T&J Tree Experts (Walfred Reyes) did a great job. He and his crew arrived on time, and took down a huge pecan tree and hauled it off within 4-5 hours. Walfred Reyes and his crew cut down a large tree in my back yard, and trimmed the branches on another tree. They did a great job, and an excellent job cleaning up after they were done. They also checked with me on where they had trimmed the tree to make sure it was enough. After they were finished, Walfred made sure I was happy before they left. I was very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy displayed by the guys. Wilfred Reyes was extremely polite and let me know how things were going, as the job progressed. They even cut some of the wood and stacked it all neatly without being asked. We literally cant even tell that there used to be a tree there. They did a superb job at removing our tree and grinding the stump. But I must say, the most impressive part I noticed was the clean up. They didnt leave a single branch or even leaves behind. T & J quoted fair prices and worked with us to remove the two giant pines on our home and countless other trees that may have posed a problem at a later date. I had the unfortunate luck to have a monstrously large dead oak in my back yard, an area that was deeply inaccessible due to the surrounding properties of my neighbors. These people not only gave me a quote where other tree companies refused to even touch the job, but they gave me a clear and specific game plan of how they would get the work done at the time of the quote. They resolved my fears and proved to me they could do the job safely and with no risk to my property. A crew led by Osiel Lopez showed up at my door first thing in the morning, introduced themselves, and again went through to confirm the items to be done. I really appreciate that, extra communication is never a bad thing. Walferd Reyes and his crew were very professional and did an outstanding job taking out dead wood in two huge oaks and a pecan tree. The trees look great now. They were very careful with our other plants and rather than dropping large limbs ( potentially making ankle-breaking holes) they lowered them down with ropes. Tremendously impressed with this company. Walfred Reyes came and met with me and gave me a free estimate. Once we decided to take the tree down, they were able to schedule us within the week. Mr Reyes was also the foreman on the job which included 7-8 individuals, a bucket truck and crane. This was not an easy tree removal but this crew made it look easy. I had a tree in the corner of my property which was landlocked by two adjacent properties. They were able to move their equipment in and removed the tree without harming mine or my neighbors property. Very reasonable price for the amount of work involved. I needed to have tree branches removed from the roof; pruning of a Crepe Myrtle tree; and some overgrown shrubs removed with stump grinding. Even with the ongoing and persistent threat of bad weather, these guys took care of business! They were able to drop an massive 50 ft pine that was entangled in power lines at an astonishingly quick speed. They took down 4 trees, including the pine, and trimmed two others in under 6 hours. Im so impressed! Ive already given family members, friends, and coworkers their info. Came out the same week I inquired about a quote, and had me on the schedule within 10 days of me signing the proposal. EXCELLENT price. EXCELLENT service. Just plain awesome. A recent storm caused part of an old tree from my yard to fall across my driveway. T&J arrived in less than an hour to provide a reasonable price to remove the entire tree. Walfred and team arrived shortly after the estimate and spent less than two hours efficiently removing the tree, grinding the stump, and removing all debris from my yard and the neighboring yard. Dont normally write reviews but these guys did a fantastic job. Showed up on time, kept in contact while I was at work to let me know how things were progressing. Cleaned up well after themselves and my grass hardly looked touched. Took care of everything we talked about all my trees look fantastic. When I got home at 5pm every tree that was taken down was gone from the curb and no debris was left over.

Junior came out within a couple of days to give me a quote to trim our very large willow oak and cut the bushes along the fence line down to about 8 feet tall (power lines on that side). The price was reasonable and they were able to get me on the schedule a week later. Walfred Reyes and his team arrived and got started by 8 am and I ere finished by 10. They worked quickly and left no debris behind (they even blew out the leaves in my carport). I asked them to leave the squirrel nests alone just in case there were babies inside (yes I am aware I am nuts), and they even did that with no question. Very pleased. Large crew (9) with quality equipment made short work. I had a 40 tall by 14 in diameter dead tree that had to be removed, and several other trees with large limbs that needed to be trimmed. Walfred Reyes was the site foreman, totally professional and prompt. They showed up at 8:30 as they said, took down the 9 trees as I requested, ground all the stumps, took out some tops that were dead, cleaned up and were gone by noon. Except for some saw dust, you couldnt even tell they were here. I had several that were not only difficult to get to but if not done right, could have done damage to my house and out building. I was very impressed with their work, will definately use them again and will recommend them to everyone.

