James was polite, professional and communicative the e tire appointment and went above and beyond to take care of our lawn needs. James even went out of his way to remove a beehive we did not know was present on our property!! We are so appreciative and truly cannot say enough good things about James and the business. We just bought our new house and the freeze took came with it. The back yard was awful and the oak trees were dropping leaves everywhere. James came out, did an estimate, and was able come out the following week with no problem. My oak trees were trimmed beautifully and off the roof. My back yard was stripped and cleaned. He took everything and disposed it. He even cut up some of the oak wood for me to barbecue with. He did an excellent job! He will be called back to put in some fresh grass. I highly recommend James Lawn!

James and his crew were very considerate of my many flowerbeds and yard while working. He exhibited great care and precision in taking down the tops of the trees. He is extremely knowledgeable! They raked up all of the smaller debris as well! We will DEFINITELY call on James for any future tree work! We have already recommended him to several friends!

It looks great. He is very professional, offered great suggestions and a reasonable price. I already have 2 more projects lined up for him.

I had let the landscaping in my back yard get completely out of control. The shrubs looked like mutant chia pets, my walkways were overgrown and the ivy had run amok smothering both the trees and fences. James came out and for a very reasonable price rescued my yard. Not only were they fast, thorough and cleaned up everything afterward but they even did a few extra things at no charge. I absolutely recommend James Lawn Service. They will get all of my future work.
I called to make an appointment and they were a no call no show. I called to see where they were and no one answered. Finally, the owner called me back saying I was not put on his schedule. He apologized and said he would be back the next day at 11am to cut my grass. Again, he never showed. I never got a call saying he was going to be late or wasn t coming. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of people s time. Will not be calling again.

Judging from previous results except one it seems like you have exceptional customer service, so I am surprised about my experience with you. Calling numerous times to get a rough estimate on time frame so i can adjust my schedule shouldnt be a problem at least a call back would have been nice.

I have been having a very hard time trying to keep someone to do my lawn care.it seemed like every time I would get someone they would come out and do it one or two times and that would be it . Then I found James Lawn Service and let me tell you Five stars is just not enough. James has gone above and beyond with taking care of my yard work!!! His rates are very Reasonable and his attention to detail and doing everything that is asked of him is superb !!! I called James Lawn Service to get an estimate for my moms yard which had gotten out of hand due to my work schedule & weather not cooperating over the last month or so. James was able to show up about an hour later for the estimate, which was a relief after calling other companies and them telling me they could get around to it in the next couple of days. He told me he could cut the yard the next day. It started raining the next day and he called me to let me know he had gone by the house and checked the grass, saying it was too wet and he could come back the following morning. James was there the next morning and did an excellent job! He went above and beyond and the yard looks great again!
