DONT GO WITH THIS COMANY!!!Horrible communication, it seems they are fast to take your money but when you actually need them they are no where to be found. I had a fungus start to grow in my lawn last year and it took them a while to come see what the problem was after I had mentioned my grass was getting out of control and need to be treated asap, when they finally showed up they told me it was a fungus and didnt treat that until almost 2 weeks later which was too late because my grass was severely damage by then. So fast forward to this year, I started to notice a yellow color on my lawn something similar to last year so I called to get someone to come see what the problem was, no one contacted me or came by , I had to call over and over again , then when someone finally showed up he looked at my grass and I asked what do you think the problem is and he could only tell me ....I dont knw Im going to show my grass guy and see what he thinks, I was in shock why send someone who doesnt know what to do or anything about grass? Then I asked when will I have an answer and he said by tonight you should have an email, so I waited almost a week later and still no response. So today I just canceled my service I dont need a company who just takes my money with no regards to actually keep my grass in healthy shape.

Augustus did a great job on my property and offered multiple tips on how I can continue to maintain what was done. The crew working was courteous and helpful. I would recommend their services to anyone interested

I left an initial 1 star review after having several issues related to damage to my irrigation and sewer line when Augusta resodded my yard last year. Ryan Payne responded to my initial review immediately and met me in person to address all the issues I had. He clearly cares about the reputation of his company and the quality of work that they provide.

Well, this is another review after they cut our empty lot again. They did a great job with cutting the grass, edging all the sidewalks (corner lot) and taking care of any grass clumps.

Ryan is very professional and does a thorough and quality job making sure our lawn care needs are understood and done to our specifications.

Amazing staff and awesome lawn care services!

Our yard had not been cared for properly in the last few months, due to illnesses, etc. It was definitely overgrown. We called them. They were out the same day and it was pleasant this morning to look out and see the grass cut. and no knee-high weeds. It looks much better and I believe with continued care from them, it is going to keep getting better.

Reliable weekly service

Have only had dealings with Brittany so far. Vary friendly explains everything I asked about clear and straightforward. Will fallow up after mowing is done.

I used this business in that I gave them my credit card information, accepted their bid, and received a lovely welcome email a few days later Augusta Lawn Care is now YOUR PERSONAL GREENSKEEPER! Then, I waited several scheduled service days with multiple excuses of why they didn t come when scheduled and when they didn t show up when they rescheduled, and so on. Update April 2, 2022: The company responded to this review five months later that I was never signed up with them, but - again - I have multiple messages and emails showing otherwise, so apparently their organization and customer response has not gotten better in the time since.

Augusta helped transform our empty lot next door into a beautiful extension of our current home. Specifically, Augusta removed an existing fence, removed all existing grass, improved the land grade between our current homes yard and the empty lot, installed a truckload of new sod, and installed a new fence across our lot. Additionally, Augusta provided accurate timelines for each projects phase and elegantly accommodated irrigation work provided by another vendor. Each person we engaged with was respectful, punctual, and honest throughout the project. We enjoyed working with Augusta and love our new yard. I would be happy to work with Augusta for future projects and would highly recommend them to anybody else.

They are so very professional. I ve dealt with other lawn companies, and they don t show up when they re supposed to, and most of the time, you have to wait an extra week. Augusta does not do that. They are always there on time and call me before they show up because I have three dogs that need to get inside and I have pick up their toys from the backyard. I love love love Augusta Lawn!!!

Just bought a new home here in the Calallen area and don t have a mower. Called and spoke to a Jennifer, who was so sweet over the phone. Not only did I sign up for bi-weekly mowing, I also set up an appointment for an estimator to come out to give me a quote for a stone pathway on the side of house!

I called last week for lawn service and spoke with Jennifer who was able to give me a quote for this over the phone. Not only that, I accepted the price right then and she was able to get me on the schedule that week. I was expecting them to have to come out to look at it first, then give me pricing then it would be the following week.

WAY OVERPRICED. Theyll bill you whenever they feel like it and change their billing policies on a whim. Their work was subpar as well. When I called to get a refund because they charged me almost a month after I cancelled service the only thing I got back was attitude from whoever answered the call. Never EVER use this company. Find someone locally and support them, dont support these crooks. EDIT: Since the owner decided to reply I wanted to clarify a few things. 1. I did not receive multiple declines due to this service. It happened one time, but the owner seems fine with trying to shame me based on that one time occurrence. This happened at the end of my business with the company, largely because they changed the date when they charged me with no notice. 2. It is true that I never complained before cancelling my service. Im not the type to complain until I have had enough. Just because I never took the time and trouble to call before wanting to cancel my service does not mean the service was up to par any of the times before that. I cancelled my service for two reasons, one because I decided later that it was overpriced BASED on the QUALITY of MULTIPLE cuts, and two, because them changing the date they charged my account did cause it to decline. Despite what the owner says in his nasty reply, this did not happen as he says, every week. Truly disgusting response. Do better.

This service is so ridiculously off base with their price that it isnt even funny. They pull up in their professional looking trucks, do a slap-dash job as fast as they can in 30 minutes and to get them to do this twice a month is around $116-120. Doing quick math on that lets you realize that youre paying these guys 120 bucks an hour, basically. MIGHT be worth it if it was the best cut my lawn ever received, but the quality was rushed and inconsistent at best. Theyre in such a hurry that they dont even look twice. Dont pay these people. We are VERY pleased with the customer service and work. Before the installation, Lauren did a great job coordinating the estimate and communicating price, payment, installation date, and any changes. On the date of the installation, the team (Cody, Josh, Gillbert, Colin, and Samm) were professional, hard working, and considerate. Definitely recommend.

We have been customers for about a year now and have been very pleased with the way they do our yard! Today Lee cleaned the outside of our house (soft washed) and I was AMAZED at how much better it looked! Almost like new!

Lees group was great. Gary Reese re-sloped our awful lawn. Lee arranged for the grass, laid it and watered it. Of course, there were storms and mechanical failures (of the grass cutting machine - not Lees companies machine) in between the grading and the grass laying....but Lee kept us updated throughout - which was really comforting.

Unprofessional, deliver dead dry grass to my house on Monday. Planted under cements rocks and dirt wasn t level . Came back on Friday to bring some more grass to continue working on my house. The owner don t want to exchange the dry grass . Very unprofessional. Don t used this company. This company did a terrible job in my house , very unprofessional . I don t recommend this company to no one.