We highly recommend the T&J Tree Expert Team. We called in the morning and they said they would come around 10 am to give a free estimate and showed up on time. We had an estimate in hand before they left. Junior gave us a date. The entire team arrived on time and took down 6 extra large trees and raised the canopy on 2. They filled the shavings truck twice and emptied the large debris truck twice. We were amazed at how professional and organized the entire Team was. They had the yard completely cleaned up in 3 hours. We plan to have them back later this year to take down a few more large trees. Awesome job!!

Inconsiderate workers. Parked one of many trucks at corner entering a cove with a fire hydrant - thinking cones were sufficient. Before I reported to police (as that is illegal) I asked for person in charge and pointed situation out = as well as 2 larger trucks were in front of my mailbox. We have enough problem with PO, so asked for one of the trucks to be moved back a little. That done -- but sometime later I looked out and that truck had been moved up completely blocking mailbox and another truck immediately across the street was then parked in front of that mailbox. I took picture for proof if needed. Fortunately the mailman came with workers at trucks and workers put mail in box. This could have been avoided if they had parked trucks along the long street that connects the small cove. I see trucks indicate BBB and I am trying to find a way to report this lack of consideration for people so workers dont have to walk so far. This parking would also have impacted ambulances and fire trucks if they were needed.

RESCUED MY CAT FROM TREE! 10/10 This place is amazing. I had an emergency, as my cat had gotten stuck in my big oak tree located in my front yard. They answered the phone which most places don t, they were quick with getting someone to me as well as very communicative. They took me seriously and treated my problem as their own. My cat is now safe thanks to this company.

I am so thankful I used this tree service. I had a number of large trees removed around my property. The team showed up right on time, ready to work. I was impressed with their efficiency but also the care they took to avoid damage to surrounding plants! They did great work with the tree removal and stump grinding but the thing I was most pleased with was their detailed clean up. They even skimmed my pool to get leaf/tree debris out. Would 10/10 recommend these guys!

Had to leave my first google review after the exceptional & professional job done by Junior and his team at T&J. Not only were they competitively priced, they were also able to get to my tree quicker than the 13 other companies I called. They truly went above and beyond by making contact with my neighbors, handled MLGW dropping power lines, and then took extra care taking down a fence AND putting it back up. Every other company I called wasn t even going to put the fence back up without an extra charge. If it couldn t get any better, I had already cut some crape myrtles and other small trees in my backyard prior to them arriving, and they not only removed ALL of that brush out for me, they also trimmed all of the stumps down to the ground. I had T&J tree experts remove a large tree from my back yard.The tree was located in a tight place between my deck and fence. A team was sent out and they did excellent work. They took the tree down quickly and did not injure my fence or deck at all! They were all very courteous and did a wonderful job of cleaning up afterwards. I had them grind the stump and they did a great job with that too! They even went over and beyond what I expected by removing exposed roots with a sledgehammer and leveled out the ground around the tree. The workers came on time and our house had a huge tree in front and one good sized tree on the side. Can t say enough good things about T&J. They came out and trimmed our 120 yr old oak tree in midtown. If you know midtown you know spaces can be tight and you are battling years of electrical wires running through every yard and alley. Junior and his team knocked it out with no problem. They showed up around 7:30am and finished before noon. Will be using these guys again.

T&J came out to remove a 40ft tall dead tree and raise the canopy of two other trees. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with these young gentlemen. They came exactly on time! They had to take down a fence and gate to get into my yard. They used plywood to drive over so as not to tear up my yard. They also took down 3 trees, 1 of which was quite large and 1 next to my house. Their clean up was better than satisfactory. They replaced the brand new fence and gate perfectly. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if the need arises.

I have a completely wooded 4 acre lot. All of the trees are 100ft, with white oaks that were encroaching over the house. These guys removed a dead one, and trimmed the front 2 acres with 2 bucket trucks in one day. The work they did was immaculate, and the cleanup was better than it looked before they showed up. The trees seem even taller now, and I have no doubt they added countless dollars to my property value. Speaking of value, they were the best price by FAR compared to other well rated companies in the Memphis area. This company cares about itself and its customers. We highly recommend.

Mr. Trejo and his crew were here at the promised time and promptly want to work taking down the 2 trees in our yard. They worked effectively and safely bringing everything they needed. Once the trees were down they started grinding the stumps and all of the roots as promised. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing tree and or stump removal. They cut an entire tree down in my backyard, cut down 2 small trees trees on side of my house, and trimmed a large tree in my front yard all in about 3 hours.
