Brett provided me with a very competitive quote to sod my lawn. He suggested a few additional enhancements to the project including brick offsets along the property line, which was a great idea and enhances the overall look of the lawn. The prep work was noticeably detailed and clearly for the benefit of the long-term viability of the sod growth. For example, they tilled and raked up all dead roots, amended the soil and leveled before introducing the sod. The sod was laid and it looked great! Brett made certain the irrigation system was fully functioning with adequate coverage and programmed appropriately to ensure the sod is watered on the needed schedule. After they left and a day layered I noticed a problem with one of the irrigation stations. I contacted Brett and he came over within 30 minutes to fix it. I am very pleased with Brett, his team and the work they performed. I highly recommend and would gladly serve as a reference for their service.
