I contacted TWM via their online contact page and was pleased to be called within 30 minutes and offered a survey appointment within a couple of days. The surveyor turned up on time, listened to what I wanted while offering some suggestions to help and was offered a half day slot within two days at a price which I thought to be reasonable. The three guys assigned to the work turned up promptly, ensured they understood what I wanted and offered some advice to help make the results better, which were appreciated and then got started and didnt appear to stop working on the bushes and trees for the rest of the morning. When complete, the work was beyond what I had expected, with time having been taken to shape as well as cut and to ensure the different plants had room to grow all without damaging the borders and with the cuttings spotlessly cleaned up and removed. Dealing with TWM has been hassle free from start to finish and I would happily recommend them and use them again in future.

I recently used the Tree Wise Men for 2 trees that needed cutting back and tidying. They were excellent, all communication beforehand was clear and helpful. Three Wise Men = Two of them visited today to remove two small trees and an old trunk. Nice guys, worked quickly and safely. Areas left very tidy wouldnt know they have been! Highly recommended.

Second time we ve used Tree Wise Men to trim a number of trees behind our garden. More complex job this time as also getting work done for the neighbours but this was all handled really well by them. Overall very pleased with the service from initial contact to completion of work and the cost was extremely competitive. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Had these guys to cut down 6 very tall conifer trees. They were very polite and worked their socks off to finish in the stated time. Because I was keeping the branches etc they made sure it was stacked well so as to not take up too much space and also cut the bigger logs up into manageable pieces. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely brilliant service! For me its more than just the workmanship, its the way people go about their work. These guys are polite, considerate and respectful at all times. My job was a little tricky, involving an awkward neighbour, but they demonstrated their experience in dealing with such situations and simply got on with it, even calling me half way through to ensure I was getting the result I wanted. Excellent work, took down to ground one conifer. Consulted about what was wanted, left some logs as requested and put the rest through the wood chipper Cleared up after themselves. Very fast and efficient workmen. All at a very reasonable price, thank you all. Very happy customer.

A thoroughly professional and likeable trio. They came when they said they would come, they did what they said they would do, they took all the rubbish away and left the place tidy (as they said they would). If only all trades folk did the same our lives would be a lot easier.

Absolute shower. Wouldnt use them ever. Cowboys !!!!! Office havent got a clue what the workforce are doing, from one day to the next. Waited for months for the job to be done. Expecting them this week,only to get told cant do it until JANUARY 2022. TOSSERS. Reply to owners reply. I HAVE got the right company. The owner rang me on my personal phone number. He knows full well he let us down badly and is trying to make out otherwise. All my calls are recorded for training and safety purposes. BLATANT LIAR. Wouldnt trust them now with my grandsons piggy bank. Unprofessional isnt the word.

Had these guys round to carry out some fairly substantial tree work. Initially very prompt in engaging with me and coming round to provide a quote. The lads who turned up worked really efficiently and did a professional job. All for a very fair price - would recommend.

Had 3 trees pruned - 1 very large apple 1 pear 1 pine. They now look very tidy and well shaped. A great job - sensitively done. Also had a very wide, tall, prickly hedge removed and a 6 ft x 40ft fence erected in its place. We are delighted with the result. The team used good quality materials and it was skillfully done. Fantastic. I called five different places and this was the only one to give a written quote. The whole experience was very professional. They cut down everything asked for in a timely manner and even did a bit more. They totally cleaned up the job site - not a twig to be found! The owner sent a text two days before with the arrival time and they were right on time! So pleased with the job they did. I watched them do their job and they did it safely too. I can whole-heartedly recommend this crew.

Excellent tree surgeons. My Oak Tree was in need of some tlc and the tree wise men were recommended. Very capable and professional. The Knowledge of trees was excellent. I would happily use them again and recommend to anyone who wants tree work undertaking.

A Professional Team. A meeting was held to agree the work to be carried out. A quotation was submitted based on the agreed work. A date when the work was to be carried out was agreed, a team from Tree Wise Men Warwickshire arrived early on the agreed date. The team worked diligently and completed all the agreed work, they communicated with neighbours to remove cuttings that fell into their gardens and cleaned up and removed all cuttings from my garden and the street. I have used the company several times before and will use them in the future.

An extremely efficient and professional crew. They arrived on time, took the crowns off four conifers, reduced the height of two fruit trees and tidied up so well that the only reason you would know that they had been was the huge increase in sunlight in the garden. Weve had this done three times now, and I have to say that Charlie and the team are by far the best tree surgeons that we have had. Definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
