I use Southview Pest and Turf for my yard. They treat my lawn for the weeds, fertilize, and pesticides for everything, including fleas and ticks for my dog. I had used another local company for several years, but I just wasnt getting the results I wanted or needed. Listen, call this guy. Ive used so many different services. Some big companies, some diy. While some of the options helped a little, this guy has my lawn looking great after 8 months. I was very critical of his service. But, time and time again he has been kind, caring, and helpful. The prices are very good and better than others. He has a long term customer with me.

We were having issues with bugs at our house, and Matt came out and took care of it. I was having issues a few weeks later and he came back out.

So I m not one to normally go and make a review on here but I have to give a huge shout out to Southview Pest for their consistently amazing work on keeping the bugs out of my house. As anyone here in Florida knows, the bugs rein supreme. They re everywhere and we kind of just begin to accept it as part of life here. Not the case when you have Southview Pest on your side. I ve been using their services for over 2 years now and I can count on one hand the amount of bugs I ve seen in my house in that time. The customer service is friendly and understanding of your schedule. They will work with you and send out quarterly reminders when it s time to respray (which is so helpful because otherwise I d forget to schedule) and if there is any issues they are quick to fix. In the time I ve been using their service the only bugs that I had in the house was when a honey jar cracked in the kitchen went unnoticed and ants started making their way in. All it took was one call and Matt was at my door the next day and I haven t seen an ant since. Y all already know if I would ve run to Lowe s for a bottle of ant spray to do it myself I d still be seeing all those ants hovering around never fully getting rid of them. But with Southview, I sleep peacefully. Thank you, Southview for making my house a home for me and not the crazy Florida bugs! Y all are the best in the business!

Southview Lawn Service has done an excellent job of restoring my yard after several years of mediocre maintenance by another company. I texted Tim a picture of a small yellow patch in my backyard this summer. He responded immediately and was here the next morning to assess and treat the fungus which had crept Into my otherwise healthy yard. The prices are competitive, the attention to detail is evident, and it is my pleasure to highly recommend Matt and Tim and their Southview Lawn Service.

We are in Crestview and recently found some insect activity in our house & of course the horrible little fire ants around the house. Matt did a thorough walk through of the property inside & out. He was able to provide the best course of action, treatment, recurring scheduling all while taking our pets safety into consideration. We had a great experience with this business for our irrigation install. Two knowledgeable guys did all of the work, not a hired crew. They had done a fantastic job, went above and beyond to avoid cutting buried cable, and worked well with us on set up. Prices are very reasonable. Just bought a house and was trying to get my system checked out and running. Didn t know the last time it was ran or how to even operate the system. I messaged the FB page at 8pm on a Saturday evening to try and set up a time for them to come out and educate me. Within literally a minute the person on the other end of FB messenger was walking me through how to turn my system on, asking for pictures of all the valves/panel, and how to run the system through. At 8pm on a Saturday night!!!! That should tell you all you need to know about this company. They could ve charged me or blew some smoke up my butt to have them come out. Instead they were professional, patient, super knowledgeable and didn t charge me a dime. Don t believe me? Give em a holler!!!

Ive had to pest control companies come out and do their consultations or inspections & the company just flat out refuse to want to help us..walking away with 200$ plus in their pockets without lifting a finger, but very responsive in criticizing the way we were TRYING to eliminate the issues we were having in the first place. Matt came out the first time and took his time, never rushed us...explained it thoroughly what he was going to do with this place and what he wanted to accomplish in the next 6 months- 1 year FOR US...not for him to take advantage of my family ...but to HELP. And in this day and age...LEGITMATE HELP DOSENT REALLY OCCUR ANYMORE. YOU will NOT find another company around this area that has the professionalism, the generosity,or the understanding that Southviews employees has provided for me and mine , and I couldnt be more thankful for the services that Im currently receiving from them and so on and so forth for the future. these people need to be the first people on Google , you call when you are serious about getting your life back, and free from the critters thats trying to slow you down! :)

Designed and Installed our irrigation system. I highly recommend this company!! He was always professional, He kept me apprised as to when he would be available and called me when he was running late because of the weather. On the first day when Matt showed up for the inspection and consultation he was professional as well as made it very clear that he did not want to do any work that wasnt necessary and also even offered to suggest supplies to do some things ourselves if we chose. Not only that, but he was better priced than the other pest control companies I reached out to for quarterly appointments. When he arrived for service work, he not only completed the requested services but gave us some landscaping advice (were new to the area and are not familiar with the vegetation.) I have been using him at the property in Destin since the beginning of the year and I have been nothing short of impressed! The yard looks the best it has ever looked! So when we closed on our own home last week (after living the condo life) he was one of my first calls! He and his team installed an irrigation system at our new house in Santa Rosa Beach and he came out and did my pest service today! He is soooooo easy to work with, has a very outgoing personality and is very professional! He is one of the few contractors in the area that actually answers his phone and will call you back if you leave a message!
