I have used All-State Pest & Lawn services for nearly 15 years. From lawn fertilizing & weed control, to tree & shrub treatment, to pest control, to landscaping projects ... I have been very pleased with the results. A recent landscaping job proved to be no different. In fact, after realizing we had the wrong rock laid in the ground, due to a labeling error by the nursery ... Joe (president), Wade (sales & marketing), and Terry (lawn, tree & shrub care) went immediately to the nursery the next morning and corrected the issue. Then, that same day, Luna (landscape & lawn crews manager), came back to the house, removed the rock and replaced it with the correct rock. Their quick response to solve the problem immediately was impressive. Thank you All-State Pest and Lawn staff for going the extra mile to make the customer satisfied. We hadnt had roaches in 15 yrs and then ...boom...we fought them for 4 months and gave up trying...we were referred to Cimmeron at AllState by a friend...we havent been disappointed in the last 2 yrs.....

All-State has the best customer service. They are prompt, courteous, and well priced. We use them for lawn care, but we also use them to treat our ants and most of all our mosquitoes. We have a swimming pool and tons of mulch for mosquitos to multiply but we almost never see a mosquito in our yard and we spend a lot of time out there.

Cannot be trusted to honor committments

I ve used them for more than 10 years for weed, fertilizer, rodent (roof rats) and bugs on two houses in Binghamton. One was a new one that I lived in and one was rented to medical students, teachers, etc. All States applicators were recommended by Binghamton Development Corp to me. They got the job done ..., good results. I ve had problems in the last two years in getting All State to update records to the correct call before #s and my secondary cell # as property owner and so they just did not treat the house and thus I had to pay hundreds more to do another initial treatment and higher rates til it was under control. All because of in adequate office execution in my opinion. I still use them because when they get the office admin right then they are very good (especially with pesky and nasty roof rats) and because I m merciful with service providers and don t like to switch vendors/suppliers. I know it s tough to get the job done 5 star but it s doable especially for an experienced company if the business leadership makes excellence in service an ongoing unrelenting priority. **March 2019-> they have fixed the call when time to go there problem and it s been much better. Revising to 5 stars.

Allstate Pest Control has done a great job of keeping the roaches away! They are always responsive to any needs we have had and do a great job following up. We had a water leak that resulted in an outbreak of German roaches. This can lead to a very big problem but Cimmeron was amazing and dedicated to solving our problem. In fact, he was the one who discovered the leak and found the reason why we were getting so many roaches. Highly recommend!

We ve lived in our current resident for over a year and I think I ve seen less than 5 bugs! Recently, after all the heavy rains, we ve had ants and Megan has promptly come to remedy the situation. Every time I have ever called the office, the call center is most courteous and professional as well. We have both a termite and pest contract with All State and couldn t be happier with the level of service!
