I have had a Termite Bond with Cadenhead for seven years now. I have never had a termite on my property. Cadenhead uses the most modern equipment/traps to ensure my house does not have any termites. Called about bed bug service, and was quoted $900 per room, with no guarantee whatsoever. Terminix will do whole house for $2600, with 90 day guarantee. If any bed bug is seen in 90 days, they will repeat the treatment.

I ve used Cadenhead for 5 years....always had friendly technicians (even if they favor a football team that sucks cough Dustin cough). Seriously though, I ve had 3 techs in 5 years and they ve all been friendly, professional and helpful. Most recently my new tech Chris talked to me on the phone for 1/2 hour prior to our appointment, answering questions about their termite policy since I d been hearing it was an especially bad year for termite swarming. During my treatment he noticed some hornets nests that I didn t know existed and came back with a ladder to knock them down. Highly recommend these guys.

Great, personal service. Quick response to my phone call regarding issues with my inground mosquito misting system. Problem was resolved and the system is up and running again. On a sidenote, the system is incredible. Our backyard leads into a wetland area. With the system we never see mosquitoes I can sit outside every evening throughout the year without one bite in 5 years! Worth every penny.

Cadenhead Services Pest Control is very thorough. They take their time to ensure the termite inspection is done throughout the house and outside. They also spray inside the house. If you have any issues, they listen and will correct them. But of course I didnt have any issues or problems. They always call me to remind me when it is time to treat my house. Thank you for working so hard to make our yard safe to enjoy! The service techs are wonderful, theyre always super friendly and timely! We have a serious ant problem in our yard in south Crestview, not ant hills but our yard (front, side, and back), driveway, and deck are covered in ants at all times. Cadenhead says there is nothing they can do about ants, except for ant hills (which we have none). I feel like Im paying good money for a service that does us no good, we still have to go out and buy ant killer to spread in our yard. Its very disappointing have a pest control service quarterly but not seeing good results when they come out.

We just moved into a house and while it was new, we still wanted it sprayed. Chris arrived earlier that scheduled which was perfect for me. He was very kind, explained what he would do/spray, he also wore booties over his boots, didn t need to but very thoughtful. Chris was very friendly and my dog Morgan loved the attention he gave her. He sprayed outside and was done in about 35 minutes. Very professional, made himself available and easy to contact should we have any big issues.

Their tech, Chris, came to my house and what a wonderful guy! He inspected every crevice of the house, inside and out. As he was doing so and spraying his special formula, he was explaining to me what he was looking for, certain traits and habits these bugs have, and went over things I can do better to help prevent and minimize bugs. Chris came back a second time and it was like seeing an old friend. We talked a bit about what s been going on, my upcoming wedding, his family, and just regular things that friends talk about. Cadenhead provides a family atmosphere but more importantly, they take care of their clients above and beyond! There aren t any hidden fees, they are up front about everything, and if there s an issue, they are quick to address it as I had a discrepancy on my first bill, and it was resolved within 10 minutes. Chris is an amazing serviceman, and Cadenhead is an excellent company!

I give them 3 stars because they have good customer service and are quick to schedule your appointment, but after our WDO was complete they didnt send it too the mortgage company and after several phone tag events they finally said it would be sent by COB and we also requested a copy to be send too us as well, neither have been sent and still waiting on them to finish the loan process.

Cadenhead protected our home in Florida superbly. Florida termites are the nastiest of insects: they can quite literally eat your home out from under you. Cadenhead did a yearly inspection plus a 5-year major treatment of the house, and we had absolutely no problems with termites or insect damage during the time we lived there, or when we sold the house, when it was inspected for insect infestation and damage. We believe Cadenheads work was first-rate, and wed hire them again.

Let me start by saying that I don t ever leave reviews like this but Cadenhead Services is so good that I had to. I ve used other pest control services before, but I have to say that Cadenhead stands apart. After I called and set up an appointment I was expecting someone to come by and juat spray and leave. At Cadenhead, you get a concierge technician who makes you feel like you are his only client and is there to customize to your particular needs. Dustin came by, we talked about what my particular house needed, and that was it. I haven t seen a single ant or roach since he came by six months ago. Dustin calls when it is time to schedule another visit and to check on things. From the receptionists to the staff, I have never been treated as professionally by many service industries, let alone pest control companies, like I have been treated by Cadenhead. The president of the company has even contacted me to make sure I was satisfied! My elderly parents (who live alone and have strong allergies and can be very particular with people coming by) even swear by the team at Cadenhead...and if you have elderly parents, you know that to be high praise indeed!
