Go Green is extremely reliable and timely. We discovered a wasp nest over the weekend and they were at our house with the nest removed before 9 am on Monday! A huge relief as we have children and pets running around our backyard every day. We have their lawn care/ mosquito treatments as well- because of that we are able to be comfortable in our yard year-round! Cannot recommend them enough!

As a devout Christian man, I sought the services of a likeminded individual to perform weed and mosquito control at our primitive camping plot. Instead, I was sent Zack Brewer. Though not a follower of our lord and savior, Jesus Christ.. I felt I could overlook this and utilize the services from this strapping young lad. He was courteous from the moment he walked onto our property to the departure after completion. Though we were unable to guide Zack on the path of righteousness, he did educate us in the eradication of those blood sucking heathen mosquitoes. I now walk on the souls of the less fortunate critters as Jesus walked on water. Thank you, Zack for transforming our site from a barren land of disaster to the abode of angels! Thank you again, Zack!

Where do I start. Zack was such a life saver, after coming by and treating our yard for pests. He noticed a squirrel we rescued not breathing. After providing quality CPR, yes I can t believe it, mouth to mouth resuscitation, our squirrel has been restored to natural health. My dog couldn t believe it as well and starts to choke on food in which Zack performs the Heimlich, saving him. During all this my wife goes into labor and he delivered my baby boy. I don t know where you all find the workers these days but man, top notch, would definitely use this company again. Not all hero s wear capes. Oh and our yard has been pest free, great product.

We used another company a few years back for our mosquito, flea and tick control but found that Go Green was even more affordable. I know that sometimes comes with negative impacts to service and products so I was worried but MAN! Was I pleasantly surprised. Zack B came out to do my yard spray and went above and beyond! He paid extra attention to those areas that mosquitoes love to hide, was careful around my precious plants and even brought my trash and recycling cans up to the side of the house for me and picked up a stray dog toy from the yard so it was protected. What a nice surprise that was! Im a single Mom of 4. Quality and Affordability alone are driving forces for me. But throw in that extra bit of something that gives me even a small break? It is the difference between a company and a company who truly cares!

Tyler was amazing to work with. I reached out to this company Thursday evening about a hornets nest in my parents gutter & Tyler called me back first thing Friday.. some how they fit my folks on the schedule today (Saturday) now the nest is gone and my pop can bbq in peace!!

9/19/22 8 am: called and I am #15 on todays schedule, but stops are small so they will be able to get to me. So, I wait around all day for someone to arrive, or call with updated status. No communication from company. 4:34 pm I called and spoke with Tina - they will not be able to get to me and will re-schedule for next week. 9/26 11 am I called and was told there are a couple of stops before getting to me. Hours and hours go by as I wait and wait. 4:43 pm Tina - will get in touch with the scheduler and call me back. Tina never called back. Maybe happy hour was calling. 5:01 pm I called again and spoke with Chris - he called technician but no info. Will check some more and call back in 5 minutes. 5:12 pm Chris - called back and the crews are on their way home. Now, I am scheduled for 8 am Tuesday. 9/27 7:30 am Zach Brewer arrives to start the aeration. Job was done OK but had to stay home for 3 days waiting for someone to arrive.

Called and spoke with Chris, he was more than accommodating! Great work, very professional and helpful with all of our needs! We will use them again!!

This company acquired former lawn maintenance company and it has not gone well. Does not communicate or schedule services in coordination with customer. Little to no advance notice. Performed aireation and over seeding too early in fall season when conditions were dry. No new grass. Just overall not as good services as my previous provider.

This is my 1st year using them and our lawn has gone from trash (not much grass coverage and a TON of crabgrass) to beautiful. My neighbor recommended them and glad I decided to inquire. Really impressed with the results and will continue to use them.

I contracted with lawnscapes to seed and weed my yard. Based off the conversation I had with the receptionist, I decided to go with the special which to my understanding was a a one time aeration and seeding $300 5 weed prevention applications that normally cost $70 dollars each. The special includes the aeriation and 5 weed preventions and would be billed at $72 x 5 billings. I called after I received my second bill. This bill was for $300.00. I also wanted to ask some questions because I wasnt seeing the results of the weeding. I was told that it was only my first application and I needed to give it time. I was also told they were going to come out an additional 4 times to weed. I was told I owed $300 for the aeration and would also be responsible for 5 additional payments of $72. That is very different from what the contract that I was provided implies and from what I was told so I told them to cancel my service. Fast forward 3 months and I realize I have seen 0 grass growth and my yard has more weeds then it started prior to the application. I called to discuss my concerns and was met by a condescending receptionist that implied I cancelled my service because I could not afford the service and that I was trying to get something for nothing. After I told the lawnscapes representative that I did not appreciate her tone, implications or condescending demeanor she apologized and said I should resign up for the service contract. I never once asked or implied I was looking for anything free and simply was conveying my concerns with the hope of being met with a possible solution. Lawnscapes is unprofessional and it wasnt until after I used them, I was told by family members that used them that they arent a good company. Since lawnscapes doesnt understand customer service, I will take my business to another company. Also, you can find pictures of the weeds in my yard and the deceptive contract that they provide on my Yelp review. Do yourself a favor and ask people who actually use the lawnscapes service before contracting out with them. The reviews online are questionable.
