Brought paving slabs last year in May 2023, within 2 months they discolored, I contacted Dave after I had other landscaping companies out who all told me the slabs shouldnt of done what they did, Dave was like what do you expect their concrete, he wasnt bothered about all the money I spent in there, he wasnt bothered about all the labour cost I have paid to make my garden look nice, I suppose he was just happy he has made some money. Dave told me hes had no other complaints, then recently one of the companies I had out to price me on taking the slabs up said he had the exact same issue where all the slabs discolored due to a pigment issue. Dave said to me the only thing he could suggest If I brought poreclain slabs from him as they wont discolor forgetting I already had them off him before the concrete and they too had to go back because they were faulty. Im really annoyed, the customer service is awful, I messaged again recently to let him know I now know of another company that used the same slabs and the same issue, but he is yet to acknowledge it. I would just avoid as he wont accept its his products, uses every excuse under the sun and basically Im now having to have my garden re done because of his Poor quality products! Definitely Try other people in the area as his customer service skills are shockingly poor too. Oh and the slabs he sold me werent for decorative purpose either, they were only recommended to be laid as a shed base. Absolutely awful, fobbing me off when for one he sold me a faulty product and for 2 knowing hes sold me slabs that werent even suppose to be laid as a pathway. Shocking behaviour.

I was in need of some turf last minute. Phoned up at 8am and asked if I could have 35m2 delivered the same day. The man on the phone said it was no problem at all. Turf was with me before 11am. Fantastic service for such a last minute request.

Absolutely brilliant, delivery of gravel was 3 days earlier than planned, a huge help to myself. The delivery driver was great, very friendly and helpful. As were the reception staff who took my order. A big thank you to all, well recommended.

Absolutely fantastic - we ordered panels, gravel boards, post concrete and posts for a huge garden in two deliveries. They were affordable, great quality, and the delivery was great. Really nice guy helping us shift off the truck, and just fantastic all round service. Highly recommend

In the last 4 weeks have ordered 88 rolls of Rolawn medallion turf, 4 bulk bags of topsoil, 2 bulk bags of soil conditioner and a bulk bag of Cotswold stone chippings. Extremely satisfied with the quality of products (especially the turf, it looks incredible now it is established!) and customer service was great - easy to communicate with, polite and helpful. The guy who delivered the turf was very helpful, chatty and friendly. The soil conditioner had a few odd bits in there that perhaps shouldnt be (looked a bit like bits of plastic bag) but I imagine thats more likely from the general public not composting the right stuff, which probably eventually ends up in this sort of product. I think some of the bad reviews on here might be getting this reputable company confused with another company with a similar name (who do not have a location on google/ability to be rated, but do have a huuuge list of complaints on trustpilot!) who I initially mistakenly ordered from - terrible quality turf, not sized correctly, aggressive staff during communication etc. However Coventry Turf and Landscaping have been wonderful to deal with, and provided top quality goods, so definitely not the same! Highly recommend - thanks all!

Everything seemed good at first, delivery excellent etc. Purchased their topsoil ( 3 jumbo bags ) and premium turf, looked great when laid. Two weeks later, and everywhere you look its a mass of toadstools. Absolute rubbish product, too late to send it back of course.

Quick on ordering lawn in, nice stress free collection

Ordered 4 bulk bags on 23rd 1500 Friday, then I called them on 27th 1000 Tuesday because didnt receive any email or calls. So organised delivery to drop off on the 29th Thursday. Thursday came and at around 1600 receive an email to say that my order will not be delivered today (Thursday) so again........called them to see whats going on. Organised again for 30th Friday morning first thing, and nothing came. Eventually did come and left against my fence at the end of my drive and i can just about get my car on the drive. Not the best service Ive had.

Recently used Coventry Turf for 2 tonnes of top soil in prep for laying new turf in my garden. Great product, very helpful over the phone, Id definitely recommend!

A firm recommendation for aggregate, turf and garden materials. The service is exceptional. Always providing proactive updates and taking responsibility managing and supply shortages from further down the chain. Also very pleasant to speak to on the phone, when staff are always knowledgably and active helping you out. All in, I cant see there is better value for money in the Coventry area.

I ordered 14 ton of topsoil from Coventry turf at £55 a ton, their service was good and the delivery driver was very helpfull. I would of gave them five stars if they hadnt have put up their prices durring COVID_19. Topsoil price increased from £55 a ton to £75.

