Absolutely the best pest service Ive ever had! Bought my home 3.5 years ago and it had a German roach infestation! Used another pest control that we use for all our homes and properties and 2 years later, I still had roaches! Gave ABC a try and almost immediately noticed a difference! Took about 2 months and they were just about all gone! Its been almost a year now and if I see one, its as easy as letting them know and they come back out in a timely manner! My tech is Richard Torres and hes friendly, professional, and most importantly gets the job done! Even remembers my pugs and snow Lynx Bengal cats name and ask about them when he arrives! ABC Home goes above and beyond! Came to work to find our young pecan tree half eaten. ABC Home came out that morning, diagnosed our problem, and scheduled the treatment. The technician came out within 24 hours of the diagnosis and sprayed our two pecan trees and even checked our other trees and shrubs. We were using a different company and were still dealing with issues when abc was recommended to us. Took a couple of visits to wipe out everything which I know was hard living out in the country , yet they did a fantastic job. Now with their maintenance set up we may see an occasional unwanted guest but it is not very often.

Wow! From the time I called to ask about services to the actual service...nothing but professionalism! Trinity took my call regarding rodent removal and was so patient and professional. Such a lovely disposition! Prompt service and our technician, Jesse, arrives as schedule. We had difficult job but Jesse took care of our home and looked for various ways to get under our home. Seriously, whatever they are paying him, its not enough! We had dead opposssum under our home. He removed it quickly. We cant thank you enough! I highly recommend ABC. Called for a plumber to fix a gas leak. Was quoted 1200. Paid in full up front. Got a call back. After a second inspection it was a massive undertaking . Was supposed to get a second quote. Never heard back. I switched to an electric water heater. Still didnt hear back. Took a month to get a refund. Would not recommend

If you live in Portland and have Robert as your Technician, youll be very pleased with your service. We had German roaches that our previous technician could never seem to get rid of, then we got Robert. Our German roach problem has disappeared!

Paid $4250 to replace old central A/C ducts in the attic and replace with cheap flex ducts but the lines got kinked over the next year and caused water build up in them which then leaking down into the ceiling sheetrock. They wanted to charge me just to come out to re-inspect their old work but Im not going to use them again; too expensive.

Everyone was so nice and easy to work with. They got the job quick and easy. We were out and back into the house in no time. The first night we had a very peaceful night sleep. It was worth every penny.

The ABC Handyman did a great job at my house. He repaired our Christmas tree, which was damaged by our cat. He also cleaned out and re-attached our dryer vent hose. I will definitely use them again for this work.

I live in an area next to the water, high humidity, prone to cockroaches. Can t do much about the humidity but have had success with ABC Pest Control in previous home so I called them again. They were able to come out right away to access the problem. Although I do like chemical solutions, they worked with me to find a solution to my roach issue and at the same time, make me feel like I m not harming my pets or the environment. Anthony did our service today and I hope that he continues to service our house. He was very informative and also very personable. They promptly came out, inspected our home and lot and gave us a variety of options. We decided we wanted the pest and termite plan in addition to the rodent plan. The prices were extremely reasonable and we decided to get the plan withone initial visit to treat for rodents, pests and termites, and then they will do 2 month visits. The staff was extremely professional and courteous. They wore masks the entire time and shoe coverings on their feet when they had to enter the house. We were excited to learn that ABC performs s while lot of home services, including handyman services. We just bought our house 4 months ago and need a reliable handyman to call on!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Very bad experience with the office personnel especially the manager , practically accusing me off lying about the initial set up for service.Tge initial tech. not very experienced still had roaches in ornery as mentioned to the Manager but she denied me telling her of tge problem. She also said I had no contract but I have it in my hand. Completely dishonest. Second tech was sent out and he was much better. But very upset about the conversation with the manager.

