They used to be decent but they’ve become horrible the past few months. They show up whenever they want. They cut the grass uneven and leave the driveway and garden full of cut grass. Messaged them multiple times but they don’t even bother to answer so expect to be stuck with overgrown grass
Great service! I’ve never had a disappointing visit and my yard looks Great! They show up consistently, do great work and are friendly when I have had interactions with their crews. What more do you need from a landscaping company.
Called the company and let them know her mowers slung a rock or something while weedeating and mowing at my apartment complex she asked me to send photos then never got back to me. I called her this morning and she said she wasn’t going to fix it bc she spoke to her workers and they claim they didn’t have any rocks or debri hit any window so she refuses to fix my windshield I am a spouse of veteran who passed away and prior to her lawn crew that apparently is so observant they look at windshields before and after they mow I am on a limited income currently and this is ridiculous horrible business etiquette
My mom has been using this company for several years and has always had wonderful things to say about their customer service and work ethic! Troy and Lauren are always available to assist in every way possible whether it be to re-schedule last minute or be extra cautious due to my mom’s pets in the yard. I would recommend them 10/10 times. They’re great at what they do!!
Manning landscaping company is very honest and professional. I’ve known his business for 6 years. Family owned and a great staff. He reviews with customer the entire scope of work to get the job 100%. Recommend this company definitely!!!!!
If we could just list all the problems with this lawn company. We have an rv park in port a . They have damaged rigs windows hosepipes you name it they have hit it .. mowing straight lines not sure they know how blowing off after mowing only if the wind is helping . Never the same crew so from one week to the next you never know who was coming or what kind of job they would give you that week .. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GET A GOOD LAWN SERVICE THIS IS NOT THE ONE..
Have been using MLC lawn care for mowing for about 3 years now and the work crews are very efficient, reliable and willing to please the customer. I also have them rake leaves once or twice a year, and they do a great job with that and haul away large bags of leaves from the oak trees. Highly recommend MLC!!
MLC Landscaping has done an amazing job taking care of our property. The come consistently and make the place look great! Love the way they always make the bushes by the entry way to the house look so nice! We are on a large lot with tons to keep up and it’s nice to not have to worry about it and come home and see it looking great! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to maintain their property and keep their home looking amazing! Keep up up the good work Troy and crew!!
They literally gave me 2 options for service 730 or 4 but apparently 4:00 is not even guaranteed I scheduled for that time and got told they were too busy I sat around waiting for them all day only to have to reach out to them MYSELF at 4:00 to be told they would not make it they LACK communication dont tell me your coming if you are to busy
There are many spots skipped and many times they make objects fly up. They don t have workers who actually care about the clients they do work for. I do not recommend them.
Terrible mowing, weed eat till they hit dirt. All lot iof people mow their own.They blow about half way. Not very good service. Have hit Rv s, run over rocks and not out windows

As a single full time working female I do not have the time to maintain my own yard. I hired this company just to cut the lawn but they did much more than such as edge, weed eat, and bag all the trimmings and take them away at an affordable price leaving my yard impeccable! I highly recommend this company and it s amazing crews!
Ive had these guys do our landscape for several months now and i dont know WHY but every single time i come home and see the results, its usually just, OK... not good, not GREAT! They have failed every single time at getting it all done. Ive had to call them back out to spray for weeds that were left untouched, trim trees (some over-trimmed), sweep or blow the sand/dirt from the driveway and trash left there after communicating that i needed it removed. They always miss something and its usually something very obvious like trimming the trees, or picking up trash around the landscape. I have to give them a list of what I want done. Seems like if youre in this profession? you shouldnt need someone like me to write out a list of the obvious maintenance a yard requires! Our landscape is all white rock! How hard is that??? Im giving them a final THUMBS down! sorry Troy!
Troy and his guys do a marvelous job. Not only mowing and edging, but with little extras. They look to my shrubs and plantings, trimming them as needed. They even get into the palms, fighting through the sharp fronds to take out those nasty seed pods that spread junk all over. The only way the service could be better is if the crew were all 19 year old co-eds who cut the lawn in bikinis, but somehow I know thats not gonna happen.
I called MLC to do my yard last minute. Without hesitation they fit me into their schedule to be completed by the end of the day. Very friendly and helpful staff. My yard both back and front look pristine. My neighbor has a palm tree that does not get trimmed regularly they were also able to help me out with. Highly recommended. I intend on using them when needed from here on out!!
MLC Landscaping does a tremendous job on my yard every time they show up. They are willing to go the extra mile when you request specific needs that fall under their area of expertise. They leave my house clean and looking like the best house on the block. Would recommend 10/10!
I have 2 residential and 1 commercial property with MLC for about 2 years now. They are always diligent in their work, even moving a trampoline to cut. I ve never had a single issue, and I highly recommend them to anyone who has any yard work needs!
