We had Brad out to rework the existing landscaping around our house that included removing shrubs, revitalizing a mulch bed with border, completely remodeling another mulch bed retaining wall , and laying sod. We re pleased with every aspect of the work that was done from start to finish and he and his crew were fun to have around!

I tried to schedule and estimate with them and the first time they were supposed to come out, they never showed. Didnt even bother to reach out to me to let me know why they didnt show until I reached out to them the next day. I then rescheduled a second time for them to come out and again, they didnt show. They gave me an hour and a half window of when they would be coming out but still did not show nor did they call or text me to let me know that they would be running late or that they would not be able to come out at all. Very disappointed.

We had Great Outdoors L&L do several small and some large landscaping projects (3 trees removed, privacy screen & front bushes replaced, brick edging and replacing mulch with rock). Prices were very reasonable for what we had done. All of our projects were done in an excellent and timely manner. Brad, the owner, is very easy to work with. Once I saw how good the brick edging looked, I asked them to add another area or edging to their busy spring schedule and they were happy to do so. I would highly recommend Brad and his company to anyone with a landscaping project.

Absolutely great work done had 2 concrete sections pour and 2 harder retaining walls along with sod and mulch landscaping with plants! Brad got back to me right away with his estimate and started work within just a few days. Vegitation was cleared, a drainage trench cut/dug, drainage laid and a truckload of dirt put in to fill a ravine. Then sod installed, its looking great. Freindly crew & work was done in a day. Would use them again.

Brad and his crew came out and removed our old retaining wall and replaced it in 2 1/2 days. They graded the yard to make it slope correctly for drainage and cleaned everything up when they were done. The new wall looks fantastic! They made sure to not block the alley when they were done each day, so my neighbors could still get to their garage s. In a time where the price for retaining walls is sky rocketing, their quote was very competitive. I will definitely call on Brad again when we re are ready to finish our backyard.

Brad and his team were amazing. They totally transformed our front yard! We have two toddlers and our yard sloped into a steep driveway. Not only did the retaining walls help add major curb appeal, but Brad evaluated what would look the best with also keeping our kids safe! We could not be happier with how our yard turned out. Brad and his crew did a great job on building a retaining wall and laying sod at our house. He was willing to work on our schedule which required several trips to our house. They did a good job cleaning up. I would recommend them.

I had them tear out a patio and retaining wall that were falling apart, cut down a tree, and grind away 2 stumps. Told them I wanted a simple low maintenance patio that looks nice and left the majority of the design up to them as Im terrible at this stuff and they absolutely nailed it. I wish I took a picture of the old patio so you could tell the difference.

These guys did an amazing job on my retaining walls. The workers were very nice and cleaned up after the project was done. Im very pleased with the attention to detail put into this job. The neighbors have all commented on how beautiful it looks as well. I would highly recommend this company for future lawn/landscaping needs.

They might do good work (we dont know yet) but their customer service is terrible. They are supposed to be out working on our house and have put my wife off several times. She has wasted her time waiting around the house all day on them, they dont call back about half the time and they dont meet their timelines. As of right now we are very dissatisfied customers and if we could get our down payment back we would.

We contacted Brad after he had done some great patio and lawn work on a few friends properties, and he came highly recommended by them. We are very glad we did! Brad completed a paver patio, new wooden fence, and some other fencing work for us. A few things that impressed us in particular: We are very happy with the quality of the work. Brad stopped by after one of the work days, and wasnt completely satisfied with the sloping near one of the patio edges. Before we even said anything (or even noticed the issue), he apologized for the mistake, and said it would be fixed the next day. It was fixed 24 hours later. Brad was great at communicating with us throughout the process. With a lot of rain early in the spring season, his teams schedule was understandably shifting often. He kept in communication about how a rainy day was affecting his teams schedule and when he expected to be out completing different parts of the project. He also was great at working directly with us as we mulled through paver options and what might work best. His team was professional, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves each day. Their attention to detail on some of the fence work was definitely above and beyond what would have satisfied our agreement; they were clearly looking to make sure they did a good job. After the project was done, Brad came over as part of a final payment to make sure we were satisfied with the work. Id recommend Brads team for your future outdoor projects!

Ive known Brad for many years and very aware of his work ethic. So calling him to do the work in my yard was a no brainer. Several years ago my retaining wall collapsed in the back yard from so much rain. Brad and his crew got right out and replaced the wall to include fixing my damaged yard. At that time I had them install a patio since I didnt have one in the back yard and to clean up an out of control flower/bush area. His crew came out and did a fantastic job! About 2 years later I had him come back and expand on my current back yard patio. It was the same professional job that was done previous. The crew always cleaned up after their selves and were respectful of my place. That alone is hard to find now a days.

Brad came and met with me on my project multiple times and had many ideas. I am not a visionary so I tried to convey my ideas to him and he helped them come to life. I had water coming into my basement after each heavy rain and some re-grading of my lawn miraculously fixed the problem. The team buried my downspouts, added a small retaining wall, and removed sod in preparation for landscape edging to be poured. I was in no hurry for my project to be completed but when Brad called saying they were ready, the project was completed within the week. Thanks so much for your hard work Brad and the team.

In the past, my husband and I always did our landscaping projects on our own, however, after moving into a new house, we had a big project that we knew we needed professionals to complete. We were nervous to hire a company for this big of a project, so after meeting with many companies, we chose to go with Brad at Great Outdoors, and we are so glad we did! He and his workers were extremely helping and flexible in making our backyard exactly what we wanted. They were very reliable and always there when we needed them. I especially appreciated that at the end of the project, before we paid our last installment, Brad came out one last time to really be sure that we were happy with everything. They left no mess behind and instead, a gorgeous patio and lawn. We couldnt be happier with their work!