Horrible service and communication. Most recently I had a Saturday 8-12 appointment; no one called, no one showed up. Their response, Oh sorry, I guess Brandon didnt make it, when would you like to reschedule?When they do come, they spend about 5 minutes spraying before they leave. I have asked to cancel my contract, refund my annual service fee, and dont come back. This company has their hands in too many different endeavors and does none of them well. Would not recommend! I had ABC Home and Commercial come out to my home to address my A/C unit on July of 2022, and less than a year later I continue to have issues. I ve tried to have them finish/complete the job that I paid for a year ago and yet I m being asked to fork out an additional payment of over $300 when I paid almost $500 last year. Needless to say I ll lick my wounds, cancel my monthly premium with them, and hire another company that stands by their work.

Pest control is on point. Came and closed up several openings I had and trapped several rats. Lawn care can use a little work. Thats the reason for 4 stars otherwise it would have been 5 keep up the good work guys!

ABC was very professional when I called to try and schedule an appointment. Michael called to find out what type of problem I was having and was very knowledgeable and professional. He scheduled my appointment. They sent me an email detailing what the service call would entail. Eric called 30 minutes before arrival. He was very professional and very friendly. He was very thorough in inspecting the areas that needed treatment around our house. He let us know about our 30 day warranty which was also mentioned in the email. Will definitely be having them do our exterminating again.

My a/c wouldn t drop below 80 last summer so I called ABC. The ABC technician told me the only thing that would fix this was a brand new furnace for $5000. I had a contractor that could do it cheaper but the ABC technician told me the work would be warranted for 5 years so I chose ABC over the contractor. I ve called ABC 3 times now since they replaced the a/c furnace last July (2022) to fix the same problem - a/c not cooling under 80 degrees. (And one other time because they forgot to do a step in the replacing of the furnace which also caused issues.) They are no longer covering the work stating that the actual warranty was actually only for a year and we have just moved passed that date. Long story short, I have paid $5000 to be in the exact same place with my a/c one year later. Do yourself a favor and get a second opinion as well as get the warranty spelled out in writing when they verbally promise you something.

I was not informed about 400 cost to test gas lines. The plumber came and charged 69 to tell me that.

My technician Albert has treated my home for about 5 years and I appreciate the same person working with us because he is efficient and knows my home. He responds to any issues that come up and gives recommendations to get outbreaks under control. He also spends extra time treating the areas where we have seen insects. Called for termite estimate for my house and didnt receive one, so i called another pest control company to get one and used them .ABC wasted my time waiting for the estimate.

Jessie was professional and thorough. He explained everything he was doing and why and he spent more time at our house this time than the other pest control business we were using had ever spent. I am very impressed. Hopefully this initial treatment will do the trick and I plan on continuing using ABC for our pest control issues on a regular basis.

Alex did an amazing job wrapping our large oak tree with Christmas lights and even hanging additional ornaments that we supplied. We are very happy with how it looks!

So I have been using ABC for a bit now. If I have an issue they deal with it quickly. The people who do the work are very professional. Gates are latched, sprinklers picked up before they mow.

Richard Torres, who services my property is great. In, fact, he is the best I have ever had and all three of the men who have treated my house over the years have been very good at their jobs. I have been using ABC for 21 years and they have always been good. These last six years in my present home have been excellent. Where I live there are fire ants, flying cockroaches, rodents, mosquitos, and every other type of pest common in this part of the country. They have kept them well under control. I recommend them highly.

They quickly identified the culprits as squirrels in the attic, chased them out, and and sealed their entrance. They were persistent, but finally gave up trying to get back in and found another home. Six months later and squire-free!

They did a great job hanging the holiday lights. We moved this year but they were able to take the lights we had and make a new custom design. The timers are working perfectly and they even added our other lights to their timer so everything is synchronized. Very happy!

Ryan came to locate and retrieve my dead cat. He found the body and removed it. He did this free of charge, as I was told it would cost $125.00.

Always really great service and fast. But $120 for a cut of my small yard twice a month is a little much especially when they finish in 15 minutes

I called ABC when my husband found some bugs. They were able to get an investigator out to my house that day. Who identified the issue, gave me a fair quote, and scheduled me with an exterminator as soon as he could. The exterminator came today, was very kind, and got the job done efficiently! Highly recommend this company.
