D & M Garden Services replaced my front garden with a new driveway in April. I selected Tobermore Manhattan as my block choice. This is a little different from the normal traditional block design using different sized blocks. D & M Garden Services were excellent before, during and after installation. Dave assisted me in selecting my blocks before installation, which was great. He also keep me informed with expected installation dates and any potential delays due to weather. (Weather was partially bad leading up to my installation.) During the installation the team was very professional. The quality of the work was very good and team kept the site clean and very polite to neighbours etc. I will hopefully be moving house in the next year or two and if i need a new drive/etc I will engaging D & M Garden Services again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Dave came round to look and quote for a complete back garden and driveway renovation and was so helpful giving very useful suggestions and ideas. He provided me with the quote promptly and was quick to answer any questions I had. Once the job started, Harry and all the guys on the team were polite and professional at all times and were an absolute pleasure to have working at my property. They worked so hard every day and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others. A great company!

Attention to detail and considerate working practices: A need for new fencing and a need to remove dangerous old wooden decking erected over uneven and broken paved area. The decking was removed the surface levelled and a new stone patio with steps and guardrails installed for my elderly mothers garden. The area of work was not straight forward but Dave gave helpful advice as well as indicating where replacement work was not needed. This work was organised by me at a distance but Dave from D&M visited when he knew I was in Coventry ... I suspect he made a special journey so that i would know who was working on my mothers property. His team made sure the steps were a suitable height and depth for my mother and also that the guardrails were at a height that was advantageous to her. The work is of high quality and there were some extras and finnishing touches that were not expected and more importantly not charged for. I have no hesitation in commending D&M for their expertise, workmanship and pricing.

D&M finished our rear garden hard landscaping 7 weeks ago. I left the review so I could spend time with the finished product and absorb the whole experience. David, Harrison and his team delivered everything we wanted to an extremely high standard, even allowing us to make alterations while they were here, knowing it would affect their diary and future jobs by 2 days as it was a significant addition. I am having D&M back for my front next year and am looking forward to seeing what they construct there. I have to say from quote to completion that everything was perfect, even the quote which I had three different companies give me, Davids knowledge, presentation and clarification made the others seem almost amature like with there quotes and presentation. We also liked no deposit or any money until D&M were finished and we were happy with the garden, they were the only company that offered that and showed us their confidence in delivering exactly what we asked them to do. Id like to say a massive well done guys, as you were all polite and caring to our needs and it was a pleasure to look after you with teas, and spending the time to explain everything we asked. You delivered our dream garden 100%.

Had the pleasure of selecting D&M garden services to implement our vision of a suitable base surrounding a climbing frame which looked pleasing to the eye but also provided safety/ a landscaped patio and seating area with raised planters and also large area for fencing. Right from the start Dave and Harrison were very knowledgeable and forthcoming with any potential issues that might arise with the terrain and landscape to work on. The team lead by Harrison was first class and worked tirelessly to achieve what we had in mind even when I asked for tweaks they accommodated especially around the fencing work which was very challenging with the land they had to manoeuvre. Harrison and team were very job proud and wanted to get the best lines possible with tile cuts etc. and delivered a first class job. Very happy customer.

The initial survey was very useful as Dave was happy to provide ideas and suggestions as I had a rough idea but needed help with the details. No jargon, no bull, just good honest advice! A courtesy call 2 weeks from the start and we confirm the exact date & time, access requirements etc. All materials and spec double checked and then just wait for the big day .. .. From quote to completion Dave and his team were just brilliant. We received a detailed quote from Dave for artificial grass, patio, shed base and some fencing. The team arrived as planned and worked hard in very cold conditions to complete the work extremely quickly. We are very pleased with the results and any issues we had were sorted straight away. Dave came over and gave us a quote for the work at the weekend which was really helpful, as we both work full time. He gave us some great pointers and we received the quote via email. There was quite a lead time but there is no such thing as emergency landscaping, and I thought he must be good if hes so busy! They arrived on time, it was quite a big job replacing a lot of old slabbing and putting in raised flower beds with sleepers around it, but they were really tidy, polite and the job was completed quickly. They had to come back after they had finished because the postman had stood on their work before it had set, again this was no hassle at all. Very, very pleased with the results, would highly recommend Dave and his team.

After obtaining several quotes for a complete garden redesign, i came across D&M Garden Services. I called Dave, in August 2021 to quote for the works to be completed. Dave provided a prompt and comprehensive quote which explained the scope of works. Having felt confident with the way Dave explained everything, I then booked in the works for the end of March 2022. We had approx 100sq metres of porcelain tiles laid, new planters built, new lawn laid and some other landscaping within the garden and rock landscaping on the front of the house. By the end of 2.5 weeks we had a brand new garden. Harry and his team worked tirelessly everyday. The team turned up on time every day, they discussed every detail as the works were completed, nothing was to much trouble for them. They were meticulous with all the finishing touches, very professional throughout. We are extremely pleased with our new garden and would 100% recommend D&M Garden Services for your garden makeover. D&M Garden Services completed our garden re-design last week and we re very happy with the result. We ve had 2 patios installed and a setts brick edge around the lawn. We wanted a company with a good reputation to complete the work and came across D&M by looking at the online reviews. We re pleased to say that the end product lives up to those reviews. The things I d call out: - They use very good quality products compared to some of the other landscapers we spoke to and the prices are very competitive (which makes you wonder what mark up the others are applying) - we had Porcelain tiles which are from Digby Stone - The total cost was exactly what Dave originally quoted - Dave made sure the Porcelain tiles we wanted were reserved and put to one side by the builders merchants at the end of last year to ensure the price didn t go up this year (as prices do from one year to the next) - Dave and the team gave really good advice from start to finish based on their expereince, but equally they re happy to do what you want too - it was a nice balance - Harry, Tom and the team worked hard and did a great job We d definitely use D&M again.

