When you're a guy that generally does all this stuff himself and now regrets all the time I wasted wrenching on my small engines, that speaks volumes! Good service, reasonable pricing and plenty of muscle to get stuff loaded and unloaded! I'll let them do the work from now on! I'll keep working on the stuff I put on the lift!
This place is packed with all your lawn care needs and wants. I had a tiller repaired there and they did a fantastic job. I am going to buy a mower from them, and they were very helpful in assisting me with the process. The lady that works the front counter is very nice and helpful. I've been to this business a few times and never had a bad experience. I will do all my business with them from now on. Great place and friendly service. God bless.

I brought my gennie in because it wouldn't run. Even though this has busy lawn mower season for them they were still able to repair my gennie in a very short amount of time and for a very reasonable price. Their customer service is excellent.

Can’t support a small town business when the business does not support you. Called to make an appointment to take in my riding lawn mower. They don’t set appointments I was told. The lady said to just bring it in, however they will not be able to even look at it until 2 weeks. Fine, not in any hurry. I explained to her the model and the issue. She said generally people will just bring in their mowers and when the bill reaches $500 the repair person will just call the customer and let them know if the mower is even worth spending any more. So the diagnostic fee is $500 for how much labor and parts they can squeeze in for $500! She said they do not do diagnostic work. I ask her why can’t they diagnose the problem then give me call to see how to proceed. She said we don’t do that here. The mechanic will generally call the customer once the bill is up to $500. I told her I was so confused at this point. So I told her that’s like me taking my car to the dealer ship for repair and them telling me they will repair it up to $500. They don’t diagnose or trouble shoot any issues or call the customer to determine how to proceed. So no matter how much they’ve torn my vehicle apart and added parts and labor without my consent I get to take the vehicle home missing a steering wheel or dash. Surprise it’s an additional $1500 since we have to put the car back together so you can drive it. So now I’m in the hole for $ 2000 and my vehicle is still not repaired. Who in their right mind would just agree to paying someone $500 without knowing what exactly is wrong first in this day and age? I get if it’s a business that trades with you daily and has several commercial mowers but not just your average Joe who walks in off the street with a used riding lawn mower. This is poor service and an inability to communicate at best. She said most people don’t complain about it and that there are other places to take my lawn mower if I didn’t like it. Told her that since they are soooo busy and out 2 weeks, coupled with fact the diagnostic fee is $500 with no guarantee the lawn mower will even be repaired. This average Joe will take her business somewhere else because that’s an unethical way to do business.
This is the best shop for mower repair! The people are honest amd knowledgeable. And super helpful if parts are what you're looking for!

I dropped off two mowers for repair. One was picked up about a month after drop off. The second one is still not ready almost 3 months later. I call and they cannot find me in the computer now!!!!

This is where I have my storage building rental
Horrible, terrible service. If you did not buy your equipment through them, they will not work on it. I took my Power Washer, which I had bought at Lowes, in for service. The Washer sat in their workroom for 2.5 months and they did NOTHING to it. Each time we called for an update, we were strung along with the same thing...well get to it soon. Eventually we were told, that if another unit comes in for repair/maintenance and that unit was bought from them, then it gets attention before ours. In other words, we were in a never-ending loop where our washer would never get attention, unless there was nothing else to work on. Communication with them was deplorable.
I brought my lawnmower in for repair. Although, I did not buy the machine from them, I knew that I would be on the waiting list. Not only were they honest and dependable, they fixed the machine and the cost was reasonable. The biggest thing from this business is they won me over. The 45 min drive each way is definitely worth it.

They are extremely slow I was just waiting there to get a part but they had a U-Haul rental that took forever finally I got my part after about 30 minutes and it should not take that long just to pick up a part

Outstanding my one stop shop for parts or equipment been doing buisness with them for 12 years.They are now a snapper dealer and honda may also be a makita dealer soon,they have 2 master techs in brigss kohler echo stile and techmuseh plus kawasaki.
We had a mower in the shop in Waco for 7 weeks and got it back worse than when we took it in. We then took it to small engine sales and service in Corsicana. It was done in a week, they repaired the real issue, and did an outstanding job. We would recommend them to anyone!!! Great job and great service that can t be beat!!!!
