We have used Fixed Income Landscaping for several things. We are currently using them for yard work. They have gone beyond what I would expect and their estimates are very reasonable. Best guys I know for what they do. They deserve more than 5 stars.
We had our backyard leveled and a dog run installed. The leveling has made a huge difference when it rains and our yard no longer floods. There were a few hiccups with the product for our dog run, but David, his wife, and his team went above and beyond to make sure it was done right. They communicated about everything, were punctual and professional. We’re newer to the area and had to choose a company based off reviews. So I hope this may help others feel better knowing if they go with them, they are a trustworthy and reliable business.
We reached out to FIL to put up permanent outdoor lights for us so we wouldn’t have to keep hiring expensive companies for holiday time. These guys came out and got the job done for a reasonable price. The next day some of the adhesive on the lights we purchased came off and they came back out no problem and fixed everything up for us! I highly recommend them. Communication, price, and services are awesome!
We reached out to FIL to give our front flower beds a refresh. From the first phone interaction I had with David, I knew we were going to get great service. Courteous, respectful, transparent and prompt communication. His quote for the service was very reasonable and I really appreciated the detail he provided in his cost breakdown (not something that most businesses provide). On the day of install, he and his team showed up on time, worked quickly, and left our front yard spotless and looking great. Highly recommend Fixed Income Landscaping! Very professional and dependable! The last lawn mowing company I hired charged me for every little thing! The last company even charged me for the type of grass I had.... Luckily, Fixed Income Landscaping does not do that and they are reasonable on prices!

Fixed Income Landscaping brought our large yard back to life! David and his team took down a large tree, trimmed up a large tree, replanted flower beds and created a new one, and installed 19 pallets of sod. Throughout, David and his team were responsive, showed up on time, and did quality work, with David very much hands-on. We enjoyed working with Fixed Income Landscaping.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I called them when my yard had gotten horribly out of control. They quoted me an exceptionally reasonable price to get it back under control and another reasonable price to maintain it. They text me the day before they have me on the schedule to see if my lawn needs mowing. With this drought my lawn doesnt need weekly mowing. They only mow when it needs it. I highly recommend this company.
I recently contacted this company about mowing that I needed done. I was pleased at the quick response and free estimate. The results were really great and it didn t take a long time to get me on the schedule for service. I will be happy to use Fixed Income Landscaping in the future.

They just cut my lawn on Friday, then came back 4 days later to cut it again since they will be out of town the following week. My grass didn t even need to be cut yet. There is no loose grass in my yard after they came to cut again. It s the same length. Be careful with these people.

David and his crew did a great job transforming an impossible to grow grass--just weeds section of my front yard to a lovely rock and crushed granite landscape. They also trimmed up the Crape Myrtle! FIL is definitely a friendly and professional group to work with. Ill be using them again!!

I have been using Fixed Income Landscaping for routine lawn mowing and yard maintenance for a couple of years. They are reliable and the yard always looks great. This year we had quite a few plants that did not survive the freeze. David removed the dead ones which included a good sized tree. I am looking forward to the fall and using this company to redo the landscaping.
