Zero communication for snow removal. No solutions or explanations for 12 hours plus to be serviced. Rude office staff with zero customer service ability. Cancelled lawn and snow removal service after years of wonderful service. It’s gone down hill got too big to handle customers with care and quality.
If zero stars was an option that’s what they would get. Over 24 hours after the snowfall ended our HOA has still not seen a plow! No explanation, no communication!! If you are looking for a lawn/snow company run away from Nathan’s! His Winter services are apparently just as bad as Summer was!!🤬
Worst lawn service I have ever dealt with. We are in a HOA. They mowed are yards every 2 to 3 weeks. Put one fertilizer down early spring, one weed killer. They just came out yesterday to do fall cleanup most of us did our own a few weeks ago. Told them to not mow or touch our shrubs ended up doing it anyway, destroyed one of my wife's precious shrubs and laughed about it. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.
These folks do not provide timely or effective snow removal. They wait until there is 2 feet of snow on the ground and then push it all into a pile in the middle of the street right behind my driveway so I have to make sure I don't hit it when backing out. According to the contract, they are supposed to come out at a 1.5" trigger depth to clear out a path on the street, until the snow has stopped. This doesn't happen. Also, their lawn care is terrible too. They cut an unburied (newly laid) internet cable even after it was pointed out to them to avoid, and they cut a chunk out of my neighbors cement slab with the lawn mower.
We live in an association where Nathan’s outdoor services does our yardwork. First of all I question their knowledge of yard care. They mow lawns when it’s raining out or just rained which is left our yard with lots of holes without grass as it has been ripped up as they go too fast on wet grass! It looks absolutely horrible. They also been mowing the last couple weeks when we have had no rain, leaving our yard very dry and crusty which again questions the knowledge they have about maintaining yards. They speed through the yards and do a careless job trimming edges, mowing as have destroyed my gutters that didn’t even hang over onto the grass. Fertilizing they go so fast and hardly any gets on the yard as we have been plagued by continuous dandelions, clover and other invasive weeds. But what is really dumb is they spread the fertilizer then mows…..don’t even get yard care 101!
I live in an association where Nathan's Lawn service cuts the grass. Last week I heard a knock on my door and the owner, Nathan, was there to greet me. He wanted to tell me that his team accidentally damaged a pop up gutter drain. He then said they would promptly replace it. How refreshing to have a company take pro-active responsibility for such a small mistake. Thank you Nathan
We have used Nathan's lawn service and snow removal for several years and have always been well satisfied with their work. Nathan is very accommodating and easy to work with if you have some special request. He always keeps you informed about when they will be out to mow the lawn, fertilize, plow snow, etc. We would highly recommend Nathan's lawn service if you are looking for someone to do your lawn work or snowplowing. I have been using Nathan’s Lawn Care for a couple years now and a few neighbors do as well. Their yards look so well groomed once Nathan and his team are done. I’ve used the lawn mowing services in a pinch when I had a baby and just couldn’t get that task done and was so grateful for the speedy response. I’ve used them for Spring and Fall cleanup and each time the before and after pictures I take are shocking. The team is thorough and Nathan does a great job communicating scheduling of services. They also offer snow removal services and I can say my neighbors who have used them speak highly of the work and their driveways look very well maintained.
They left a mess on my lawn after doing my neighbors yard work. This is the 3rd time they have have left a big mess in my yard, even after asking them twice not to do it.
Horrible, the worse service I never had. He rescheduled my service several times within a week and stop responding to my messages. He complained about being too busy and said maybe I should find someone else. I never met someone with a business that was so unreliable and untrustworthy.
Poor communication and slow response. Already paid for service 3+ weeks ago no idea when they are going to show up for the service. Very disappointed.

Nathan s is awesome! We use them for lawncare & snow removal. He is always there and I enjoy supporting a smaller business. He responds promptly to requests and can do total lawncare if you d like. We ve used him through 2 summer and winter seasons and are very happy!
Nathans Lawn Care did a very thorough job dethatching our lawn and the clean up job was great! Will be hiring for more services next time!

Nathan s outdoor service is simply the best. Even though some October snow delayed our final mow, his crew is at our house now on a Saturday, finishing the job as promised. You can count on Nathan!

Began using Nathan this season and Im a happy customer. Nathan is a pleasure to deal with. The lawn looks great - Mowing is nice and even, edge trimming is neat and thorough and the clean-up is good. Overall a very positive experience.

Our HOA uses Nathans Lawncare and I met Nathan the owner and he is a very professional, nice person. He cares how the bushes look when trimming them and they clean up after.
Nathan and his crew were out to do lawn mowing (excellent job done) and to remove dead shrubs. They will replant shrubs in the fall. I was very impressed by Nathan and his crew. They work hard and do a great job. Nathan listens to what you want and communicates very well. All in all, I would recommend them for any job in lawn care services.
I highly recommend Nathan s Lawn Care. I can no longer maintain the garden in front of my house and it had become seriously overgrown. Nathan and his crew removed everything and installed a very low maintenance garden. Nathan was professional yet sensitive to my wants and needs. I wouldn t hesitate to use his services again.

I contacted Nathan about an estimate for aeration and overseeding. He responded very quickly with a promise for a quote the next day. We received the quote as promised and asked when we could get on his schedule. He fit us in that morning and did an outstanding job!! We will definitely be calling on him again for some of our other lawncare needs!!
Nathans Lawn Care is the best in the business! There was a small area around our townhouse associations mailboxes that wasnt completely shoveled after our last snowfall. I mentioned it to Nathan today as a reminder for his crew to catch it next time it snowed. He actually came out (on a Saturday night no less ) and shoveled it himself ! That was way above and beyond what I expected. Nathan is a man of integrity and very responsive to his customers. I highly recommend his business and find such wonderful customer service very refreshing in this day and age. Thank you Nathan!

Friends I cannot recommend this company any more highly for lawn and snow care services!! We have used Nathan and his company for several years. They are absolutely rock solid reliable, organized and do a fantastic job. If there is ever something missed, which rarely happens, he will come back immediately and take care of it. They do our lawn, mowing, spring and fall clean up and all of our snow removal. We get regular communication through texts and emails. Never have to wonder if they are coming or not. This is a fantastic company and highly recommend them!

Nathan s Lawn Care is a great solution to my weekly yard issues. I hired Nathan s to help me take care of my parents yards. Some times I was just to tired to be mowing my own yards and my parents yards. Nathan handed me a flyer one day at a local event and I gave him a shot because he s got ambition and a great attitude, I made a appointment with him to meet me at my parents and he was there before I was. Nathan offered me several options and it was the best choice to help me out. Winter is almost over and soon he ll be making my parents lawns looking great again. I think this time around I ll have him take care of my house too. Thank you Nathan s for making my life a lot easier. Great attitude and ambition goes a long way in my book.
