after spending thousands of dollars with this company I have half a lawn left and all they did was offer two free treatments (which I had previously paid for the exact same treatments that did nothing to repair my lawn). When they broke sprinkler heads they did replace them promptly, you just have to make sure it s done correctly. They communicated well if there were delays in service.

They always send an email or text message 1-2 days prior to service letting you know when they are coming. You have the option to decline if services are not needing up to the day before. If you are looking for professional and dependable lawn care service I highly recommend Integra Pest and Lawn.

I had Integra install christmas lights along the roof line of my house and chimney. They were on time and did an excellent job! Im kind of the Clark Griswold of my neighborhood and do all of my lights myself, however, the roof line is just something that is too time consuming and risky for me to do myself. I would highly recommend that anyone looking to have their Christmas lights done, give Integra a call.

They show up and do their work and finish in good time. The biggest thing I appreciate is they let us know a day prior they will be there and also when they will not be able to make it. Integra Lawns also responds quickly to questions and concerns.

I have used many lawn companies for fertilize and we ed control, and no one compares to Integra, I have two types of grass and they treat them both differently which is a good thing, where as the other companies treated my lawn like it was the same grass front and back which is not a good thing, Integra is a great company with great service, I highly recommend them.

For the past several years, I have contracted Jeremy Guevara (owner) and his Integra lawn mowing service to do the mowing and edging at my home residence here in Fort Worth. I have been very satisfied with the results . And considering that rainy weather often throws a monkey wrench into the mix and screws up a scheduled mowing, Jeremy readily will do what he needs to do to make up for the missed mowing day. His commitment to his customers is admirable! Yes, for years I have been quite satisfied with Mr. Guevara and his dedicated workers as the dozens of glowing reviews he has received from me will attest to. Im assuming that my positive reviews along with countless other positive reviews from other Integra Lawns customers are in Jeremys office file cabinet.

I had these guys last year. Zero problems. Everything taken care of. This year god forbid it rains they backed up 6 to 7 days! I dont know if they are understaffed or mismanaged. Its not 1 pm on Sunday. Beautiful outside. I was emailed the technicians will not be working today. Ive not had service in a month! Ridiculous.

This was my first time using the Integra Lawns service. They did a great job! The whole process to set up was quick and easy. The pricing is fair. Within 2 days of contacting them, I had my schedule selected and they were out to my home to work. I would highly recommend!

Adrian came by a couple of days ago for weed control. He had to knock on the door to ask me to turn off my sprinkler. He apologized for interrupting my day. Seems like a small gesture but it wasn t to me. Overall I don t think my lawn has ever looked better between the mowing service and weed control. Reasonably priced services that I would highly recommend.

I waited a few days to ensure this review was based on truth and not anger. We used Integra for about 2 years. In that time frame they did reduce our weeds (never completely) and they were good about keeping their appointments or letting us know when they could not make it. They did have to come back a few times because the grass was left uneven or patchy, but overall, it was ok. The reason we recently stopped their service was due to their billing department. Our account was charged over $160 with no call ahead of time to give us a heads up or to explain why; it was simply charged without warning. When I called their office, they explained that they were cleaning out accounts and it was backpay from June, July and August. Our account was on auto pay and never showed a past due balance in the customer portal. When I submitted my bank statements to show the payments made for those months, they emailed me back and stated those payments were for invoices previous to that. They took no responsibility for their billing error and simply put the load on the customer. I can only assume this was a year end audit and the same scenario happened to other customers - a few days after Christmas and right before most people s bills are due for the following month. I highly recommend avoiding auto pay with them, keeping track of the dates they do the work, charges and receipts if you still chose to use their services. Also, ensure they don t automatically put your card on auto pay without your consent. This was our case a few months after we started using them, but I made the mistake of not making a big deal of it because of the convenience.

I was very happy with their service. They came every other week and took care of our lawn. They were very professional and improved our lawn from what it was before.

It took 3 men to trim these bushes (although there were only 2). The extra charge was $50.00. Other than that they are dependable, but I will not be doing any add-on services in the future.

Integra was great, I started using them in October of last year, they are very prompt, they send emails each week letting you know when they are scheduled, and if they need to skip that week, you can request with a quick reply.