Extremely rude staff. Ordered online for collection, waited over a week, called couple of times was told that once received they will give me a call, however called again and was told that they didn t call me as they don t do collection at this moment, but it is an option online. So they gave me a time slot to collect today between 11 and 12. Once were, everything was locked, one guy was there looked at me and didn t rush, was minding his own business. After some time came and shout we closed . Took a long time as the guy was questioning who told me to come, but they don t introduce themselves, again said they don t do collections. Then he decided to bring my order, no help offered, just brought on the trolley and said here is your order, even though my car wasn t close. In the meantime the other person arrived, elderly, how surprised I was then this guy was treating the elderly same way as me. No respect. Avoid them.

Ordered 2 deliveries from these guys. One came next day, one came same day - very impressive during lockdown! Would definitely be my first port of call if ordering landscaping products again.

Just wanted to say thank you to Coventry Turf. I recently purchased timber and decking for our garden project. Spoken to one of the guys in the office and they given us some great advice on installation. I placed my second order for some feather edge panels that were blown down this week. I am please to say these arrived on Saturday morning. I would definitely recommend.

The fence panels and gravel boards took a very long time to come in(Around 3-4 weeks after payment). I was getting itchy feet however when they came I was extremely happy with the delivery driver. He didnt just dump it on the front like most people. He took them around the back and for that I will purchase here again.

Ordered my turf online and received a prompt call back to arrange delivery. Delivery was made at a time which gave me plenty of time to lay the lawn on the same day. Delivery driver was very helpful and carried the turf into the back garden for me. Couldn t be happier!

They are the most ridiculous company Ive ever meet and Im not talking about the delivery which goes days late or the bad quality of the grass or the fact they actually try to make you unload theyre van,no,Im talking about the respect and how rude they can be. So rude, words cant be said here and Im actually looking for a lawyer to set this up. AVOID by all means.

I ordered 40sqm of turf by phone on Tuesday 23th and requested a delivery on Friday 26th after 1.00pm. I spoke to a very helpful lady who talked me through all the options and the best way to lay and care for the turf. It arrived on the day as promised, delivered by a very helpful and pleasant chap. The grass was very high quality (Rolawn Medallion) I checked each roll for any defects, which there were none and it looks great now it has been laid. As described on the website, (picture attached) the day it was delivered and laid instant impact green and flesh. Very good service highly recommended.

I wanted turf laying over very unlevel soil. I got a price over the phone and within a couple of days it was down and looking absolutely fantastic very very highly recommended. High quality turf too

I have bought from Coventry turf on a number of occasions. The staff have on always been super helpful and courteous, the products have always been good quality and competitively priced. On two occasions deliveries went a bit wrong - the first time a mix up with the delivery date, the second time a bag of stones were missing from the delivery - the staff dealt with these mistakes promptly - so all good! Would definitely recommend to others!

I used Coventry turf for all the materials for my garden project I recently undertook and they were ever so helpful. The manager especially, he went that extra mile to give me advice on what products would be best for what I wanted to achieve. Used these chaps today to get some turf (03/05/2016). Turf was top quality, smart and well presented young men. (not the usual decrepit, dirty old blaggards so typical of builders merchants) Helped us load the van unlike most of the lazy idiots these days. Will be using again!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE! Ordered 2 BAGS of top soil. Turned up 2 hours later than I was told and dumped 2 tonnes of loose soil on my driveway. Telephoned and spoke to manager who was rude, took no responsibility and told me it was my mistake. AVOID AND GO ELSEWHERE.

After a bit of a blip with a missed, then late delivery I had a very sympathetic and apologetic phone call to rearrange delivery, I was asked what else could be done to make up for their mistake. I didnt request anything off or anything additional but when the delivery came they did send a little something extra to say sorry. It was a very nice gesture and shows the high level of customer service they offer.

The turf we gor was absolutely brilliant, and a great price.

I bought turf from them and wish I have gone to someone else. I was charged premium price for it but the turf wasnt worth it, rolls different length, but most of all it was patchy and yellow. in the end I had to buy some grass seeds and use them to make the lawn look ok. definitely the stuff wasnt worth the money I paid for it. not very welcome staff either. avoid!
