They just messaged me saying they are cutting back on the number of accounts and no longer providing service to me. I am still pending 5/6 service till end of the year. My lawn is due for a pre-emergent and was promised it this week. Shame on you.. don’t trust these guys to handle your lawn care.
I have been a customer for at least ten years. I have never had issues until this year. Before the service, before this last treatment, I noticed the guy did not do my whole yard; I was told he would come back to finish it and that he had to leave early. To my knowledge, he never came back. This last service, I was at home when he showed up. He came and put the bill on my door but never did the service. I checked my cameras to make sure, and it showed him pulling up, leaving the bill on my door, and leaving. I called and voiced my frustration. He said he would talk to the guy. The person I spoke to never apologized. When I said I wanted to cancel my service, he did not act like he hated seeing a long-time customer leave. This was the first year I prepaid for my services. In the past, I paid after services were completed. I don’t understand why, after being a pleased customer for 9 of the ten years, this is happening. did receive a refund for the remaining portion.
I love the weed control and fertilizing service the Lawn Doctor provides. While some neighbors are mowing their weeds already, I probably won’t have to mow for another 6 weeks or more. They notify me when they’re coming so I can unlock the gate. I pay online and it’s very simple. Strongly recommend!
We love the Lawn Doctor. We had a terrible lawn and it took them less than a year to make a healthy lawn. We now get compliments on how pretty our lawn is. We will always use them. Highly recommend for price and service.
Our new lawn was really struggling when we first started using them, and they saved our sod. Always helpful if any new problems pop up, very responsive. We have been very satisfied.
I have really enjoyed having Lawn Doctor to service our lawn. They will reach out to me the night before they are scheduled to come out to let me know when they're coming (so I can unlock my gate). There have been a few instances where I didn't get a text or call before they showed up, but I chalk that up to an issue with technology.
We were not satisfied with our previous provider after 4 seasons. We were without a provider for 1 season and were shocked at how quickly our turf worsened. We are half way through our 1st season with Lawn Doctor and they already have our yard looking better than our previous provider. Very satisfied so far, anxious to see how they perform on difficult perennial weeds in future seasons. Their news letters offer insightful information on how they are treating our lawn and how we can help to improve the effectiveness of their treatments.
Within months of service my lawn looks amazing!! My tech warned me it would take a year but the service has been so beneficial that my lawn looks as good as my neighbor who has had service with Lawn Doctor for years. We are notified ahead of tine that service will be the next day so we can make arrangements for the pups. My pups both have allergies and have had no issues.
Ive contacted them twice to get an estimate for service in Henderson and no one ever showed up or contacted me.
Pleased with service. Weed preemergant was applied. I have wood sorel growing . The treatment did not prevent this weed.

I had an annual contract and was mostly pleased with their services. Due to chemical restrictions there are certain weeds, maybe Dallis grass, that they couldnt get rid of in my yard. I still use them for spring pre emergent treatments.

The lawn insect treatment really works ! We can actually stand being outside for the first time in a long while. Now if you could just do something about the humidity ............ What a great business to be affiliated with. Very nice people and very prompt with their services. If you are having problems with growing issues, insect problems, or a fungus, they will have the solutions. Plus, they will know how to spell all those hard chemical names that you cant. .............
We have Saint Augustine grass and its very picky about what chemicals you can use on it. Lawn Doctor is the only folks I trust with my grass. If you want a thick beautiful lawn call these guys today.

The service technicians have and are doing a great job. The office gives us 24hr notice before there arrival and if the weather is bad they are flexible with rescheduling. Emails on work done and billing is a plus also their pricing is competitive with other companies. Again 5 Stars Positive

When I started with Lawn Doctor the Bermuda grass was overrun with weeds and nearly gone. Within the first season of spraying the yard was thriving with a lush carpet of grass. Brandon is most helpful and informative when I need assistance. I highly recommend Lawn Doctor.

Lawn Doctor puts down fertilizer to green up the lawn and gives detailed instructions after any application telling you what was done and what you need to do afterwards. I highly recommend them.

We have been customers of Lawn Doctor for years. We are very pleased with the service we receive. We have what I would say is a challenging lawn because we have zoysia, bermuda and st augustine. The crew has to remember not to spray our st augustine. We also use their bug spray service which is awesome. I used to get eaten alive with mosquitoes when working in my beds but not anymore. We can now enjoy the outdoors without getting eaten alive! A third benefit is having their expertise & care is when out of the ordinary strange things pop up like ARMY WORMS. We have lived in our home since 1989. I dont ever recall having them. They wiped out our bermuda in a matter of days but because of Lawn Dr.s attention and quick service, our grass was able to recover quickly. We also appreciate the information sheet they leave letting us know what they have done, what steps we need to take to make certain the treatment is successful. We have learned a lot about our lawn and the effort that goes into having a healthy lawn. We would highly recommend them and do to anyone who asks us about them.
The guys are all so nice and care how they put the treatment on. I would like to thank them for doing this. My yard had not been tended to for some time when we first moved here. I brought Lawn Doctor onboard. They walked me through the condition of my yard. laid out a plan for improvement. The Lawn Doctor was recommended by my next door neighbor. We started the service in late 2019 after my lawn had no service for more than one year due to the fact that we moved to Jackson, TN from Georgia. In Georgia we had centipede grass for lawns. I was not familiar with Bermuda grass, and did not realize the special needs of the Bermuda. Our lawn is looking better since we began the service. It has been so wet and warm this winter weeds are a problem this year. We are confident enough in The Lawn Doctor customer service that we paid for the seven applications for a full year to receive the discount for early pay. If the lawn is not right, we trust the Lawn Doctor will make it right.

We were with another company to fertilize our yard. They could not kill the broomsedge weeds throughout our Bermuda grass. We switched to Lawn Doctor and they took care of the problem. Now the Bermuda grads is lush and beautiful.
The service is exactly what I asked for and expected. It is great to be able to go outside at night and not be bothered by mosquitoes. They always give a courtesy call to remind you of the date that they will be coming.

They always call the day before to let you know they will be there next day so you can leave pets inside and gates open. My weeds are becoming better controlled since they started coming. This is my FIRST experience with any lawn service like this. I did contact another the same time I contacted them and they NEVER responded to my request for a quote. My experience has been great. They even contact me prior to treatments so that I can keep my pets inside on the treatment day, until it s safe for them to return outside. I recommend their service if you want a good looking yard.

After just one year, we can see that big difference in our lawn at the beginning of growing season..all the neighbors have the weeds we dont see anymore. The neighbors noticed within a couple months how healthy our lawn looked and asked about the Lawn Doctor signs. We told them how easy it was to have a great looking yard. I have had Lawn Doctor for four years now. I have no complaints. I have pretty green grass and no weeds. It is one of the best lawns on my street. They are very nice people to do business with. I do recommend them. Also, the people on either side of my lawn have switched to Lawn Doctor.

Other than the fact that the owner took care of us, we had a negative experience. I had a passive aggressive note taped to my door because the worker showed up at my house when we had not confirmed the appointment. He was irritated because we didnt have our dogs out of the backyard and wanted us to start doing just the front yard. We always made arrangements so we could be there to take care of our animals but they quit caring and started just doing our backyard but still charging us the same amount. It was a very frustrating experience other than the fact the owner tried to make things right.

They are great. My lawn looks amazing. I had tried to do it on my own but the results were pitiful. After just a couple of applications the improvement was noticeable but now it is completely different, wonderful, and thriving.
Generally do a good job. Occasionally in a hurry and take short cuts. Not spot spraying thoroughly.
