Takesha is fantastic! She is conscientious in her work and gets it done in a timely manner. Takesha always has time for any questions or concerns I might have.

Would ve given TruGreen 5 stars however I was told my our assigned technician that there would be no weed control today. Brandon G. gets 5 stars but tighten gets 4 today.

The only representative from the company that ever came to the door to talk to me and we discussed the yard in the lawn and he didn t have enough product so he went back. He said he could get it would be back in about a half hour I had to leave and he came back and did the whole yard the way it was supposed to be done and since I ve had TruGreen, which is probably probably been since the end of May or the beginning of June, he s the only one That ever came up and talked to me and he s the only one that didn t stop out in front and drive by and never come in so they kept on changing the date of

This was my first application so I can only comment on the TruGreen specialists at this time. Alexander and his partner were very professional and friendly. Looked like they did a very thorough job from what I saw. Looking forward to getting my lawn back on track. Update: For some reason not all of my weeds are shriveling and dying, I dont know how to fix the issue.

We just had our second application yesterday, they were just as fantastic, efficient, friendly, and thorough and did more than expected. They did not service the backyard

I have never experiences such incompetences in my entire life! When I signed up several years ago I made it clear that I work late so I sleep in, all I asked is that they not call or text before 10am. This lasted for about a month before they started calling as early as 6am. Ive called at least a dozen times over the past two years attempting to solve one problem or another and the problems only get worse. The service line is manned by very stupid people who will tell you what you want to hear but they wont do anything about an issue. Also the people that come out to apply the chemical will call you repeatedly as early as 6am, Larry, the guy that has been providing services to my house as called very early in the morning up to 4 times in a row. I canceled my account with them before of his narcissistic and insane behavior. The chemicals work but the people that apply them and the people that support those people are terrible at their job, all they care about is themselves and honestly, its just not worth the insanity that comes with working with this terrible company!