Everything was easy from receiving the quote from Dave, adding additional work to the quote and the work being completed. Harry and the team worked really hard and were lovely lads. D & M Garden services are a 1st class company. From the moment we first contacted them to the finish of the job we couldnt fault them. When Dave came out to do the estimate he was very upfront with us suggesting things and explaining things such as which were the better materials. He was very knowledgeable. He explained that with the amount of work they had it could be up to 3 months before the work could commence, and that he didnt want any money upfront. He didnt want paying until the work was completed and that we were satisfied. Harry and his team of lads went about their work very professionally. They kept us informed of what they were doing and would run things by us if they were unsure about anything. They left everywhere tidy at the completion and took all the rubbish away. Before commissioning D & M Gardening Services I had arranged for a number of quotations for work to be undertaken. Dave provided a detailed and comprehensive breakdown of all works and gave recommendations regarding the aesthetic appearance of the finished works. Furthermore, he visited the site on two further occasions to finalise arrangements/plans and was able to reference previous examples from his portfolio of work in order to illustrate what the suggested appearance would ultimately look like. The work was undertaken by his team; working in rather extreme summer temperatures! The team were cheerful, hardworking and polite; throughout the project they were always willing to discuss each stage in the construction process. The completed, professional, work is testimony to Dave s team in respect of their attention to detail. We had been looking for a landscaping company to create a decking area, lay some slabs and a new fence for some time. Dave and his team provided a first class service from start to finish. The job was to replace a set of ten steps leading to the front door of my property, which was no easy task given the steep gradient involved! Dave initially came out in person to assess the job and to talk through a number of options. He was happy to explain every aspect in detail, as well as bringing samples of materials which was great! The work was completed ahead of the original agreed schedule and to the highest standard. The team were friendly, polite and respectful and just got on with things! Communication was second to none throughout- Dave and Sue kept me informed of any changes to dates etc. as there were some weather-dependant aspects to the final stage of the work, and responded to my questions and any queries within hours if not minutes which I found totally impressive! David and the team have just completed an excellent landscaping project for me. They totally reworked the entire back garden and built a new path and wall at the front. We were treated professionally from start to finish. Our initial contact request was answered promptly and Dave came round to visit and plan when he said he would. He helped us to plan our garden remodel both listening to what we wanted and offering helpful advice and changing the plan without complaint when we had thought a bit more. Our questions about the quote were answered patiently until we understood it and the content behind it. Although the work couldnt be done immediately due to an existing 6 month work schedule, when a provisional date was given, the work started pretty much on time. When the four guys started work, they worked solidly and were always courteous and always cleaning up. Also, they worked to provide the best quality and good looking garden and paving possible and were ready to ask questions if they were unsure about the plan and to offer suggestions if they thought something might help us. They were flexible too and made a modification the the planned pathway at the last minute and rectified any issues promptly and without complaint. Throughout the work and at the end, it was very clear where and on what our money was being spent and we are exceptionally happy with the high quality finished result. D&M made the process of remodelling as hassle free as possible and were always open and honest with us and we have no hesitation in recommending them to others. You may have to wait a while for the work to be done but the end result is, in our opinion, worth the wait.

I was recommended by a friend and havent looked back. I knew the weather wasnt particularly great during this time of year and knew there could be delays in the completion. However, despite this, the Team endeavoured to maintain contact with me on a daily basis and made themselves available should I have any queries (even after the job was completed). Clean, tidy and even respected the use of facilities in the house. Worth every penny and would recommend to others.

****AMENDED****Arranged an appointment for them to come and quote for some significant patioing, fire pit, raised railway sleeper beds etc...at their suggestion I agreed to 0930 on a Sunday morning...got up early (happened to be the day the clocks went forward too) and then 9 mins before the quote time, I got a text cancelling it due to unforeseen circumstances. I gave alternative times/dates for the quote....not even a response. Very disappointing because the reviews suggested they were good but unfortunately, I never even got chance to find out... :( ADDITIONAL NOTE: On posting the above review, the partner of the business owner then contacted me on the evening of the review posting to explain the circumstances behind the lack of communication and a satisfactory reason was given. As a result of this, I have amended the review from the 1 star I originally gave to 3 stars.

Dave and the team have just finished landscaping my garden and I cannot recommend them highly enough! My garden was particularly challenging due to extra hard ground and some additional quirks hidden under old decking that predated our occupation. Dave and the team have done an astounding job and we are absolutely delighted with the garden. The professionalism and attention to detail demonstrated by the whole team - from quotation, through to project delivery was second to none. I would whole heartedly recommend Dave and his team for anyone who needs landscaping work and would absolutely use them again.

A pleasure to deal with from the initial meeting where our requirements were discussed to the completion of the work. The team were very professional and friendly, working quickly with the minimum of fuss and disruption. They treated us and our garden with respect and left the site very tidy. Only a torrential downpour stopped them had we wanted a swimming pool not a paved area, I am sure they would have kept working!!
